Guest UserThis hotel is an absolute gem! I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel in Longji Terraces, debating whether to go to Pingan or Dazhai. We are so happy and grateful we ended up staying at Yanduoshansu Hotel. Everything about it was incredible. Gorgeous location at the highest point in Pingan Village, with a panoramic view of the rice terraces and village, without feeling crowded among other lodges. At night we slept with the windows open to the sound of a mountain stream and cool air. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. But the highlight was the hosts who were so kind and friendly, despite language barriers. They helped us with luggage transfers, tips for hiking around the terraces and cooked the most wonderful, flavourful homemade dinner and breakfast - probably the best food we had on our trip to Guilin. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The quality of accommodation at Longji Terrace here is absolutely top-notch! No wonder it's hailed as the pinnacle of Longji lodging; it truly lives up to its reputation. The facilities and bathrooms feature high-end brands, giving them a truly premium feel.
The environment is even more exceptional. The guesthouse is tranquil, elegant, and naturally serene. You can take in the breathtaking views of the Longji Terraces right from your room, enjoying an expansive, incredibly soothing vista.
And the service is truly impeccable! The housekeeper was warm, genuine, and thoughtfully helped us with our luggage. She even proactively brought afternoon tea and playing cards to our room, showing incredible attention to detail. Upon checkout, they had even prepared a lovely farewell gift, which was both heartwarming and touching.
The main highlight is how incredibly delicious the food is! The free-range chicken is self-raised, and the green vegetables are home-grown! The organic taste is simply divine!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, you can drive right to the entrance, and parking is super convenient (they even have charging stations!!). The service is fantastic, and the hotel restaurant serves delicious food. The rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with balconies that offer breathtaking, unbeatable views right outside your window. A special mention goes to the hotel's kitchen, which is spotlessly clean and hygienic, giving you complete peace of mind. It's also just a 10-minute drive to the No. 1 observation deck, Xishan Shaole.

VivLMWe were so lucky that we've got upgraded to a family suite with amazing view over the mountain and it's surrounding. Our room are very clean and beautifully decorated. The location of the guest house to see the rice terrace is so amazing despite having walked up the hill for 10 minutes. The host also helped us with our luggages with a roped trolley. Our luggages got there before us! The host couple are so friendly and helpful, they went over and above to try to accommodate my fussy eater teenage boy! They showed great hospitality and make our stay felt so relaxed and pleasant. If we come back to Guilin, we will definitely return to this guest house and will stay a few more nights.

The location is great, just a seven or eight-minute walk from the Ping'anzhai observation deck. The scenery is absolutely stunning, surrounded by mountains. Opening the balcony door from your room feels like you're living in the clouds.
We went during the off-season, so there weren't many people. The guesthouse has a traditional Chinese architectural style, all solid wood, and the materials used are very substantial.
The only downside is that you have to park in a designated parking lot quite far from the hotel, pay a high parking fee, and then buy an electric cart ticket to get up there. You can clearly drive up yourself, which I found very confusing and inconvenient.

Everything was amazing. We opted to upgrade our room when we got there for a higher floor. The view was really nice (when there was no fog). The man who ran the hotel also spoke good English meaning he could explain routes to us. Hotel was also located close to the gate meant convenient access to the transportation in and out of the park. Rooms were also very spacious and the hotel provided for everything that was needed.
Only drawback I would say is the lack of an elevator. Meaning if you’re on the fourth floor like we were, it was a hike up and down everyday.

The views from both the restaurant and the rooms are absolutely breathtaking. We could see the stunning 'Seven Stars with Moon' landscape, and in the morning, we were even treated to a beautiful sea of clouds. The hostess is an incredible cook; all the dishes we ordered, like the bamboo tube rice, bamboo tube chicken, and green pepper beef, were delicious. Breakfast was excellent too! The owners and their family were so warm and welcoming. This is hands down the best homestay I've ever stayed at. I definitely plan to return if I get the chance!

Anonymous UserBooked a parent-child and double room. The hotel is located in Jinkeng Terraces, with view decks 1.2 on the left and 3 on the right. There are rice fields right outside the door. There is a stream a few steps down from the hotel. It is very parent-child friendly! The hotel is hygienic and clean, and the food in the store is delicious. Auntie Fa is very nice and the boss is very enthusiastic. The luggage is sent directly to the hotel. The car is parked at the foot of the hotel and it takes five minutes to walk to the hotel. There are stone steps on the mountain road and there is a road. It is full of childhood memories and I saw many plants that I saw when I was a child. Worth recommending^^
Picture 1.3 is the balcony view of the room, Picture 2 is the delicious food, Picture 4.5 is the rice field at the door, and Picture 6.7 is the viewing platform on the fourth floor to enjoy the sunrise.

All in all an extremely pleasant stay! The location is absolutely stunning. Sure, it might be a little bit off the beaten track, but the views are all the more rewarding and the hiking path from Dazhai is also highly recommended.
The hotel lobby also functions as a big living room and a little restaurant run by the owners. The food is excellent and well priced (definitely try their rice wine!). Because we were there in winter and it was cold, the owners even put a small radiator under our table to make it comfortable.
Generally, the owners were super nice and friendly and adding their absolutely adorable puppy, we almost couldn't bring ourselves to leave.
The rooms were very clean, have a small separate bathroom and we had a small balcony with view over the rice terraces. For a more budget option there is also rooms without AC or view, in that case you can still enjoy quite a bit of the scenery from the living room downstairs or just by exploring the surroundings on foot. (The picture is shot from our balcony, but sadly some of the view was obscured by the winter mist.)
We will definitely try to come again sometime in summer and are already excited thinking about staying in this hotel again.

This is the second time to come to Dragon Ridge, last time stayed on the edge of Kowloon Five Tigers, did not climb to the mountain, but, the other end is the mountain view, that is, the room does not have terraces to see, so, this time I want to try the Ping An Village, this should be an old hotel, but the sanitary view is top-notch, although not like the Kowloon Five Tigers can Take the shuttle bus to the hotel door, but this is only two minutes walk to get off the bus, the hotel food is cooked by the boss, the hotel's pick-up service is the boss's own responsibility, a decent B&B, bed sheets and bath towels are very clean, the water is very hot, the large balcony is directly looking at the terraces, super high value for money, worth recommending. Pictures 1 and 2 were taken from the balcony. They are super beautiful. . By the way, there are many shops on Kowloon Five Tigers that borrow folk costumes. A set is 20 yuan. Really, everyone has come here. It is still very good to borrow a set to take pictures.
