Pullman Properties in Beijing

Overall is beautiful, clean & helpful staff, except for the porter whom just stare at guess going in and out from a car porch which contradict from the hotel advertisement. Near to subway station & supermarket. A bit far from city centre & main attractions. Not recommended for vacation, more towards business meeting. Unfortunately i got the room which was not maintain accordingly as bathroom door can’t be closed neither locked. Wardrobe doors sagging with dimmed bulb which serve no purpose. Safety issue with water ponding in shower area may cause injury. Worst part when the water ponding sipped through the wall & wet the carpet. Felt not hygienics stepping on wet carpet. They just put more floor towels to cover the wet carpet instead of changing me to other room with lame reasons without any compensation. As a big chain hotel, they failed to address this safety & cleanliness issue promptly which kind of annoying. Housekeeping also was not done neatly.
