GGuest UserThe staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

18+ adults only. No kids, almost no elderly guests or Asian faces.
The facilities are incredibly comprehensive. Besides the buffet restaurant that changes its menu daily, the Greek restaurant is available for reservations every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings, and the Asian restaurant every Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Plus, there are 4 or 5 bars! Every day was spent eating, playing, and sleeping.
The facilities are great, and all the following are free: tennis, table tennis, swimming, basketball, soccer, and yoga.
The hotel's entertainment team is so much fun, organizing all sorts of activities every day and incredibly enthusiastic!
what's to be improved:
1. Both the check-in and check-out front desk staff were very impatient.
2. I can understand the noise from the party themed nights; however, there's a construction site next to the hotel with drilling from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM every day, which is just too loud!
3. The hotel charges extra for sailing and paddleboarding, and the price is ten times higher than outside the hotel. They also frequently come to the beach to push sales, and their attitude is quite poor.

Those people are hospitality gurus, the way they treated me and my family made us all overwhelmingly happy. Every single detail was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations.
-Once in the restaurant my son was hesitant and in seconds the chef made him a special order that suits his taste.
-Snacks and pizzas are so yummy.
-The hotel is nice and cozy.
-The views are relaxing.
-Super clean Rooms, Pools and restaurants.
-The main restaurant served seafood several times. However, It was never smelly and this is a plus.
-Access was available to Jaz Casa Del Mar's lovely sandy beach.
Words won't express my feelings when the hotel sent me a complimentary birthday cake on my birthday and another compliment was sent the next day (fruit platter, nuts and maccarons😋😋)

MMAI armyThe type of room was different from the reservation at first, but after unfolding the luggage, they prepared the reserved room. The response from the older female staff was very good. The number of towels, water, and bathrobes were not prepared for the number of people. It would have been better if there was a Japanese-speaking staff. Also, the front desk is far away. They also provide lunch boxes. Please note that dinner closes at 18:00. I checked the app and it was dinner time from 19:00, but it was closed at 18:00. I asked to take a picture and they didn't believe me, but the dinner staff also told me that they close at 19:00. It was a pity that the hotel was very good because the time for dinner was a little longer and what the app and the hotel said was different. The hotel was really nice. Perhaps because it was Egypt, the hotel name was updated later, and I couldn't get in touch with the hotel in advance, so I think it wasn't compatible with the app.

GGuest UserEven though it's an older hotel, the facilities aren't dated. The bedding was a bit pilled but very clean. The front desk staff were great; they upgraded us to a sea-view room when we checked in at 1 AM, and the bellhop helped with our luggage without expecting a tip. Check-out is at noon, and you can store your luggage. The sea view was much better than expected – you could easily spend a whole day just relaxing there without going out. The meals were a bit 'Western' fare, but the omelets at breakfast were delicious, and dinner included sea prawns and fish.

AAnonymous UserConclusion first: I don't recommend going to Hurghada to spend money and get humiliated. All the staff discriminate against Chinese people. If you have to go, you can consider this hotel
1. Service: The restaurant staff is OK, but
– The staff on the beach will chat with white people very enthusiastically and ask what they want to drink, but I just skipped it. According to my observation, Chinese people all get their drinks from the bar. Interesting, the main purpose is to secretly disgust you. After complaining to the manager, there was no improvement (the management team apologized sincerely, but Egypt's structural discrimination may be unsolvable)
– I was yelled at by the staff on the beach for moving an unused fence (the white people next to me used two without any problem)
2. Facilities: It is said that there are four restaurants, but it is impossible to make an appointment, which means that there is only one restaurant, and the food is at the level of a cafeteria. Only the barbecue bar is OK. Anyone who has stayed in all-inclusive hotels in other places can't praise it
3. Room: The decoration is very poor, the level of domestic cheap and fast hotels, and the three words ”guesthouse” are the most accurate description
In short, Hurghada is not recommended at all, and this hotel has a relatively good evaluation

GGuest UserIt was a perfect experience for me. Me and my wife had fun so much. I strongly recommend Hotel Pick Albatros Resort Palace. Their services were awesome. There is only one serious issue I had. I wanted to join Orangerr Bay tour with my wife. Hotel Reception suggested me to work with Mr. Ayman Kady and Mr. Kady managed us a boat tour company called ”Ayaa”.
I wanted to go diving but there was a misunderstanding. There was a one diving instructor guy of ”Ayaa” boat tour company. He was very rude towards guests. He was giving me attidude because of misunderstanding but also there were another couples who faced organisational issues of Ayaa as well. I asked him why he is giving attidude towards us and suddenly he started to shout at me and other 2 couples. He used many bad words against Germans and Deutschland.
He mentioned that we have to act like according to his wishes because we are on his boat and in his country otherwise he would kill us diving insttuctor mentioned.
Anyway I called Mr. Ayman Kady immediately when I was on the boat and thanks god there was internet connection eventhough it was too low and he called his boss and we changed boat tour immediately in diving break. Thanksfully he saved my day to be destroyed because my wife so scared and very unhappy.
Eventhough It was nice experience but I do not suggest you to work ”Ayaa” boat tour company you can mentione that to Tour guide Me. Ayman Kady of Pick Albatros Resort Palace Hotel.

MM440560****The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I waited over ten minutes, only to be given a room completely different from the sea-view room I booked—it faced a wall! I had to get angry before they finally switched me to a room with a sea view. It’s best to double-check everything at the front desk when checking in, especially since the rooms are quite a distance from the front desk, and the restaurant is across from the front desk, requiring a walk from the beach.
This hotel's pool and beach don't prohibit Muslim swimwear, but the cleanliness felt average, and the facilities are a bit old. A particular note for parents: the pool under the children's play area is very deep. Even though there are lifeguards, parents should definitely accompany their children.
The food is typical Egyptian quality, with freshly cut fruit and two dishes prepared live daily. The location is quite good, right in the middle of a lively area and very close to the city pier. However, be cautious of the small Egyptian souvenir shops to the left of the main entrance; I don't recommend them. If you really want to shop there, go with a group.
The hotel also has its own pier for direct sea excursions, but be sure to choose your boat captain carefully. The hotel's landscaping is well-maintained with many cats, and the beach water is crystal clear, perfect for spotting small fish and water birds. There's morning yoga by the sea and evening entertainment. There are many hotels in this area, so you might consider staying at a few to get a different experience.

GGuest User泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

ЕЕFor the third time at this hotel. and every time pleasantly surprise. Despite the fact that the old hotel was always cleaned, the main restaurant was cleaned. They cook deliciously ... especially delicious beef and fish. Variously. Cleaning every day. drinking water in the room. the beach is clean, clean. Nice and polite staff.
For 3 *** it’s quite worthy ... and I know what I'm writing about.
