"The hotel is ideally located right by the ancient city walls, incredibly close to both the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We booked a sea-view room, and the views were absolutely stunning – we spent every day just gazing at the sea from our room! The breakfast spread was quite generous. Enjoying breakfast in the semi-open-air restaurant, while watching the sea, seagulls, and passing cyclists, was such a delightful experience."

GGuest UserOverall a very good hotel. Most impressed by its outstanding service and good food. Stayed in the Yildiz room which faces the street but was very well sound insulated so it is very quiet and peaceful. It was also very well light insulated and perfect for sleeping in. A point to note, there is the actual Ciragan Palace and the new annexe which houses the actual hotel with its rooms, restaurants and facilities. The actual Ciragan Palace houses only about 10 top suites and is used mostly as its meetings and events venue. It is lovely to be able to walk around the Palace and stroll along the Bosphorus on Palace's promenade.

MM41852****Cons: There's no proper desk, so I had to work on the nightstand. The public co-working space was too crowded with 'escorts,' which felt a bit uncomfortable.
Pros: The restaurant features a fully transparent bay window, which is excellent for photos and views. The hotel's location is next to the Bosphorus Bridge, in a bustling commercial area.

GGuest UserA quiet place by the river in the middle of flowers and trees.
The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney.
The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea.
The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point.
The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too.
The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting.
The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea.
Overall a fantastic stay.

GGuest UserI had a room with a terrace. Check-in was awful; they took forever to get the room ready because it was still being cleaned. After I finally got in, I couldn't understand what cleaning they were talking about: there were hairs on the floor, dust marks, and Snickers wrappers. I called the manager, they cleaned it up, and yelled at the housekeeper. The room is very run down: mold stains in the bathroom, worn-out furniture. The view is, of course, magnificent, but I'd rather have a different room than one with such a view. Breakfasts are good, with a large selection. The staff is unfriendly. I will not be staying at this hotel again, even if it's free.

KKongfangzhengrenI had to give this hotel a big full score for the service. I couldn’t pay with my credit card and they called an employee to walk me to the ATM to get cash for payment. instead of letting me go out alone at night to find it. When I parked. Manager and staff 2 people direct me to reverse. When I went out in the middle of the night, three employees ran out to guide me to avoid the car next to me and safely poured out. When I checked out on the last day, someone helped me with my luggage. The front desk manager kept a comic beard like a senior butler. The attitude was very good and the English was good. It felt at ease. If the manager did not increase the salary, I did not agree. There are many choices for breakfast at the hotel, but I think there are too few hot dishes, too many cold dishes, and the breakfast is not very comfortable. But the scenery of the place to eat breakfast is invincible. In general, if you don't rely on the sea, the location here is indeed a bit biased, but if you come to see the sea, this is the best choice, but pay attention to eating after 11 pm may not be convenient, the hotel location is very high on the hillside, but there is a convenience store. 67 euros a night for less than 600 yuan is very cost-effective, and the parking lot is large, which is rare in Istanbul.

2nd on arrival the hotel yard is nice but despite several valle looking guy who help you with you rluggage and opening doors and greetin, none of them are used to a valle your car to the basement parking, which is a shame for a 5 star hotel. Managemnet need to set up a free valle and kick ass
Reception area nad desk are good and pleasent
The steam room is dangerous and I Burnt my legg as it squirts hot air from under the seat and burns U, need to shield this

DDr.WaheedThe hotel itself is lovely with brilliant staff who were always welcoming and helpful. However, the central air conditioning was not very effective, and I often woke up during the night feeling too warm , the same issue affected my family. There were also a few broken items in the room, and the cleaning service was only average. On the positive side, the food was excellent and the pool was a highlight of our stay.
