GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent, with excellent facilities, service, and dining in every aspect. The room is unique, with a lovely ******* incense scent, comfortable bedding, and a view of the snow-capped mountains from the curtains. The service was excellent, with oxygen and floor heating pre-set before arrival. There was a welcome song at the reception, and the local staff were lovely. I have a very light palate, and the hotel adapted the food to our tastes. I particularly enjoyed the radish and lamb soup; it was perfect for my taste. The most thoughtful thing was that after asking if the hotel had sanitary napkins that night, they prepared a special hot drink for me at breakfast the next morning. These little touches were truly heartwarming.

HHuhuCame to Yading and it was totally worth it. The hotel was great, stayed for 2 nights straight.
The hotel is about two kilometers from the main street, which makes it very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep in the high-altitude environment. They even have oxygen machines; one person in our group, who was suffering from altitude sickness, found great relief using it. The hotel also has a restaurant, and the dry-pot cauliflower and stir-fried pork were both delicious. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic; as soon as our car arrived, several handsome guys and beautiful ladies helped us carry our luggage into the lobby and warmly offered us warm water. We needed extra slippers and toothbrushes for our three-person occupancy, and any request was promptly delivered by a ******* gentleman with just one phone call. A truly excellent experience.

GGuest UserIt's close to the Yading scenic area, making travel convenient. It's a newly opened hotel with high-end decoration, new facilities, no odor, smart rooms, smart toilets, soft and comfortable beds, good soundproofing, and a large shower room in the bathroom. There is a free self-service laundry room with a dryer, which washes very cleanly. There are also many breakfast varieties. This is the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to western Sichuan. This is the first time I've written such a detailed review. I hope it can help more people.

AAnonymous UserBest stay in Western Sichuan, located within the daocheng yading park (second stop, 2 mins walk from the bus stop). Very clean comfortable rooms with extremely hot showers, amenities included. Excellent view (highly recommend getting the snow mountain view room). Staff and owners are really kind and helpful. They’ll explain which routes to go if you are hiking up. They do provide electric blankets, didn’t use the electric heater but it is available for colder months. They have their own restaurant which is very convenient and food was delicious! Simple Chinese breakfast included would have liked to have been able to take some food away to eat along the way as wanted to start the hike earlier could consider asking the staff is this would be possible. Do keep in mind the shuttle bus going up to the scenic site can be quite full so do plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back.

TToon_mThe hotel was really great. There’s an elevator, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs.
We arrived at ฺBus Stop 2 and the hotel staff came out to help us with our bags — plus we were warmly greeted by an adorable dog!
We chose a triple room, and the space was comfortable and sufficient for everyone. Our room faced the front with a beautiful mountain view.
The beds also had electric mattress warmers, which made our sleep very cozy.
Breakfast was good, and the stir-fried vegetables were delicious.
They also provide hiking poles that guests can borrow.

There's absolutely no need to worry about hygiene; both the public areas and guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily, ensuring a spotless, tidy, and reassuring environment. The hotel boasts an excellent location with beautiful natural scenery nearby, creating a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The indoor facilities are comprehensive, making for a very comfortable stay. The service is meticulous, with staff who are friendly and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, resulting in an exceptional guest experience.

GGuest UserThis is probably the best hotel in Shangri-La. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and they offer a post-hike foot massage. The front desk agent, Xiaolin, was very friendly and attentive, even helping me order oxygen tanks. I absolutely had to order the medical-grade 58-yuan tank; other 20-30 yuan tanks wouldn't work. The 58-yuan tank is high-pressure pure oxygen, and a few deep puffs are incredibly effective when I have a headache. I used four tanks and it worked flawlessly. Milk Lake is 5,500 meters above sea level, a nearly 20-kilometer round trip. With only 120 tickets available per day, I only managed to avoid the 8-kilometer round trip. Unless you arrive at the scenic area by 7 a.m., you'll never get a ticket. A must-have for hiking!

As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The check-in procedure was quick and smooth, and I also intimately introduced me to the fun places and restaurants around. The rooms are clean and tidy, the layout is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I don't want to get up when I lie down. The facilities in the room are all available, the smart equipment is very convenient to use, the bathroom has no smell, and the quality of toiletries is very good. The hotel's dining is also worth mentioning. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is delicious, which can meet the needs of different tastes. This hotel is impeccable in terms of service, environment and facilities. I will choose here next time I come here. I highly recommend it to everyone!
