Las Ventanas Al Paraiso A Rosewood Resort

Amazing

Absolutely a world-class resort hotel! The most commendable is the service team, with many people, fast running, and politeness. Every staff member, including engineers and gardeners, will greet guests politely when they see them. The quality of the restaurant waiter is high, which may be the characteristics of Mexican workers. The environmental design responds to a Chinese ancient phrase: ”The mountains and rivers are doubtful, and there is no way to be doubted. We stayed for 5 days and made new discoveries every day. Not only has a swimming pool, but also a heated pool and a drifting pool. The night is particularly romantic. In addition to the restaurant's various styles, guests can also make reservations with the hotel, such as beach bonfires, poolside, etc., no less than a dozen scenes, of course, including wedding scenes. The restaurant has: Italian food, seafood, creative Thai food, Japanese food. Very rich. The mattress in the room is too high and must be climbed up. I don't know why. Clean up the room twice in the morning and evening. We went to the beach to watch the sunrise, shoot, and relax the journey of the mind and body. There is a strong exotic atmosphere!

Advantages: The location is OK, close to the airport, in the center of the old city, the facilities are relatively new, relatively clean, and there are more food nearby. Disadvantages: too noisy! ! If you are looking at the sea, it is not recommended to live here, a bit far away.

Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.  I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs.  A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.

Excellent experience at Paradisus. The resort is a 20-25 minute car ride from the airport and is located in a beautiful and peaceful location. Staff members were super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The food at Paradisus was decent, the Mexican restaurant was our favourite and would definitely recommend eating a few meals there. One thing to note is the daily activities schedule, there are tons of different activities scheduled daily on a weekly basis so make sure to keep an eye out for those. Overall, we had an amazing time staying at Paradisus, and would definitely recommend this resort!

The hotel has gorgeous views as it overlooks Cabo and the marina. The rooms are in need of an update as they are not in the best overall condition. The staff is a mix of very pleasant, kind, service oriented people to downright rude people who have been seen to roll their eyes at guests. The food was good, although some restaurants are better than others. The Agave restaurant was the better of them all and we went for lunches and dinners. The cupcake shop was very nice with a selection of coffee, pastries and cupcakes (although not always fresh). But kudos to Marlen who made the best coffees, thank you!

The Nobo Cabo property is incredibly clean, and rooms are the same way. The service is as good as anywhere we have stayed, and the food is also probably the best all throughout the property compared to any resort anywhere.. Prepare for pretty high prices on the menu, but so long as you are prepared for that, you will find this is the best food overall at a resort you could imagine. The one drawback is that the wind blows pretty hard all the time. Nobu is on the Pacific side of the peninsula, and I'm not sure it ever gets calm, but they say the winter months are different. Great beach for walking but too dangerous for swimming. Unbelievable sunsets!

This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

If you want to feel like you are an American in Las Vegas, this is the place for you. Spent 5 nights here only to be close to my favourite fishing beach. This place has loud music playing everywhere constantly, in rooms, lifts, pools, gardens, it’s just too much. Even in their zen zone music is pumping. Every restaurant (if they are actually open) for every meal has lines of 1 hr or more as no reservations can be made. We were assigned a ‘personal butler’ but saw him once at check in and never again. The place was full of Americans being typically loud Americans and the food was very average with almost no authentic Mexican food. It was all to cater to Americans tastes. The staff didn’t seem to care about anything and obviously sick of dealing with obnoxious Americans. It’s way overpriced and I’d never return.

They need to update their app for booking restaurants at night. The menu was completely different from the one I saw on the app. The mixed drinks were terrible, as if they were made with the cheapest options. We tried several and all were terrible. The food, more or less, needs more variety on the menu. The staff was super friendly, and all the servers were extremely attentive and kind. They make a big difference between foreign and domestic guests, which I found quite disappointing. It's a good hotel and, above all, has a very good location.

Facilities a little old, but good for the price, the concierge of the altitude category, terrible, it is not worth paying more to receive nothing extra. Anyone can go up. At the altitude tower they never ask you for wristbands, except for “premium drinks” which are few and far between… Many waiters, but almost no attention, zero activities, bar closes very early, a lot of noise on certain levels due to the ventilation, the elevator in the altitude tower did not work for 1 day. There are 8 floors. Buffet always the same every day, dinners in restaurants are the same as in the buffet only a la carte and it takes up to 30-1hr waiting even when the place is not full, you have to transfer **** to the bottom from the lobby to make reservations for restaurants, with the cocierge in case of altitude, but you never feel that “plus” of extra payment, smaller rooms than in the one you see in photos, but they do their job. For high season and what you pay, it's not worth it, for low season and the cost is somewhat fair.
