It is definitely a good place to stay for five or six days! I feel that it is the most charming residence on Phi Phi Island, with a seaside cabin, close to nature, walking barefoot on the soft and white beach every day, blowing the sea breeze, and directly entering the relaxation and vacation mode. And the hotel is very quiet. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing and slowly get up, and then have a perfect breakfast. In the afternoon, you can take a nap in your room semi-outdoors and sit in a daze. Occasionally, a small family of three monkeys will visit your room, take some fruit and run away. The hotel's dining is the most upscale choice on this island. The cocktails are first-class, and the lamb chops are great! The spa is also lovely. The service level of the entire hotel is first-class and enthusiastic. Several employees, such as Ms. Ping, speak Chinese very well👍, and the general manager Mr. Becker can also speak some Chinese! In short, it is a perfect resort on Phi Phi Island.

Elena UsenkoI want to express my immense gratitude to the hotel team and owners for making our vacation truly unforgettable! This was probably the best vacation of my life.
Everything was absolutely perfect! I'd like to start with the grounds – words simply cannot describe how beautiful it is, and how harmoniously it blends into the island's wild nature. The bungalows themselves are very functional and beautiful, with a garden-facing terrace – waking up and having morning coffee there felt magical.
The staff are incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. The breakfasts are excellent – hearty and delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The pools are simply magnificent, and the sea is crystal clear, with a perfect beach and a very comfortable, shallow entry.
If I were to visit Phi Phi again, I would only stay at this hotel.
A small tip for future guests: there are mosquitoes and gnats on the island (this is the only tiny natural drawback, not a hotel one). In addition to mosquito spray, be sure to buy a special cream for bites at any Thai pharmacy. It was a lifesaver for us (we always get bitten a lot). The cream relieves itching and discomfort within a few seconds of application – it's an absolute must-have for Phi Phi!
Thank you to the hotel team for this paradise and perfect service!

Юлия1980Overall, we booked for 4 days but only stayed for one, not because of the hotel but because of the sea, as it was always low tide there. We moved to another beach, Long Beach, which is simply excellent. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the beach, amidst numerous stalls, shops, and bars. We had 4 rooms in total; generally, the rooms were clean, towels were clean, and toiletries like shampoo and shower gel were provided. The balconies were clean with ashtrays, and the bedding was good, spotless and clean. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The pool was also clean and cool. We stayed in mid-March. The hotel is well-located, not far from the pier; we walked there easily with our suitcases and even stopped at a 7/12 (convenience store) along the way, as it's right next to the hotel.

The hotel is located away from the busy, crowded areas of the island, and the views are truly stunning. Waking up to the sea and enjoying the peaceful surroundings is definitely the highlight of staying here.
However, there are several aspects that take away from what could have been a much better experience.
• The staff is noticeably unfriendly, which feels unusual for Thailand. The atmosphere lacks the warmth and hospitality the country is known for, possibly because most of the team is not Thai.
• Cleanliness could be significantly improved. The restaurant area, parts of the resort, and even the beach did not feel as well maintained as they should be.
• The beach directly in front of the hotel tends to get crowded, with many sunbeds occupied by towels for hours without being used.
• The food is average overall, and the breakfast in particular is quite bland and uninspiring.
That said, the sea itself is beautiful and almost makes up for the shortcomings (swimming surrounded by fishes is amazing). It’s worth staying for a couple of days to enjoy the view and the water. You can also head to the nearby, more secluded stretch of Loh Moo Dee for a quieter and more pleasant beach experience.

Great location if you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the crowds. If you miss the hustle and bustle or want to visit the clubs, you can take a private taxi boat to Tonsai for about 1,000 THB one way.
We stayed in the Ocean Sunset Room. Just a heads-up: it’s located on a hill, about a 10-minute walk from the beach. Hotel has free buggy shuttle between 6:00-22:00. However, it's the perfect spot for sunset lovers since you can't actually see the sunset from the beach itself. Great value for couples! The private pool offers total privacy (perfect for swimming naked! :) )and an amazing view of the sun going down.
The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony, but it felt a bit dated. The main issue was the water pressure in the shower - it was extremely low, which was disappointing considering the price.
Breakfast was okay, pretty standard. If you’re looking for a great meal nearby, check out a local restaurant called 'Banyan' -delicious food, fair prices, and excellent service.

