GGuest UserIt was my first time to stay at Kaiyuan. I had just placed an order. Xiao Qi at the front desk called to confirm the room arrangement. The hotel environment is very good, there is plenty of greenery, the front desk staff is very professional, and the room was specially turned down. The room arrangement is very warm and the price/performance ratio is very good. High, thumbs up to the hotel staff. Although it is a new hotel, all the services in the hotel are very good. I will continue to stay here next time I come. Highly recommended! I hope your hotel business is booming!

GGuest UserFrom the moment I entered, I felt exceptionally cared for. Front desk staff member Chen Zimeng greeted me with a warm smile, and check-in was quick and efficient. She also thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding area. Any issues were addressed promptly, making me feel truly at home.
The hotel lobby and public areas are stylishly designed, fresh and elegant, with a pleasant fragrance.
The room was more spacious and bright than I expected, with a modern and minimalist style that created a comfortable atmosphere. The bedding was clean and soft, and the mattress provided perfect support, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning.
