The hotel is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. Check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant. They readily held my luggage after check-out, and the ticket-based retrieval system gave me peace of mind. Water dispensers in the lobby and elevator halls on the guest floors were a great touch, allowing for free refills. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and there was plenty of seating, making for a relaxed meal.

Excellent service and a fantastic breakfast. The hotel is well-located, within walking distance of the Royal Route, and a stroll around the area gives you a sense of the vibrant energy of young people and the middle class. It's great to have a gym, though I'd suggest adding a rowing machine. Our room wasn't facing the main street, but there was still some noise at night; however, it wasn't enough to significantly disrupt our sleep. All the staff were enthusiastic and professional. Thank you for making our Warsaw experience even better! Overall, a highly recommended hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel in Berlin before, and the service there was much better than in Warsaw. Here's my experience: 1. Three couples, including us, booked three rooms for three nights. On the first night, I scraped my face on a poorly designed cabinet. Luckily, as an aromatherapy teacher, I always carry essential oils for first aid. To my surprise, my husband then bumped his head on it. We reported it to the front desk, but there was no response the next day. When I called to follow up, they said they would deal with it tomorrow. As expected, nothing was done, and no one got back to us until we checked out. The other two couples also bumped their faces or heads (as shown in the pictures). 2. In the buffet restaurant, the servers cleaning breadcrumbs from tables would just sweep them onto the chairs with a napkin. This level of service definitely needs more training. 3. In the morning, I ordered an omelet. The chef seemed inexperienced. When I asked for more mushrooms, she actually asked me, ”Do you want two omelets?” I said just one. She then replied, ”This is how much mushroom you get for one serving.” I explained that I liked mushrooms and asked her to add a little more, and she grudgingly added a tiny bit. I don't understand their logic; I only asked for onions, mushrooms, and a little tomato, nothing else. Isn't it a buffet? On the second morning, my friend went for an omelet and was told they were out of onions, with a shrug! This was at 9:00 AM, and breakfast didn't end until 10:30 AM! Overall, the service attitude was good, but the spirit of service was lacking. Everything felt like a perfunctory effort to get by, which is a real shame. I won't consider staying here again and certainly won't recommend it to friends.

Great location, only a 10-minute walk to the city center, with shops and cafes nearby, and the metro and train station not far away. The room was comfortable and the bed was soft. Everything was perfect.

We stayed at the Royal Tulip on January 1-2. To be fair, there are several positives about this hotel. The property itself is quite nice, the amenities are good, and we really enjoyed the wide assortment of food available. Unfortunately, a major plumbing issue and poor customer service entirely ruined our experience. Throughout the night, the pipes in our room made a loud, persistent noise , it was loud enough to wake us up repeatedly. The only temporary fix was for me to get out of bed and flush the toilet several times, which seemed to adjust the pipes for a short while before the noise started all over again. We might have been more understanding if the staff had handled it well, but the front desk's reaction was incredibly disappointing. When we reported the issue, the staff member basically brushed us off with a dismissive ”yeah we'll check it out.” There was no apology or empathy, and it honestly felt like they either didn't care at all or already knew about the problem and just didn't want to deal with it. A beautiful hotel and good food mean very little if you can't get a good night's sleep and the staff is indifferent to your experience. We left feeling frustrated and unfortunately won't be returning, on the same trip we stayed at Novotel also, and did not have these issues at all..

The appearance of the hotel was quite good, but here's what happened: The front desk gave me a key card, and when I opened the room, I found that other guests were already staying there. All their belongings, luggage, and personal items were in the room. I immediately closed the door and went back to the front desk for help. This made me feel that the service and security were not ideal.

Hotel is some distance from airport (5km?) . Thankfully the hotel arranged for a transfer by emailing a voucher to ride on a taxi to the hotel. You ll need to communicate with the hotel ahead or when you land . Reception was very welcome by front desk (Michel ?) . There is a bar /restaurant within the hotel. There is an Audi supermarket across the road but limited products. But next door in Little Vietnam where you can have Vietnam restaurants that caters for mainly Vietnamese community. You can get pho bo. Across the road you can catch a number of trams downtown and buy ticket for 75 mins or pay more for longer distances. Not many of the local speak English so you can get lost even using google map to navigate your way to Old Town. We took an uber and it s relative cheaper than other major European capital cities. Overall a good stay at this hotel esp the helpful front desk

I was looking for a hotel close to the airport, I wasn't aware at the time of booking this hotel provides free shuttle service to Chopin airport every 30 mins. The food was great at the hotel, they have a nightclub/bar on the 10th floor which was closed for a private event during my stay but looked really nice. Hotel rooms were decent and the fintess centre was pretty good.

My first time travelling to Poland. I came to Warsaw for ElSol Fall Latin Dance Festival. Hotel location is good, only 10-15 minutes drive from Chopina Warszawa Airport. Helpful, friendly and professional staff that are fluent in English. I was happy with the room and its cleanliness. Location may be 15-20 minutes drive to city and its main tourist attraction sites, but with Bolt App you can easily get a taxi to anywhere. Buffet breakfast was ok, but very convenient to start your day. They have restaurant and gym. My highlight is some of the dishes I tried at the restaurant, it was scrumptious. Overall I was content with my stay and happy to stay here again in the future.

The reception staff were so friendly, location of the hotel is very close to all places in Warsu. The room size is really good.
