Y.TUO HOTEL Properties in Beijing

I recently stayed at Yuantuo Hotel during a family visit trip in Beijing, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—conveniently situated near major attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. We truly appreciated the friendly and attentive service from the staff, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. However, I did encounter an issue with cleanliness in my room, as I noticed several bugs during our stay. This was a bit disappointing and something that the hotel could improve upon. Overall, I would recommend Yuantuo Hotel for its prime location and excellent service, but I hope they can enhance their cleaning standards to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.

This hotel is truly fantastic! From the moment I stepped in, I felt the staff's warmth and professionalism. The front desk personnel greeted me with a smile, and check-in was efficient and quick. The room was incredibly clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The hotel facilities were also comprehensive, meeting all my needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is excellent as well, with convenient transportation and many attractions and shopping centers nearby. Being able to enjoy the beautiful city views from the hotel was truly a treat.

Let's start with the positives. The hotel is conveniently located – close to both the city center (the metro station is right next to the hotel) and Daxing Airport (about 35-40 minutes by taxi). The hotel has a modern design, and the rooms are spacious. A delivery robot delivers food orders directly to your room. Now for the negatives. The staff doesn't speak English, and check-in took about 30 minutes, despite us presenting our trip.com reservation in Chinese! There's smoking in the hotel, and the smell is everywhere. The rooms have ventilation issues; even with the window open, it was hot, and the air conditioning didn't work. Cockroaches were also spotted! The breakfasts are geared toward Chinese, and there aren't enough European dishes.
