When I choose to stay at a hotel with a reception, I expect more than just a room - I expect reliable guidance and communication. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in that regard. For example, I was advised to take a taxi to the Great Wall, when in reality there are several convenient shuttle options that I later found on my own. Similarly, when I asked for a simple recommendation for tea, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful (screen shot attached). On top of that, the air conditioning in my room stopped working. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff made me feel uncomfortable about requesting a room change and had to contact trip for help. Overall, the lack of support and poor communication significantly impacted my experience and left me disappointed - would never come back here and would never recommend this place.

Initially I read a review that someone was bitten by insects in this hotel, but when I came and stayed for 5 days here, it turned out that I felt very pleasant, all the hotel receptionists were always there 24 hours, very helpful, even though our communication was only through Google Translate, but it was very smooth, the room was clean, complete toiletries, soap, conditioner, shampoo, and laundry complete with dryer, extraordinary, next to McD, in front of the bus stop, the road across there is 7/11 no need to worry about food, and there is a free shuttle bus to Universal Beijing from the hotel, one day before make an appointment with the receptionist first, if I go on holiday to Beijing China I will come back to this hotel

The room was clean and tidy with no strange odors. The location is very convenient, close to everything. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were all wonderful!

The room was clean and tidy, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep without any noise disturbance. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The water quality and pressure were stable, making it very convenient to use. The hotel's public areas had an elegant ambiance, and the overall decor was simple yet grand, with meticulous attention to detail. The cleanliness was exceptional, with every corner spotless, clearly indicating excellent management. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. It offered incredible value for money. From the service attitude and room facilities to the environmental hygiene, I couldn't find a single fault. The staff was responsive and quick to address any needs, providing thoughtful and thorough service. My overall stay was relaxing and pleasant. I will definitely prioritize staying here on my next trip and sincerely recommend it to my friends. It absolutely deserves a five-star rating!

High cost performance! The facilities are new and easy to use! The clean and sanitary area is large. The front desk lady is very nice and gave us a free upgrade 😁 Facilities: Dry and wet separation, the layout is quite reasonable, the sink is outside the corridor, and the toilet nozzle is easy to use! The shower head feels like rain on the head, which is the favorite, and the TV is also very large! There is conditioner! All in large bottles! Sanitation: Clean, carpets, cabinets, etc. are all new Environment: The location is very good, the hotel is very neat, the decoration style is very youthful and fashionable, and the room is very quiet Service: Very good

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel environment was clean and well-organized, and the room size was just right, with decent lighting and ventilation—perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were polite and responded promptly to requests. The surrounding area has good amenities, making shopping and getting around very convenient. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which was a bit poor, as I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. Also, some facilities showed minor signs of wear and tear. Generally, the cleanliness was up to standard, with the bedding and floors tidy. All in all, considering the price, it performed as expected with no major flaws, making it a good choice for travel accommodation. I'd give it a positive review.

Wonderful hotel , we stayed in cheap hotels in Beijing and all of them were awful so we decided to go here , this hotel was our favourite, it’s easy to find and it’s in a very good area there’s food all around you , parks and the subway is 15-20 mins away , the staff were really friendly and helped us with chopsticks etc. the room was super clean and has perfect amount of room for 2 people, I would definitely come back here and recommend this hotel if your on a budget

The lobby is clean and tidy, with a microwave available for heating up food. There's also a table at the front desk for receiving deliveries, and you can store your luggage there too. The front desk staff are very welcoming and speak softly, offering great service. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

This hotel deserves a perfect score! Let's start with comfort: the pillows on the bed are just right – not too soft, not too firm – making it really pleasant to lean back and read before bed. The air conditioning is incredibly quiet; you can run it all night without being disturbed. As for cleanliness, it's impeccable. Every day after cleaning, even the toiletries are neatly arranged in a row, and used towels are promptly replaced with fresh ones. The attention to detail is superb. For breakfast, you can walk to Beijing Ziguangyuan in just 3 minutes, so you don't have to wake up too early to queue.

The family I stayed with was itchy. It was not very convenient because there were no restaurants nearby, but you could order takeout. The family room had a large TV cabinet and bedside table, and there were also white and gray marks that may have been left by the decoration; the iron chain of the anti-theft lock was broken and could not be stuck on the door.
