Choosing this hotel for my business trip was a great decision, no regrets at all! My overall experience was fantastic. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all. The room was spacious, and the desk and chair were perfect for working. The WiFi was stable and fast. The cleaning staff were meticulous, and the facilities were well-maintained and felt new. The shower had consistent water pressure. The front desk service was professional and efficient, and the check-out process was simple and quick. Parking downstairs was also very convenient. The price was reasonable, and the service was thoughtful, making it ideal for business travelers. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone traveling for work.

Stayed here with my mom for one night right before Chinese New Year. I chose this hotel because of its direct proximity to Tiananmen Square. The room was small but well-equipped, and you can grab more bottled water from the front desk if you run out. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, but they were all closed for the holiday, making the area a bit deserted. However, the directions from Baidu Maps were a bit off, making it a little hard to find at first, but a quick call to the front desk sorted everything out.

All linens were high-temperature washed and disinfected; the duvet inserts were fluffy and clean, and the pillows were plump with just the right amount of support. The bedding was neatly folded with sharp creases, showcasing a highly standardized cleaning management. Public areas were equally rigorous: handrails in the stairwells were shiny, fire exits were clear of obstructions, and the floor around the vending machines was consistently dry and free of sticky residue. What’s even more impressive is that this level of cleanliness wasn't a one-off; it was maintained throughout our entire stay. After daily housekeeping, trash was promptly removed, amenities were precisely restocked, and even the bath towels were folded at the same exact angle.

The hotel is a convenient six or seven-minute walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around. It's also just a short taxi ride (minimum fare) to the main commercial district. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist. Luggage storage is available, and the elevator requires a key card for access, which feels very secure. The environment is quiet and comfortable.
