"They booked a hotel for a couple of days and paid for the app.As a result, when they arrived, we were offered 1 double bed , although the voucher indicated 2.Other visitors faced the same problem that day.That is, to solve the problem , which was created by the hotel management , the administrator and his assistant had to spend 1.5 hours! Plus the hotel is in inexpensive accurate rooms and polite staff.Minus and big is a staircase,i.e. if you have a suitcase,not a backpack,prepare to carry it yourself without an elevator.Thanks to the huge boy Sabina that brought us this suitcase on the first day at three Different rooms and on all floors until the administrator finally got us ahead of the room (probably the director didn't give good) with 2 separate beds as it was reserved and paid.There are carpets in the rooms, but are they needed?
