The facilities are relatively old but the room is decent and they have great service. However parking is 40/45 per night. It’s located right in the water park building so there are lots of people using the lift."

"The falls view room had really good view of the falls, Liked it. Liked the pressure in the taps. The location was good, and hotel was connected to casino and shops. The bathroom toilet got clogged multiple times. And also the water was not draining from the bath tub it was really slow. Also $35 parking was across the street which i felt was little costly for the walk we needed from the parking spot."

The floors were covered in hair that was pint straight (none of us have that hair texture) and was also visibly dusty. I had to pay $22.60 for parking that was not private (anyone could access your car off the street), and it was indeed listed as such. Everything that could be considered as convenient for us was at an extra cost it's not worth it try another hotel please!! The free wifi was not working, and you would need to bring a toiletries bag because they literally give you nothing"

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. We had booked a basic room, but that shouldn’t mean everything is barely maintained. The shower door had huge gaps, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor every time we used it. The strings for the shades were barely functional, making it frustrating to adjust them. The lighting in both the room and bathroom was terrible — very dim, and in the bathroom, a few lights weren’t working at all. On top of that, we were shocked to be charged extra for “amenities” and parking. The listing only mentioned parking available — nowhere did it say it was paid parking at time of booking. Also amenities or resort fees were mentioned to use wifi and pool area. They were mandatory and only disclosed at time of checking in. Overall, this stay was frustrating. With all the issues and surprise charges, I strongly advise looking elsewhere."
