Our group had two bookings made through Trip. The hotel receptionist accepted this but only had rooms for one of the bookings. This took a few minutes to resolve with no apology.
The rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom sink had no water from the hot tap.
Acceptable hotel but not good value.

The environment here is very beautiful, the service staff is very warm and friendly. We have just finished visiting Bunratty Castle and it is very close here. The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym, and the breakfast is also very rich.

The hotel refunded the fee due to the wrong date, but the hotel ignored it. After repeated communication, it still refused to refund. The attitude is bad and tough, and it is very unfriendly to Chinese tourists! Block forever! Please be careful when booking this hotel!

It is a relatively well-maintained three-star hotel from 20 to 30 years ago, but it is old after all. Many facilities are difficult to use and have a strong sense of age.
