"This is a 4-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects was the level of hospitality, which went beyond expectations. All meals were catered, ensuring that I never had to worry about food. However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above."

I really like the style of this hotel, the overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable, making people feel very relaxed. The room is well lit and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. The staff is very caring and the details are great. Hotel details are perfect! There are intimate services from check-in to check-out. Whenever I visit Bengbu, I always stay here. First off, the service from the manager to the front desk staff is excellent; they greet you as soon as you walk in, and even give you a small gift when you check out. The room is clean and bright, and the toiletries smell great and are very effective. You can tell the owner puts a lot of thought into running this place. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a wide variety including congee, fish soup, fried noodles, steamed buns, fried dough sticks, pastries, fruit, and more. It's completely worth every penny! Highly recommend! 👍

The location is very good, just opposite Yintai. There is an underground parking lot downstairs and free parking. The elevator in the parking lot goes directly up and the front desk is on the 5th floor. The room was large and clean and the supplies were complete. Good value for money.

It was my first time to stay at Kaiyuan. I had just placed an order. Xiao Qi at the front desk called to confirm the room arrangement. The hotel environment is very good, there is plenty of greenery, the front desk staff is very professional, and the room was specially turned down. The room arrangement is very warm and the price/performance ratio is very good. High, thumbs up to the hotel staff. Although it is a new hotel, all the services in the hotel are very good. Location: Right above Yintai Department Store. Parking is convenient; there's a direct elevator from the Yintai parking lot. Wanda Plaza is right across the street, offering plenty of options for dining, shopping, and more. During the hot days, I just wanted to relax in the hotel all afternoon. The central air conditioning is excellent; it cools you down instantly. The smart room control system is also a nice touch. The front desk staff and cleaning staff are incredibly welcoming and responsive. The sheets and blankets are very clean, saving me the trouble of bringing my own disposable ones.
