The hotel is beyond what you can imagine! I was very surprised that the different types of amenities they provided and are available! I am definitely surprised at the drinks bar, really love it!

The hotel is around 15 mins from JR station no pick up service. The service and hotel facility are much better than my expection though most of employees only speak Japanese but they still try to help you if any question . The food also amazing and they provide the Reman in the late evening after hot spring ! hopefully I will have chance to stay in this hotel in the future.

The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Yumoto Station. The hotel staff is very polite. It is a great hotel.
There is a private bath in the room, facing the creek outside, and the environment is comfortable; there is also an all-day free drink supply on the third floor of the hotel.
Breakfast and dinner are very rich, you will definitely feel full😋, and late night snacks are also provided
There are public baths on the 6th floor, women's baths and men's baths; there are also two private baths, no reservation is required.

The other reviews seem to be good, but I'm actually disappointed. This is considered a hotel with a public bath (very small), not a hot spring hotel. The service cannot compare with the warm service of traditional hot spring hotels. The public hot springs are small and smell of disinfectant. Dinner is a bit hard to describe. The main dish is a sukiyaki that you need to make yourself...
But the room price cannot be considered cheap, the price/performance ratio is average, and it is not highly recommended.
Fortunately, there is a private bath (large bathtub) in the room, which is more convenient for bathing.

A hotel charges 5,500 yen for parking. It clearly states that parking is free. Fortunately, Ctrip helped us deal with it. However, we asked to check out at 10 o'clock the next day. They said that our order was for 10 o'clock and other guests were charged 1,100. It's really ridiculous. I don’t know what’s going on, there’s no label on the order.
