We abbsolutely loved staying here. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The resort has it’s own private beach which is great! We also enjoyed the food here. They have pretty diverse food options for breakfast and excellent service!

Guest UserUpon arriving to Tonsai pier on Phi Phi Island I was afraid of an overcrowded beach packed tourist spot, we secured a longtail straight away and were taken to Saii resort about a 30 min boat ride. It does take some effort or time I should say to get there from Krabi, Koh Lanta, or Phuket but very worth it. We came from Koh Lanta on a ferry. 1.5 hours and then longtail to resort .5 hours. We were welcomed in the beautiful open air surroundings, check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful and even made arrangements for our departure from the island to the airport in Krabi for days later. The resort is clean a beautiful. We had a Sea View Villa which was fabulous, clean, newly remodeled, and large. Huge front porch to sit on steps from the beach or pool. It was very adult, a quiet easy family or couple environment. Lot's of sitting areas, a seating area at night to listen to a local band. Food at the resort was good but as expected somewhat expensive, food and village out in town was quaint nice and much cheaper. We enjoyed a bit of both. The views, pristine water, serene environment, clean rooms, wonderful staff....spent three days at Saii, and I would go back again. Pics on the website were pretty accurate. If you going to go, which you should, stay for a few several days. It's worth it.

This place wa perfect for us for our one night stopping in phi phi. The pool is more of a dip pool but the apartment opened straight out into it which was wonderful. The bed was big but the amenities are basic - this is fine on phi phi as there’s lots to go out and see and do anyway so you’re not really in the hotel.
The bathroom was a little unclean but the room itself was perfectly clean and tidy. Generally very good value for money.
It’s a 5 min walk from the port which makes it super easy and beaches are 5 min walk in either direction - lots of places to eat and drink in the area as it’s in the center of the town.

Facilities: The garden villa room is spacious enough, with extra beds available in both the living room and bedroom, which was very convenient for our family of two adults and two children. The large balcony dried clothes quickly. However, the room was a bit old, the air conditioner was noisy, and the bathroom door creaked loudly every time it opened or closed.
Service: We requested a room close to the snorkeling area in our booking, and they gave us a spot right in the middle of it, which was great. Upon arrival, we received welcome juice and a detailed resort explanation presented kneeling, a very nice touch. Food was delivered to the room, and overall, the service attitude was excellent.
Environment: The resort has abundant vegetation and is quite expansive, making you feel like you're staying in a forest. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes; after lying by the pool for a short while, I ended up with seven bites on my back. Every morning around 5 or 6 am, you can hear monkeys, various large birds, and boats, making it difficult to sleep in.
Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well.
Aside from that: On our first day, we went out to a restaurant recommended by reviews, and our whole family ended up with food poisoning, spending two days recuperating at the hotel. Before leaving the island, I felt a bit disappointed and decided to check out the underwater situation. Luckily, I spotted Nemo! Nemo's location: From the restaurant, walk along the beach to the first beachfront room with a pool. Enter the water and look about 1 meter outside the right side of the floating buoy area, as circled in the picture. The anemone isn't very big, only about 20 centimeters, so you'll need to look carefully.

Great location if you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the crowds. If you miss the hustle and bustle or want to visit the clubs, you can take a private taxi boat to Tonsai for about 1,000 THB one way.
We stayed in the Ocean Sunset Room. Just a heads-up: it’s located on a hill, about a 10-minute walk from the beach. Hotel has free buggy shuttle between 6:00-22:00. However, it's the perfect spot for sunset lovers since you can't actually see the sunset from the beach itself. Great value for couples! The private pool offers total privacy (perfect for swimming naked! :) )and an amazing view of the sun going down.
The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony, but it felt a bit dated. The main issue was the water pressure in the shower - it was extremely low, which was disappointing considering the price.
Breakfast was okay, pretty standard. If you’re looking for a great meal nearby, check out a local restaurant called 'Banyan' -delicious food, fair prices, and excellent service.

I booked the Ocean Cliff Villa. I am was here on April 19th, and there were not alot people. They have a boat service that picks you up, and drops you off room the pier. There were maybe only 15 - 20 guest , and no kids were there 🙏🏿! The hotel is very excluded from the rest of the island, which is great if you enjoy calm, peace, and quiet.
The room was very clean, and all amenities worked properly. (I like it cold, and the AC was very powerful). The WiFi in my room was strong. I streamed Netflix, watched the NBA playoffs, and facetimed my mama while I was here. The staff was very friendly. They always helped us with our bags, gave extra towels when needed, and would give us a ride up the hill if they saw us walking. The room I purchased was indeed up a slope so be very mindful of that if you have limitations.
The breakfast was included in my room, and it was good. For lunch/Dinner I ordered chicken fried rice and beef pad thai. It was very good. I am also very greedy and I eat almost anything so I am not the best person to give a food review, lol.
I only stayed on night and I am seriously considering adjusting my vacation schedule so I can come back before I return to the states. 1 night was not enough.
If you want to party, please do not ome here, and disturb the peace. There are plenty of other places in Thailand for that. If you want to kick back, vibe, and relax this is your place.

The biggest plus is the location. It's a 400m walk from the pier. The room is average, nothing fancy. Small but cozy. The bathroom is also tiny, you can't really move around if there are two people. The shower is just a hole, but there's hot water. It's a standard room. The grounds are beautiful. But the pool, that's just fantastic! There's a big pool and a smaller one for kids. The views from the pool out to the sea are also great.

Very clean environment, pick & drop luggage service from Ferry Pier.
The best location to stay with a private beach, who wants to go away from the party.
Highly recommend for couples and family no need for any deposits at check-in.

The breakfast was amazing. The grounds are beautiful with pretty flowers and lots of cute cats, however, finding our room was tough. And the internet didn’t work. As well, the bathroom was not the cleanest. I had to walk to the front counter in a towel and pass a drunk guy who literally wanted to jump my bones, because in order to reach the front you must scan the QR code which is not possible without the internet access. Anyway, the front desk staff were great in going above and beyond to replace the kettle which didn’t work initially. They also hooked us up to the alternate internet that always works on the ground and that I believe the staff use. And the front desk person also got us the dental kit as this doesn’t automatically come with the room or at all. The agent secured us the dental kit that I assumed comes with a 200 + a night room because I asked and to compensate for all the things that were not up to par with the room. The sheets had some rips or rouging from wear and tear I noticed when I got under the covers. Overall, the breakfast the next morning made it all worth it. And yes it is really that good. You get the best Thai dishes, western dishes and more for breakfast unlimited and the chef is top tier. Do what you will with this information. And there were NO roaches or lizards, only a few ants near the kettle that didn’t work lol.

I recently stayed at Phi Phi Bay View Resort for one night in a Deluxe Sea View room. The overall experience was pleasant, though I would not classify the property as truly luxurious compared to the price point. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the location—the view from the room was stunning, with beautiful beaches right in front of the property, accessible only to hotel guests. The resort also provides complimentary beach bags for in-house guests, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety and quality. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the stay comfortable. However, the washroom facilities felt outdated and could benefit from renovation. Additionally, the main market is a bit far, so walking may not be convenient for everyone.
