There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to Odawara, which takes 40-50 minutes. There is an amphibious bus in front of the hotel, and there is a Hakone bus station, which is very convenient to Owakudani. If you want to experience a Japanese hotel, you can choose Ryugu Palace, which is more Japanese. Next to it is a Prince Hotel, which is more Western-style. The hot springs in Ryugu Palace are great, with indoor and outdoor areas, and you can see the lake view and Mount Fuji!

The location is particularly good, close to Lake Ashi, and the mountaineering bus station is 500 meters away from the hotel. The Japanese-style tatami room is large enough, and you can see Mount Fuji when drinking tea on the balcony. The surrounding area is quiet and comfortable, and the food and drinks are delicious. It is a good place to soak in hot springs in Hakone

The most expensive room type I booked, the private bath and the scenery are first-class. The hotel is on a mountain. It is pitch black outside at night and you can't see anything. You can only see the good scenery outside during the day. The room is huge and there is Chinese service. The sanitation is also good, and free yukata is provided. The room I booked is in the branch building, and there is a passage directly leading to the main building. It is said that the environment of the public hot spring pool is also very good, but I didn't go there due to time issues. Next is the drawback: the hotel check-in and check-out times are really ****... Check-in was OK, check-in was after 2pm, but it was already dark when we arrived, and check-out in the morning had to be done before 10... The room looks like a special force. Secondly, the door of the room we stayed in is not a regular hotel room door. It is a sliding door similar to the one in the kitchen and bathroom. The door can be locked, but there is a gap after the door is closed, which makes it less safe... ..., secondly, I always thought that there would be no one under the big window of the private bath, but the next morning I saw a worker lingering under the window. It seemed that the hotel was being renovated. If he wanted to, he just had to step back a little, and we As soon as he stood up, he could take in a panoramic view... a room with a price of more than 4,000 yuan. There was only one bottle of free mineral water in the room. The kaiseki cuisine and breakfast included in the package were really not very delicious, but after all, it was on the mountain and there was no restaurant. Yes, there are no other options if you don’t eat hotel meals. To sum up, unless you really like this view and definitely want a private bath, it is not recommended to book this room type...
