Perfect
The hotel is excellent, with excellent facilities, service, and dining in every aspect. The room is unique, with a lovely Tibetan incense scent, comfortable bedding, and a view of the snow-capped mountains from the curtains. The service was excellent, with oxygen and floor heating pre-set before arrival. There was a welcome song at the reception, and the local staff were lovely. I have a very light palate, and the hotel adapted the food to our tastes. I particularly enjoyed the radish and lamb soup; it was perfect for my taste. The most thoughtful thing was that after asking if the hotel had sanitary napkins that night, they prepared a special hot drink for me at breakfast the next morning. These little touches were truly heartwarming.

Great hotel, but we came off season so probably that’s why it didn’t meet our expectations. The staff and rooms in the hotel istelf are very nice, but the area around feels like a complete ghost town. Nothing is open and there is nowhere to eat in the area, only a 5 minute drive by car to the nearby”Shangri-La town” where only a few restaurants are open. Overall the hotel itself was good, breakfast was okay and it’s fairly close to the Yading park (10 minutes drive). We hope to come back in the summer for a better experience!

Vienna International Hotel is a mid-to-high-end hotel chain under the Jinjiang Hotels Group, offering guaranteed quality. The hotel is ideally located just 3 kilometers from the Yading Scenic Area and across the street from the China National Petroleum Corporation gas station, making access very convenient. The hotel opened in 2025, and all facilities are new and functional. The service at the front desk and restaurant is excellent. The breakfast is particularly delicious, and the evening menu is also quite good.

I appreciate service from owner hotel, They is support and help every thing if I need, facility is good, Room is clean, Bed have a heater, in the room have Oxygen if you need, near the hotel have restaurant and Mart. The toilet is good separate shower and Toilet (Toilet automatic and heat) If I have a chance will comeback the hotel again😊😍 And the hotel near Bus station no.2 , convenient for take a bus

GGuest User川西自駕遊晚上11點到稻城，隨便訂了一家客棧，幸好也接單了，可能是淡季，路上一個人都沒有，一家店鋪都沒開門，打電話給老闆，老闆出來接我們，客棧有暖氣，有製氧機，製氧機好像要掃碼付款才能用，因為我們都沒有高反，所以就沒用，房間乾淨，住起來挺舒服的

We stopped here before going to Yading the next morning. The room is clean and spacious and the staff who talked with us on WeChat is very helpful and nice. Overall, it is a very nice hotel in Riwa. Recommended. The only two things that we hope the hotel could be improved for better experience are 1) the hot water is not stable 2) we stayed in the connecting room and the airconditioning was not flowing to the inside room.
