Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very clean, and well located with a 5-10 minute walk to the train to take you into the city Centre. There are great restaurants also close by, a new fancy area to go out. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with lots of choices for kids.

Worth its money. Completely satisfied by the stay. Service really superb. Especially helpful at the reception Berkay and Ihsay

My experience at Novotel was quite disappointing. The bathtub was unclean, which immediately raised hygiene concerns. On top of that, the plumbing was in poor condition—there was a continuous water leak that made the bathroom uncomfortable to use. I reported these issues and was promised a room change, but despite no one ever took action. This lack of response and accountability was extremely frustrating. The only positive aspect of my stay was the view, which was genuinely nice. Unfortunately, that alone does not make up for the poor maintenance and service. I expected much better standards and responsiveness from a hotel like Novotel.

very nice hotel，around 200meters have a chinese food ，it is very traditional hunan‘s food. room is very big ，and the restaurant have nice sight.

The hotel itself is lovely with brilliant staff who were always welcoming and helpful. However, the central air conditioning was not very effective, and I often woke up during the night feeling too warm , the same issue affected my family. There were also a few broken items in the room, and the cleaning service was only average. On the positive side, the food was excellent and the pool was a highlight of our stay.
