I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied with the overall quality and atmosphere of the hotel.
One of my favorite features was the complimentary drinking water station located in the hallway. The option to choose between room-temperature and cold water was incredibly convenient and thoughtful for guests.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. During check-in, the front desk staff proactively informed me about the possibility of a late check-out option, which is especially helpful for business travelers.
Since I needed to change my flight to 5:00 PM, I asked whether a complimentary late check-out would be possible. The housekeeping manager and service staff were extremely kind and accommodating, helping me extend my check-out time from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Their support made a significant difference to my travel schedule.
From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.
Overall, my experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. My only regret is that I didn’t have the opportunity to try the sauna facilities on the basement level, which are open until midnight. Due to my busy work schedule and a few early nights, I simply ran out of time. I would definitely love to experience them during my next visit.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

我在入住時，櫃檯人員主動告知可以申請延後退房的選項，這對商務旅客來說非常實用。由於我臨時將班機改到下午五點，因此向櫃檯詢問是否能免費延後退房。客房部主管與服務人員都非常熱心且積極協助，讓我原本中午 12 點的退房時間順利延長至下午 2 點，真的幫了我很大的忙。
從辦理入住到退房，所有工作人員的服務態度都非常親切、專業且友善，讓人感受到賓至如歸的氛圍。
整體而言，這是一段非常舒適的住宿體驗。唯一的小遺憾是，因為工作行程太忙，加上有幾天晚上太早休息，沒能體驗地下 1 樓營業至午夜 12 點的桑拿設施。下次再訪時，我一定會特地安排時間好好享受！
