Let's start with the positives: the service and ambiance are excellent, and the location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. Areas for improvement: the bathtub is quite slippery, so be careful. Also, the doors slam shut loudly as there are no soft-closers, which could easily disturb other guests.

I used to enjoy coming here regularly. Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated significantly, so I cancelled a planned booking. The room was very dusty and had definitely seen better days. What a shame.

Always a pleasure to stay there! It's no wonder it's become my regular hotel in Frankfurt: Super friendly staff, all very attentive, and generous service and food (world's best coffee!). The spa is outstanding – small but perfectly formed, it has everything you could need. The massage beds are especially invaluable, and there's fruit every day. I'll definitely be back!

It was, as always, an excellent stay. The hotel also offers a superb breakfast! The spa area leaves nothing to be desired.

Absolutely fantastic! Very friendly, very accommodating, and spotlessly clean. Other hotels could send their staff here for training. Everything is meticulously thought out, down to the smallest detail. Simply superb!
