"I spent 7 days at this hotel. Here are the main pros and cons:
Pros:
— Breakfast included (buffet style).
— Two bottles of water were provided daily.
— A quiet and peaceful hotel.
— Friendly and polite staff.
Cons:
— Shared shower (but this was stated upfront).
— The breakfast was almost the same every day and not always replenished. It's best to go around 7:30–8:00 AM, otherwise, the food might run out.
— The shared bathroom and toilet didn't look very clean.
— The shower water was salty for some reason.
Overall, it's a ”no-frills, get-the-job-done” type of place. For Myanmar, this is a perfectly decent budget option. You can comfortably stay for a few days."

Из плюсов: у каждой комнаты есть собственный туалет, удобное расположение и дружелюбный персонал. Цена — около 900 руб. за сутки с завтраком, что очень выгодно.
Завтрак приносят (выбора нет): обычно рис с горошком и яйцом, также есть бананы, сок и можно попросить чай или кофе.
Из минусов: не было горячей воды — только прохладная. Комната очень маленькая, больше подходит, чтобы просто переночевать. С кондиционером в таком пространстве может быть некомфортно.
Итог: хороший бюджетный вариант на 1–2 дня, но для более длительного проживания может быть неудобно."

GGuest Userthe location is good: from the airport it’s about half an hour by taxi (we arrived at night and departed early in the morning, so if you go during the day, it’s worth taking into account traffic jams), it’s about 15 minutes on foot to the Shwedagon Pagoda, on the road we immediately found a small place with local cuisine and both went there evenings that we were in Yangon. There is no noise from the street, because there are no establishments or shops around and the hotel is located sideways to the street. The reception was very friendly, they warned us about an early check-out in two days, prepared lunch boxes for us, called a taxi and were generally very nice. True, the money at the hotel does not change, as we expected, but we changed it upon arrival at the airport, although at a reduced rate, but we had money and this decision was correct - all two days that we were in Yangon were weekends , and all banks and other exchange offices were closed. We lived on the fifth floor, a nice spacious room with quality furniture. Very comfortable high bed, 4 pillows, which I always approve of. There is air conditioning, a safe, bathrobes and slippers. Cleaning every day, towels changed, bed linen changed every 2 days. They put a lot of supplies in the bathroom. The breakfast room is a little small, we came straight to the opening and did the right thing. However, there were a lot of people only on one day, on the second there was no one there, apparently the holidays were over and everyone had left. They give you local soup, different every day, noodles, fried eggs, toast, thoughts with cereal, sliced fruit. Not very varied, but we got our fill.

GGuest UserLocation is basically good but not easy to find shops nearby, Inya lake is just on the opposite side of the road but have to walk long way from the hotel room because the hotel is situated in the inward inlet. There's no water bottle in the room but instead guests have to go to the hallway to use the water server machine, which never gave cold enough water. This is an European hotel and says a lot about eco-friendly or sustainable stuff, but it means downgraded service compared to other hotels run by Korea or Singapore. Breakfast is simply superb and I liked very much. Overall good hotel but it is recommended those who can sacrifice comfort for the sake of some peculiar things like sustainability.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel for early departure to the airport. There were less than a day, but the impression remained the best. We are very grateful that we were moved with breakfast we could not use on the day of departure, in the morning of our universe to the hotel. The breakfast was very delicious and very tired after the night shift and did not want to go looking for another cafe at all. The staff was very kind and helpful in everything.
Way-fai is weak in the hotel as is the case throughout Myanmar. The tea in the room is not available, on first request was given thermos with hot water. Shower is normal, room is spacious.
There is a cafe at the hotel where you can have lunch or dinner. Prices are moderate. We are satisfied with the price and quality ratio. Good three-star hotel. Recommend.

焦焦Breakfast is very rich every day, and every day is different, this must be liked. The environment is relatively good. Relatively many hotels in the same category say that it is much quieter. The service was not even said, the hotel waiter even put my dirty clothes in a neat stack and put them away. Thank you here. The tip was originally reserved for the waiter, but was rejected. One more thing, breakfast can be delivered to the room, which is not available in similar hotels.

00519The hostel is located in the old town, not far from the central train station. The lobby is on the first floor, and the rooms are on the second and third floors. Bed linens are changed after each guest. There's a table in the room, but the window is poorly maintained and can't be closed. A helpful young man at the front desk speaks some Chinese. The other staff only speak the local language, so communication was difficult. When I checked out, the front desk asked me to pay for the last night's stay, even though I had already paid. They said they hadn't received it, but thankfully the young man who speaks some Chinese came out and confirmed that I had paid in full.

MMakkiesOur stay was short but the Holly Hotel is very close to the bus station and 20 minutes from the airport. The staff is very helpful! It is a little sad that you can not open a window in the room as we don't like to use AC.
The hotel is also close to the Terminal M shopping mall with Ocean supermarket.
