From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be accommodating, which made the stay feel extra special. They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, and everything was handled with great attention to detail. One of the highlights for me was the spa, it was quiet, clean, and very relaxing, the perfect place to unwind. Another big plus is the location, the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and lovely bars, making it easy to enjoy the city without going far. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.❤️"

Although the hotel building is large, clean, and well-maintained, and housekeeping staff were polite, the overall service quality—especially breakfast—was one of the weakest I have ever experienced. I strongly do not recommend booking breakfast at this hotel, as it is not worth the price. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. ا"
