Sunworld Dynasty Hotel Beijing Wangfujing

Hotel’s location was good, once you exit the hotel it is Wangfujing Street which connects all the malls! Service was so-so as they don’t provide services to send food delivery / parcel delivery to the hotel room unlike other 5-star hotels. Housekeeping was good, the staff was really friendly. No other good points for the hotel.

I booked to stay here with my elderly mother for 2 nights and we both really liked the hotel in terms of friendly services, great breakfast offerings, convenient location close to department stores, Jinyu Hutong subway station making it easy to explore the city. This is the only hotel among 3 hotels we had stay in Beijing where guest service agents can speak English! They promptly assisted us with our inquiries. If we return to Beijing, we will certainly stay here again.

Great location with fantastic service. I sent a package 6 months ago and they kept it for me which frankly surprises me. I will book this hotel again if I come to Beijing the next time.

We had a great stay, but Ethan at breakfast was the real standout. He took such good care of us and even went the extra mile to whip up some drinks for my parents. It’s hard to find that level of genuine hospitality these days. Thanks, Ethan!

Location is perfect if you’re going to do touristy attractions! We stayed for 3 nights and it’s very easy to get a taxi from there. It’s also 2min walking distance from the Wangfujing squares. Some English speaking staff so helpful not to use the app (rare in Beijing). Calvin was our doorman and he was LOVELY. He spoke English with us and was always smiling and helpful when we had bags or luggage etc. Breakfast options were great with a mix of western and Chinese cuisine. Easy to find vegetarian or non pork options. The executive lounge is OK but we were able to do late check out (4pm) so this was great.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and the location was perfect , right in the middle of Wangfujin and next to the Catholic Church.

Outstanding Hospitality and Great Perks at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel! We had a remarkably comfortable and enjoyable stay at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel Wangfujing Beijing. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the center of Wangfujing, and the hotel itself has great shops inside. Don't judge the property by its exterior—the interior is beautiful and welcoming. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained, though we did notice the basin is leaking. We loved the thoughtful extra touches, including Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, umbrella, torch, and complimentary beverages. The complimentary daily tea break, dinner, and the wide variety of international breakfast items were also fantastic. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. The concierge team is highly approachable and helpful. A massive thank you to Dylan, Jack, and Clark for their exceptional assistance, and especially to Dylan for the lovely souvenirs! We also highly appreciate Lily and Laina from the executive lounge for being so understanding, accommodating, and kind with our arrangements. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience. We have zero regrets and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beijing!
