The location is super convenient! It's right by the subway station and the Bell Tower, and there are small supermarkets and noodle shops nearby. It's just a short walk to the Muslim Quarter or Luomashi Night Market. The service was enthusiastic and quick – they even helped deliver my takeout to the room. Free water is available in the hallway, and the hot water dispenser in the room was a great touch. Very good!

A beautifully presented central hotel inside the Xi’an walls, which offers some really nice amenities such as afternoon tea, costumed photo shoots and sweet dessert supper. The staff were really attentive and friendly. They were happy to help us investigate an initial air con smell in the room and arranged to have it cleaned which appeared to solve the issue quickly. The room had a great view looking at the Xi’an walls and was controllable using a smart interface. The bed was clean, large and comfortable.

Service: The service attitude was excellent, and they even provided a dedicated butler service. Environment: The design was very stylish, and the room was simple yet comfortable. Cleanliness: They offered daily cleaning, which was great. Location: It's located right in the city center, very close to all of Xi'an's attractions. They also offer complementary travel consultation services! 👍

Excellent hotel. Very clean, super friendly staff, and great central location. Breakfast is very good and laundry service is a big plus. The team is wonderful and will help you with everything, even using a translator for international travelers. 100% recommended.

Had a fantastic stay here! I was traveling solo and booked a more affordable windowless double room. However, the ventilation system was always on, so it never felt stuffy at all. For a traveler who's out exploring all day and just needs to crash at night, it was incredibly good value for money. The room itself was very spacious, about 20-30 square meters. Every area was clean and tidy, and the hairdryer and water heater worked perfectly. What's more, I noticed the hotel provides two types of pillows – a soft cotton one and another slightly firmer one with something like buckwheat inside. You can really tell the hotel puts thought into their guests' comfort. Also, the front desk staff were incredibly responsible and attentive. They made sure to note down every guest request. When I went out, I told them my luggage was on the sofa and asked them not to move it when cleaning the room. They actually wrote it down in their notebook – truly an excellent hotel. The location is also great. It's just a few hundred meters from the subway station, and Zhang Xueliang's Residence is a mere five-minute walk away. So, I was basically neighbors with the Young Marshal for a couple of days, haha!

Facilities: This B&B is a real gem, and it's popular with foreign guests 🌙. Cleanliness: Super clean! Every nook and cranny was spotless 😊. Ambiance: I absolutely loved the vibe, my only minor gripe is that the room was a bit on the small side 🤫. Service: The service was fantastic across the board—from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew and even the gentleman serving breakfast, everyone was great 👍. Location: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the city square 🤩. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee ☕️ and wine 🍷. Even though I couldn't enjoy them because I was with my child 🥹, I really appreciated the overall atmosphere. In a city as historic as Xi'an, there are so many hotels, but it's nice to experience a B&B for a different kind of stay 😊👍.

Extremely close to the subway station, which made getting around super convenient. They even helped us organize our luggage and fold clothes, which was a really thoughtful touch. The front desk staff always greeted us proactively and offered hot water; their service attitude was excellent. When we checked out, they gave us a 'safety pouch,' which was a very kind gesture.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's the best hotel near Chuangxin Port!! The commute is super convenient, the service is excellent, and it's very close to the university. The best part is the room design – it's incredibly well-thought-out! There's a fridge, a desk, a huge shower head, and even a separate vanity mirror and dressing table! Ji Hotel really understands what guests need!

This Jinjiang Hotel was overall good. Pros: ① The location is unbeatable, right outside the D exit of the Bell Tower train station. ② The room amenities and design are very good. It's newly renovated. ③ There are plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options nearby. ④ The service is decent, but the front desk's service awareness could be improved. (I asked about transportation to the Terracotta Army, and instead of answering, they let a tour agency staff member standing nearby respond). ⑤ Hotels in Xi'an generally offer great value for money. Even during the May Day holiday, it was only around 400-500 RMB per night. Usually, it's just over 200 RMB. Cons: ① I didn't realize, nor did I see, that the Yuanhui room had no windows. This is partly my fault for not checking carefully. I just didn't expect a room to have no windows. Other than that, no issues. I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The variety was astounding, with everything from Chinese pastries, hot congee, and side dishes to Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were outstanding. Whether I was rushing out early or enjoying a leisurely meal, it was always satisfying and heartwarming, energizing me for the day ahead. What truly touched me was an unexpected fire drill. I hadn't received the notification in my room, and when the hotel staff realized this, they immediately reassured me, apologized multiple times for any fright, and showed genuine concern. Additionally, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the room type on my first night, and without a moment's hesitation, the staff coordinated an upgrade and room change for the next day. Their efficiency and attentiveness throughout, without any pretense or excuses, provided me with a comfortable resting space and completely alleviated the anxiety caused by my changing travel plans. Upon checking out, the staff even thoughtfully presented me with a refrigerator magnet. It was a small gesture, yet full of heartwarming care. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless and comfortable room, this hotel truly embodies what 'feeling at home' means through its professional service and thoughtful details. Here, I not only experienced the captivating charm of the ancient capital but was also deeply moved by the hotel's caring service. This warmth will forever remain a cherished memory of my journey. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an.
