The guest rooms and the entire building are spacious, yet impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. The meals, made with locally sourced ingredients, were delicious, and the entertainment value was outstanding, such as the way they slowly warmed the broth using a siphon. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and dedicated in their hospitality, and they were so cute, like little siblings. The unique atmosphere makes it a calm and relaxing place to spend time, so I would recommend it to those who want an "emotional adult trip," couples who want to cherish their time together, or solo travelers who want to relax and refresh themselves."

"We arrived by public bus, so it was relatively convenient, but the hotel's shuttle service wasn't very well-organized. Dinner was a bit different from what we expected, leaning more towards Western tastes, while breakfast was a rich buffet. The only minor flaw was that the stopper for the private hot spring drain tended to get stuck. The river sound was quite loud, possibly due to it being flood season. However, once we closed the balcony door at night, it was perfectly quiet. Thank you for the honeymoon gift, we were very happy about it."

Both breakfast and dinner were delicious; breakfast included congee, and dinner was a generous spread (buffet plus beef or fish teppanyaki). The room was newly renovated and quite spacious. While there's no bathtub, the indoor onsen is good (though no open-air bath, there is a foot bath). Service was decent, and it offers great value for money."

"This hotel is conveniently located near Hakone-Yumoto Station, about a 10-minute walk through the town's shopping street. It's situated by a stream, and the sound of the water at night was very soothing for sleep. The room only had a toilet, no shower, so I went to the large public bath at night and booked a private onsen room. After a relaxing soak, I was ready for bed. The breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel were just average, not as good as what I had later in Izu. Of course, the hotel's price was also lower than the one I stayed at in Izu."
