The hotel is located in the city center. The restaurant below the same building is great. The food is also very good. We live in a suite but first the window is on the side of the road. The car is very noisy. In addition, the room is CONNECTING ROOM The door is not soundproof. The small sound of the room next to it is passed, and the door is not soundproof!

Castletroy Park Hotel Suite was large and spacious and equipped beyond the regular standard.
We had a problem with the water cooker (calcify storage) and he was still being swapped late evening.
The breakfast is sufficient and delicious.
The city centre of Limerick is accessible by bus and quickly.
How would they stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location, but the service was poor. We called and asked for early check-in. When we called back on the day to confirm, they didn't answer the phone. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk said the rooms were not ready and to come back at 3 pm. When we came back at 3 p.m., he tried to tell us that the rooms were still not ready and that check-in time was from 3pm it didn't have to be 3 pm. We told him that wasn't correct and complained and he managed to magically find us our rooms.

Garden-style hotel, quick check-in, polite gentlemen, three-star hotel, the shortcoming is that we were arranged a room on the basement floor, which was not comfortable, and it was not specified when booking the room that it was a basement floor room.

侯The hotel is located in the center of limerk, it is convenient to go shopping and play. The rooms are well equipped and the staff service is good. Behind the hotel is the bar street of limerk, which is a bit noisy around 11pm. At the time, the hotel was booked at Ctrip for three days, and the price was still very favorable. Later, when the hotel was renewed, it was probably because the weekend price rose by 30 [%] and did not include breakfast. But the hotel is almost the cheapest that can be found in the city centre.
