A bit old, but the room was spacious with a great view. I was just given a room in a rather out-of-the-way location. The front desk service was good.

Excellent stay! The facilities are complete, the environment is beautiful, and the service is great. There are security guards, police, and even a hospital nearby, making it a truly well-equipped area. The evening shows were fantastic too. Highly recommend!

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Although the all-inclusive meals weren't perfectly suited to Asian palates, there was always something edible at every meal, which was great. The hotel environment is fantastic, and the Red Sea is stunning. The service was also excellent; staff member Amen Bahaa proactively upgraded us to a lagoon view room, which was amazing. I really didn't want to leave – it's my favorite place in Egypt. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was quite good. The location is excellent, and it has its own small private beach. It's an all-inclusive hotel. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all pretty average, but there was always something edible. If you have high standards for food quality, this might not be the place for you. However, it's worth mentioning that the decor is quite old; it definitely isn't a 2023 hotel. Many of the doors were broken, making it very difficult to unlock them. Also, my room didn't receive welcome fruits and drinks, even though all my friends did. I'm not sure why that was.

A very beautiful hotel with stunning sea views. You can snorkel directly from the shore and see lots of coral. The food is just okay, but the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here.

The room clearly showed its age, with some peeling paint on the wooden fixtures. But overall, it was fine. The hotel offered great views and was spacious enough. The food was just okay, with limited choices. We only stayed for one day, and there was a bit of a sandstorm, so we didn't get to experience everything the hotel had to offer, which was a shame.

We chose this hotel because there aren't many places in Hurghada that accommodate three adults. The extra bed was perfectly fine for someone of average build. The atmosphere varied by area; we were in a quieter section with mostly older European guests. The food was average, and the slow drink service or inability to get drinks right away was a bit inconvenient.

The room was clean and hygienic, though the facilities felt a bit dated. The restaurant food was mediocre with limited options. However, the coastline was nice, the sea was beautiful, and the overall price was acceptable.

The room was a bit old, but I really enjoyed the snorkeling spot – it was so comfortable and relaxing. It's a small place but has everything you need. Plus, Azul and Arabella share the same sea access, which is convenient.
