It was a lovely place to stay beautiful location! The decor and facilities is could do with some updating in places but I wouldn’t let that put you off as the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I was well looked after as a solo traveller.

It was a nice location. And I loved that they have 2-bedroom suite for family. The room was spacious. The only negative was their elevator was slow and has the tendency to malfunction. They need to upgrade. And the tv has limited chanels to watch.

The room was spacious and has all basic amenities needed. There was some housekeeping issue but the staff were prompt to address it. Breakfast was included and was sufficient.

Escala truly boasts one of the most stunning locations and the best infinity pool in Tagaytay. The team is warm and accommodating, big shout out to the security guards, bellmen, and housekeeping for their friendliness and helpfulness. Just a small tip for the front desk team, particularly the receptionist who handled our check-in: it would be helpful to briefly go over the reservation details and share a bit of information about the hotel’s amenities during the check-in process. This isn’t a complaint, just a friendly suggestion from someone also working in the hospitality industry, so guests won’t need to ask for every detail later on. Again i dont wanna put someone on a bad light.

The room facilities are old, but fortunately the space is spacious, there is no better hotel nearby, the location is good, it is a good choice to go to Badayu, and the holiday is not recommended.

Every single staff member we encountered was helpful and attentive. Lu at the restaurant was extremely hardworking and observant and looked after us well. Breakfast was tasty, and they varied it every day. They even offered free milk and cookies before bedtime for kids. Little animal farm and bonfire were wonderful for our little one. Heated pool was a plus factor and usable even on a rainy day. We had loads of fun! Thanks to everyone, and well done!

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and very accommodating from the moment I arrived. They made everything easy and comfortable. What impressed me most was how willingly they assisted with a special request. I needed to interview the Food & Beverage Supervisor, and the staff quickly helped arrange it. The interview went smoothly, thanks to their support and coordination. The F&B Supervisor was kind and informative, and the overall experience was better than expected. The staff’s warm attitude and willingness to assist made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service.

My room was plenty big, the bed was too hard for my complete enjoyment. They really needed to change the shower head as it was dirty and old. They don’t have a gym as was advertised but they have a sister hotel 5 minutes away where you can use its gym and pool. The front desk people were not all that friendly but not rude either. Good breakfast but limited.

GGuest UserWhat really set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant, was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety as well The only minor thing was that the aircon was leaking but immediately addressed by the maintenance, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and hope to return soon!”

GGuest UserI rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

GGuest UserPROS: We enjoyed our stay although it’s only for 1 night. We tried to extend for another day but they were fully booked. The place is nice, rooms are clean & spacious with a good view of the Taal Lake. We had a relaxing massage we booked in their Spa after a day of swimming. We also enjoyed our dinner and drinks at terraza restaurant mainly because of the live music and very accommodating & friendly staff. CONS: The place was a bit busy & noisy as there were a lot of guests. This place, apparently,is a popular venue for some company’s team building, so expect lots of busses and employees/ guests doing team building activities, lots of people in the swimming pool & in restaurant (especially during breakfast). There are some amenities (ex billiards & darts) that you won’t be able to use if there is a company team building booked for the day (as they prioritise those guests), which I think is unfair as we are all paying guests and it’s included on what we paid and there’s no one using them at that time. Wifi connection is extremely poor! We used our mobile data all throughout our stay. TV didn’t work at all. We have to call the staff, about 4 times before finally someone came to check but still didn’t make the TV work. Front desk need more staff; there’s always a long queue of people & it takes time before staff will be able to attend to you

RRianne JoyThe facilities and amenities at the hotel were great. The hotel itself was clean and looked brand new, which was definitely a plus. The staff who assisted us to our room and the team at Kuna Cafe, where we had breakfast, were both friendly and helpful, making those experiences enjoyable. However, the reception staff left much to be desired. Despite being the only guests in the lobby during our check in time, we were left waiting for an extended period, and the hospitality skills seemed lacking. Our frustration grew later in the evening when we called reception to inquire about reheating some food. We wanted to know if there was a microwave available and whether we could use it, but no one followed up with an answer. This delay left us having to go out at 10pm to buy food for our hungry child, which was very disappointing. It’s clear that the reception could greatly improve their customer service and communication skills. Overall, while the hotel itself was pleasant, the reception and customer service experience needs significant improvement to match the quality of the facilities. PS: photos were taken before check out
