Pullman Properties in Beijing

This stay deserves a huge thumbs up for the hotel!! The experience completely exceeded my expectations!! Service: First and foremost, the service was the most satisfying aspect of my stay. The front desk manager, Ms. Leman, contacted us in advance to help arrange our room; the receptionist, Lane, was incredibly helpful, even assisting with route planning and providing travel tips; the lobby concierge (I forgot his name...) was also extremely welcoming, escorting our luggage to our room; and when we left something behind during check-out, a staff member proactively called to inform us. We truly felt the warmth and care of the staff throughout the entire process. Room: The newly renovated room features a European style with a sophisticated black and white color scheme. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. It would be even more perfect with floor-to-ceiling windows! The lobby has a perfect high ceiling and displays many works of art. Even the marble in the lobby is said to be unique, perfect for taking photos – the style is off the charts! Location: It's practically the only genuine international five-star hotel in Yizhuang. The environment and location are superb. Although it's not in the city center, there's a subway station right next to the hotel, making it easy to get to the city center in about an hour. The price-performance ratio is also extremely high. The Dazhu Plaza shopping district is nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. There are also snack shops across the street, perfect for late-night snacks. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing! My only small suggestion is that we had to trouble the concierge to pick up our takeout several times, which was a bit embarrassing. Although the guy was very helpful, if there were robots delivering, we wouldn't have had to bother him running around like that.