Facilities: The garden villa room is spacious enough, with extra beds available in both the living room and bedroom, which was very convenient for our family of two adults and two children. The large balcony dried clothes quickly. However, the room was a bit old, the air conditioner was noisy, and the bathroom door creaked loudly every time it opened or closed.
Service: We requested a room close to the snorkeling area in our booking, and they gave us a spot right in the middle of it, which was great. Upon arrival, we received welcome juice and a detailed resort explanation presented kneeling, a very nice touch. Food was delivered to the room, and overall, the service attitude was excellent.
Environment: The resort has abundant vegetation and is quite expansive, making you feel like you're staying in a forest. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes; after lying by the pool for a short while, I ended up with seven bites on my back. Every morning around 5 or 6 am, you can hear monkeys, various large birds, and boats, making it difficult to sleep in.
Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well.
Aside from that: On our first day, we went out to a restaurant recommended by reviews, and our whole family ended up with food poisoning, spending two days recuperating at the hotel. Before leaving the island, I felt a bit disappointed and decided to check out the underwater situation. Luckily, I spotted Nemo! Nemo's location: From the restaurant, walk along the beach to the first beachfront room with a pool. Enter the water and look about 1 meter outside the right side of the floating buoy area, as circled in the picture. The anemone isn't very big, only about 20 centimeters, so you'll need to look carefully.

I booked the Ocean Cliff Villa. I am was here on April 19th, and there were not alot people. They have a boat service that picks you up, and drops you off room the pier. There were maybe only 15 - 20 guest , and no kids were there 🙏🏿! The hotel is very excluded from the rest of the island, which is great if you enjoy calm, peace, and quiet.
The room was very clean, and all amenities worked properly. (I like it cold, and the AC was very powerful). The WiFi in my room was strong. I streamed Netflix, watched the NBA playoffs, and facetimed my mama while I was here. The staff was very friendly. They always helped us with our bags, gave extra towels when needed, and would give us a ride up the hill if they saw us walking. The room I purchased was indeed up a slope so be very mindful of that if you have limitations.
The breakfast was included in my room, and it was good. For lunch/Dinner I ordered chicken fried rice and beef pad thai. It was very good. I am also very greedy and I eat almost anything so I am not the best person to give a food review, lol.
I only stayed on night and I am seriously considering adjusting my vacation schedule so I can come back before I return to the states. 1 night was not enough.
If you want to party, please do not ome here, and disturb the peace. There are plenty of other places in Thailand for that. If you want to kick back, vibe, and relax this is your place.

Very clean environment, pick & drop luggage service from Ferry Pier.
The best location to stay with a private beach, who wants to go away from the party.
Highly recommend for couples and family no need for any deposits at check-in.

The breakfast was amazing. The grounds are beautiful with pretty flowers and lots of cute cats, however, finding our room was tough. And the internet didn’t work. As well, the bathroom was not the cleanest. I had to walk to the front counter in a towel and pass a drunk guy who literally wanted to jump my bones, because in order to reach the front you must scan the QR code which is not possible without the internet access. Anyway, the front desk staff were great in going above and beyond to replace the kettle which didn’t work initially. They also hooked us up to the alternate internet that always works on the ground and that I believe the staff use. And the front desk person also got us the dental kit as this doesn’t automatically come with the room or at all. The agent secured us the dental kit that I assumed comes with a 200 + a night room because I asked and to compensate for all the things that were not up to par with the room. The sheets had some rips or rouging from wear and tear I noticed when I got under the covers. Overall, the breakfast the next morning made it all worth it. And yes it is really that good. You get the best Thai dishes, western dishes and more for breakfast unlimited and the chef is top tier. Do what you will with this information. And there were NO roaches or lizards, only a few ants near the kettle that didn’t work lol.

I recently stayed at Phi Phi Bay View Resort for one night in a Deluxe Sea View room. The overall experience was pleasant, though I would not classify the property as truly luxurious compared to the price point. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the location—the view from the room was stunning, with beautiful beaches right in front of the property, accessible only to hotel guests. The resort also provides complimentary beach bags for in-house guests, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety and quality. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the stay comfortable. However, the washroom facilities felt outdated and could benefit from renovation. Additionally, the main market is a bit far, so walking may not be convenient for everyone.
