The hotel's location is absolutely excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The lobby environment is clean and elegant, and the front desk staff are warm and attentive, with very efficient check-in and check-out processes. The room is tidy and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, making it exceptionally quiet at night for a very peaceful sleep. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the toiletries are complete and clean, and there's ample hot water. The cleaning staff are also very thoughtful and responsive to any needs. Overall, the value for money is outstanding; the hygiene, service, and environment are all impeccable. The stay was a perfect 10, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit, and highly recommend it to everyone!

The soundproofing is very poor. You can hear people talking clearly. The front desk is not very flexible. I brought my brother to live with me. We booked two standard rooms. My sister and I stayed together, and my brother lived alone. I thought we could be together, so I asked him to change. She told me that we didn't have standard rooms on the same floor. I said, can you help me upgrade my brother's room and put it next to us? I booked two rooms for three nights, not just one day. She told me that it was not allowed. We were short of rooms. I also accepted the shortage of rooms on weekdays. The cleaning aunt's attitude was also average. The next morning, we didn't want to clean the house. The cleaning car happened to be at the door. The aunt was cleaning in other rooms. We took a set of toiletries and prepared to put them in the room. The aunt saw it and said directly that you are leaving, we are not allowed to take it. I said we are still staying, and she said, ”Oh, if we are leaving, we are not allowed to take it.” At this time, I shouldn't say sorry, guest, I thought you were leaving, and if you are leaving, you are not allowed to take it here. It makes me feel better. When she said that, I really wanted to roll my eyes, as if we cherished this thing.

I have been staying in this hotel since I came back a few years ago. It is very humane and upgraded me to a standard room on a high floor for free. I asked for a few more pairs of slippers, and they were given to me the day before yesterday. The price-performance ratio is very high. I will stay here again next time.

It is very convenient to travel and play. You don't need to run around for dining and eating. When you check in, you can feel that the service is very intimate, the front desk is warm, the processing speed is fast, and the response is very timely. After entering the room, it was cleaned up, the bedding was comfortable, the room had no smell and was completely enough, and it was quiet at night, and I slept very peacefully.
