Longsheng Huanlongge Panorama Inn

Had such a pleasant and memorable experience at this inn. The boss, Mr Yu, is super down to earth and sincere. He cooked super well too - taste is just nice, not too oily or salty. And all his ingredients are fresh from his farm, even the chickens and fishes. What a farm-to-table experience. As it is the low peak season now, he could sit down and have good chats with us. The room is huge, with an unblock mountain view. It’s also near to viewing point 2. There’s this cute inn dog who is so loyal. The room is well kept, with a balcony for you to sit and sip wine or tea. Note that there are insects because we are by the mountains but you could bring your own repellent. We slept well here. The driver, Mr Yang, who drove us up Long Ji also stayed at this inn. We asked that he drives us around for the three days we are here and send us back to Guilin city. His driving skill is very stable and he’s very well-versed with the mountain roads (as he’s a local). What can I say, this experience is simply too memorable. Human relationships forged is the magical part of travel. Would highly recommend you to come experience this inn for yourself (of course during the peak season, the boss might not have time to sit down for a chat). 在这民宿住了三天两晚，也是我们会记很久的回忆。余老板人很善良，也烧了一手好菜。食材都是新鲜的。房间搭理地很干净，我们住的很舒服。床是大床，阳台也很大。我们两个在那儿早上做瑜伽，听鸟叫声，简直太舒服了。看看老板烧菜，和嘟嘟（狗狗）玩，再和它去观景台看看。看杨师傅煮竹筒饭，煮笋，山上生活好惬意呀。这个人情味，回味无穷。

The inn has a nice view of the Paddy field. Unfortunately, it was just harvested before we arrived. The owner of the inn is very helpful and friendly. They help to fetch us from the cable car station.

Great bath tub in the Panorama Room and we had very good dinner at the hotel as well. Thank you for organizing the transfers to and from the hotel.

This was our favourite hotel in China. A very special place. The view is fantastic. Photos don't do the scale of the valleys and terraces justice, they go on and on. Our room (a family suite) was clean and beautiful with huge windows all around, comfortable balcony, hot tub with flashing lights. The lights had poetry on them. The best part was the food. Lots of home grown fruit and vegetables. All the meat was freshly slaughtered for us, even for the cheaper dishes. Large quantities of free, home-made rice wine - sweet and very yummy. (Not the undrinkable strong spirit kind). You can eat outside on a terrace with fire for the bamboo rice, inside at a standard comfortable table or sit low on little stools around a fire for traditional foods in a bubbling pot. Luggage is carried up the steps by a home-made pulley system. Lovely walks nearby.

The view from the lodge is great, and the hospitality was top. The owners were sweet friendly and attentive. During the stay we ate in the lodge all the time. It's cozy family food. It has a decent coffee machine in the common area. I love the laissez faire ambience. We came here for an ultra trail running race. The hotel certainly tried to accommodate us the best they could.

This place is precious. Nice views from the room. The staff super nice. There are a lot of insects because you are in the midle of the terrases. You can’t access by car at the hotel, it is just 5-10 minuts walking from the parking.
