The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get to major attractions and the high-speed rail station. Catching a taxi or taking the subway saves time and effort. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring my child slept soundly. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they thoughtfully provided kid-friendly amenities. The public areas were elegant and quiet, with a strong ancient charm in the decor, which perfectly suited the Hanfu photoshoots we were doing. The facilities were comprehensive, and the hygiene details were meticulously handled. It offers superb value for money and is our top choice for family travel. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Xi'an!

Our stay at the Bell Tower Yuanto Hotel in Xi'an was a pleasant surprise in terms of cleanliness and facilities. As soon as we entered the room, it felt fresh and spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job, cleaning the tabletops, floors, and even the crevices of the bedside tables. The bedding was clean and odorless. The bathroom was impeccably maintained with effective wet and dry separation, no water stains or puddles, and an overall bright and transparent feel. The room's hardware was high-end, with a complete smart system that was easy to use. Voice control for lights, curtains, and air conditioning was a real hands-free convenience. The Mousse mattress was just right—neither too soft nor too firm—and very comfortable for a restful sleep. The Dyson hairdryer was powerful, and the instant hot water dispenser was incredibly practical. There was ample storage space in the room, and all bathroom accessories were in perfect condition. The whole-house Wi-Fi was stable and never disconnected. Public areas were continuously cleaned, and the self-service laundry room had brand-new machines and a tidy environment. The robots for food and item delivery were highly efficient. The hotel's location in the Bell Tower business district offered convenient metro access. With meticulous cleanliness, new and functional facilities, our stay was truly excellent. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit to Xi'an.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. I thought I'd have to scramble to find another place for the night. But Li Xia didn't just brush me off; she actively coordinated and communicated, working tirelessly to help me. In the end, she successfully made arrangements for me. Working on the road constantly, my schedule and itinerary are always unpredictable. She's always been incredibly understanding of my work challenges, meticulously thoughtful, and always anticipates guest needs. Her daily service is down-to-earth and dedicated, handling every small task with serious responsibility. Her service strikes the perfect balance – never intrusive, yet always there to help when I need it. She's never explicitly asked for positive feedback; she wins people over with her genuine service. Having stayed in many chain and high-end hotels over the years, it's rare to encounter such a responsible service professional. She doesn't just do her job; she genuinely solves problems from the guest's perspective. Kudos to Li Xia for her professionalism and dedication. The soundproofing is poor; you can clearly hear doors closing next door. On the first night, I was even woken up in the middle of the night by noise from the neighboring room. 2. The lighting in the vanity area is not ideal for those who need to apply makeup. — ※During my 4-day, 3-night stay, I was asked three times to leave a good review, which I found quite off-putting.

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Dayan Pagoda from June 13th for two nights exceeded my expectations. The guest room's feature wall had a custom, hand-painted mural of the Dayan Pagoda in a traditional Chinese style. The elegant purple-toned ancient architectural patterns were very appealing, allowing me to immerse myself in the ancient charm of Chang'an without even leaving the room – the design truly captured the local character. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Both sides of the bed had wall lamps and charging outlets, showing thoughtful and practical design details. The hotel's location is excellent; I could walk to the Dayan Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it very convenient to return after an evening stroll. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast included a rich variety of Shaanxi local snacks. The hotel facilities were complete. This will be my top choice for future visits to Xi'an, and I will definitely book here again.

The location is great, within walking distance to the city wall, and you can see the Bell Tower right outside the window – the night view is stunning. The Drum Tower is also an easy walk away. The afternoon tea was quite simple, just basic drinks and biscuits. I called the number provided for the Terracotta Warriors explanation, but no one answered. Since there are many tourists outside until late, it can be noisy. If you prefer quiet, a room with a view might not be the best choice.
