My experience with this hotel was very poor, and I do not recommend it at all. I booked a room with a queen bed online, and the price included all taxes and fees. Upon arrival, I checked in and was asked to wait. I then noticed the receptionist calling someone and asking whether to add 10 euros or 10 dollars per night.  After a long wait, the receptionist informed me that I had to pay an additional 10 euros per night for an unclear and unconvincing reason. He claimed that the booking had been made under a Swedish nationality and that I needed to pay this amount as a deposit until they could confirm the details with the company, after which I would receive a refund the next day. However, I did not book through any travel agency—I made the reservation through an online platform—and I had never heard of the company he mentioned. When I was given the room, it was completely different from what I had booked. Initially, I was given a room with two separate beds, even though I had reserved a double bed, so I refused it. They then provided another room, where the only thing matching my booking was the double bed. The furniture was worn out, the doors were old and difficult to open and close, the TV did not work properly, and the hairdryer would turn on for only a few seconds before shutting off. There was also no internet available, which made the stay even more inconvenient. I had no other option, so I accepted the room. The next day, I went to the reception to retrieve my deposit as promised. I was told that the company had not responded and that the money would not be returned, and instead would be charged as a “nationality difference fee.” To make matters worse, the explanation changed—this time they claimed the booking had been made under a UK nationality (the day before, it was Swedish). This was clearly dishonest and unprofessional. I stayed for two days, and it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon checkout, they delayed me again under the pretext of verifying that I had paid this so-called nationality fee, even though I showed the receipt for the amount I had already paid upon arrival. To be fair, the only positive aspect was the friendly behavior of the beach staff. In short, I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is decent. Most of the guests are Caucasians. The hotel environment is quite good, right by the sea. The rooms are a bit average and small, and the air conditioning was too cold. The service is okay. The all-inclusive meals are also just average, not really suited for an Asian palate. The value for money is pretty good. Overall, it's fine. It's very convenient for going out to sea.

Definitely a run-down resort, poor service, depressing holiday, luckily I only stayed for 3 days. I forgot, no Wi-Fi in the rooms and poor in the lobby.

This is the worst room of my trip. The room I stayed in had just been repainted. It was glaring and pungent and not suitable for human habitation. I communicated with the front desk clerk and asked to change rooms, but the front desk refused and only arranged for the waiter to spray the room with air freshener. This is not covering up the truth. I could only keep the door open all night and block the door with tables and chairs. You can't imagine what an unimaginable night I spent here😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

This was the worst vacation we have ever had. This hotel completely ruined our trip and our mood. We deeply regret choosing this place. The bed linen was filthy, extremely old, overused, and STINKING. If you’re lucky, housekeeping might change it after previous guests. The pillows smelled disgusting. Room cleaning was terrible, even though we left tips and repeatedly asked for proper cleaning. After the first night, I was bitten by something. When I asked to change the bedding, I was ignored and instead given insect spray. The towels were old, grey, worn out, and full of holes. The rooms are very old, shabby, with peeling paint, cockroaches, and mosquitoes everywhere. The food in the restaurant was awful. In five days, vegetables were fresh only twice. And only when management showed up did the food slightly improve. The selection is very poor, and the food is badly cooked. Undercooked chicken, extremely dry beef that is impossible to chew, served in tiny portions by staff who act like they hate you. Fish was the same almost every day—smelly, clearly not fresh, as if it had been frozen and thawed multiple times. Disposable plastic cups are being reused—washed and refilled! This is completely unsanitary. If someone has tuberculosis or any other illness, this is a serious health hazard!!! The restaurant staff are rude and openly hostile toward guests. They serve tiny portions and give noticeably larger portions only to Arab guests. Staff stare at women in a disrespectful way and harass them. There is a flock of crows living on the property. They scream loudly early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep, and steal food from tables in the restaurant. Why doesn’t the management do anything about this? At the beach, sunbeds are packed so tightly that people are practically sitting on top of each other. Guests from three other hotels also use this beach, so there is no space. They also use the already terrible Wi-Fi, which only works at the reception and is extremely poor. The beach itself is sandy but full of stones, dirty, and not maintained. There is a pier with boats constantly arriving and leaving, creating noise and unpleasant smells. The hotel is full of rude russian , loud tourists who push in the restaurant, and every evening you are forced to listen to drunken shouting and russians music. The pools are dirty, with murky water—no one even wants to swim. The only positives are the beautiful palm trees on the territory and a small reef near the shore with some fish. That’s it. Outside the hotel, there are shops, a mall, and a market, but the roads are broken, everything looks run down, and there is no proper infrastructure. It’s unclear why tourists visiting Hurghada have to pay 30 euros for a visa when there is nothing to see. Everywhere—from the airport onward—people try to scam you and overcharge you. The country feels extremely poor and unwelcoming.
