Cebeci Grand Hotel

Great location – close to convenience stores, the bazaar, Meydan, and restaurants. Perfect for walking around. The breakfast is excellent, and the rooftop restaurant offers a beautiful Black Sea view. Highly recommend for the scenery and convenience!

had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. • The staff at the reception were rude and unhelpful. • Nobody assisted us with our luggage upon arrival. • The first room we were given had a leaking ceiling. We were then moved to a triple room even though we had already paid for a quadruple room, and the hotel never refunded the price difference. • The bathroom ceiling in the second room was also leaking and damaged. • The next day, we were moved again to a quadruple room, but that room also had water leaking from the ceiling. The constant dripping noise made it impossible to sleep all night. • To make things worse, when moving us to another room, the staff even asked if we had taken the blankets and pillows from the previous room, which was very unprofessional and offensive. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this place to anyone until they fix their maintenance issues and improve their staff’s attitude.

Hotel service is terrible, I arrived with my kids at 3:00 pm and they couldn’t give me the room I already booked before one month from the trip because the guest prior to me didn’t do a check out and he was out of the hotel and they don’t have any contact for him They offered me a room in their second hotel which is very far away from the city center and there is nothing around it like shops or restaurants and promise me that they will give me the room the next day morning. I came the next day at 10:00am and the room was not ready and they said we don’t know when it will be ready may be one hour may be five hours. I left my luggage there and went out because I had limited time in the city and I received my room at 8:00 pm the second day I asked for late check out (at 6:00 pm) as a compensation and the manager was attending and they said ok, and I confirmed that the last night before check out with the reception that my check out will be at 6:00 pm and they said everything is ok At the day of check out I returned to the hotel at 4:30 pm and the reception asked by to do check out now because the next guest arrived. I went to the room to found the room service staff in the room, collected all my stuff in one corner and doing cleaning for the room, I asked them to go out so I can collect my stuff they refused because their working time is about to end and they must go home. I talked with reception and he talked with them and they waited outside the door, knocking the door every five minutes asking us to complete quickly and get out of the room. I talked with reception’s and he said your check out at 4:00 not 6:00, I said to him I told you yesterday and you confirmed, said that the manager today said they must do the check out at 4:00 not 6:00. They was terrible and I don’t recommend anyone to go to this hotel

Location is good . But the service and hotel its self is very bad . First of all there was no ventilation and air conditioners in corridors . Room had a very interesting smell and we tried to cover the smell with the poor working air conditioner . From my personal experience i will never stay in this hotel .

I had booked a family room and paid in advance. When I wanted to check in at 8pm, the hotel mentioned that the family room is not available. Insted, they gave me 2 separate rooms in a different floor. The room AC was not working. When I asked the reception, they didn't take any action. I had to come down and reported again. There are no restaurants within a kilometer of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Overall, terrible experience.
