Castletroy Park Hotel Suites

The Suite was clean and spacious. The staff was excellent from check in to housekeeping to the Fitness Center, they were all personable, friendly and fun to chat with while also responding quickly to any questions or needs.

Great choice. Staff was very accomodating for early check-in. Very helpful. The location is about 15 minutes outside of the core of the city. However, cabs are easily available. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes that should satisfy anyone. The front desk staff was especially helpful as was the concierge, Kevin.

Unfortunately my breakfast was not included. I was in a suite with kitchen services-again I did not request them. The front desk was very accommodating about checking me in a day prior to my reservation. But I did not have any cleaning services for my entire stay if 4 days. Would not return there.

Breakfast was great- yummy and felt high end. Amenities were good. Check-in was easy and staff was accommodating. The only thing to note is that you don't stay in the "castle" portion. You stay in one of 2 modern hotel buildings. But room amenities, including the bathroom suite, were very nice.

This is our second visit to Castletroy. We stayed in the suites both times and couldn’t fault it

My daughter is doing a study abroad at UL and this is a perfect location. The bus into town was close and convenient and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The rooms were clean and was perfect for the amount of people that stayed. Staff was amazing.

The room was spotless and comfortable bed. Lovely and warm for a cold February days. The check in staff lovely and polite as well as check out staff. Also the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. However I found the breakfast staff a bit grumpy and not as friendly.

Excellent facilities in the suites very clean well equipped kitchen and bathroom with double shower and an amazing bath the restaurant food was amazing. The whole stay was amazing
