I immediately went back to where I thought I'd dropped it, but I couldn't find it... So now I've made it a point to never take anything I don't want to lose! 🫡✨ ⁡ ⁡ [Injury Circumstances 🩹] It was hot, so I wore ankle socks, but both my ankles got blisters and chafed, and they stung every time I walked. 😭 My quality of life while traveling is surprisingly low... And it's only a 3-minute walk from the nearest station, Chungmuro ​​Station👀 There's an elevator at Chungmuro ​​Station🛗 No need to carry heavy luggage up the stairs!! ② There's a convenience store below the hotel🏪 GS25 convenience store on the first floor! Hotels I Stayed at When I Visited Seoul [HOMES RED MYEONGDONG] The facilities at this hotel were easily among the best I've stayed at in Seoul! Here's a summary of the great things about it! - Self-check-in and check-out machines✅ The machines are Japanese-speaking, so even if you don't speak Korean, the process is easy! - There's a Wow Pass machine! This is incredibly convenient for Wow Pass users! Not having to go out of my way to find the machine was extremely helpful! - There's a rooftop! The rooftop offers a great view of Namsan Tower! It would have been even better if there were chairs or something.😅 - There's a noodle station🍜 There's a station where you can enjoy delicious Korean instant noodles! The variety was great and it was fun! Perfect for a late-night snack! - There's a shared kitchen! You can cook if you feel like it! There's also a microwave, so I was able to heat up rice I bought at the convenience store! There's a freezer, so I was able to store my ice cream there too! 🙆 It's a wonderful hotel with plenty of room to relax and I was very satisfied! 📍2-minute walk from Chungmuro ​​Station 10-minute walk to Myeongdong! 🌟With a police box right next door, it's safe and secure! This time during my Seoul trip, I stayed at the Mercure Ambassador Seoul Magok, located near Magok Ferry Terminal! 🤍 I've stayed at other hotels near Magok Ferry Terminal before, and I really like this area. The hotels are relatively inexpensive, yet it's only two subway stops from Hongdae, which is very convenient! 👍🏻 (No need to transfer when taking the subway to the airport! 😚) There are also many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, and even Olive Young! 😏 The hotel opened in 2024 and is located in the same building as Magok COEX. It features a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, and gym. ✨ I stayed at the Mercure Ambassador Seoul Magok for three nights, booking a Superior King Room, which was about 24 square meters. 🤩 The room's decor was modern and stylish, and the wooden floors made it feel cleaner. 👍🏻 The double bed was quite large and very comfortable; I slept very well every night. 😌 (The soundproofing was also excellent!) I especially loved the bathroom design; the dark green brick walls paired with the oval mirror looked beautiful and were perfect for taking photos 🪞💚 Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Mercure Ambassador Seoul Magok Hotel. Newly opened at Jongno 5-ga Station Nouvelle Hotel and Spa Seoul Jongro by Aank Located about a 5-minute walk from Jongno 5-ga Station. Exit 13 is the closest. This small hotel is located in a busy alleyway in the downtown area. There are also Mega Coffee, The Venti, and COMPOSECOFFEE nearby. Convenience stores include CU, 7ELEVEN, and E-Mart. We stayed in a suite room for three nights! Self-checkout is available. The room was extremely small, with shoes off! The bathtub was huge despite the small size! It was so humid... There was no separation between the shower and toilet, so the toilet got all messy. Also, we spotted a cockroach. >< I'd never seen a cockroach before, so it was a real shock. Pros: unlimited water, a coffee maker, a washlet, and a great location. The outlets were USB and Korean, and we could borrow them if we needed more! + 5-minute walk from Subway Line 1 + Close to Gwangjang Market + Self-service check-in + All-you-can-drink mineral water + Coffee maker + Two types of pillows + Washlet included + Strong shower pressure + Hair irons and USB devices available for rental. + YouTube and Netflix available - Cockroaches found! - No view due to lack of sunlight - No partition between toilet and shower - Can't flush toilet paper With Gwangjang Market right in front of the hotel, this is a great hotel for those wanting to explore the area! #KoreaTrip #Jongno5thGa #KoreaHotel
