Et Fei, a brand co-created by Hyatt and首旅如家 (Shou Lv Ru Jia), truly lives up to its reputation. The public areas are incredibly well-designed and comfortable. The Lobby Innovation Space is perfect for working or relaxing, and the 24-hour coffee bar is a fantastic bonus. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation, and the in-room smart system is easy to use. The mini-bar is also well-stocked. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is a must-have for long stays and very convenient for business travelers or those on an extended trip. The front desk and housekeeping staff are all very friendly, responsive, and meticulous with their daily cleaning. The location is great for getting around, with plenty of dining options nearby. I stayed for over a week straight, and overall, it was consistently good with no unpleasant surprises. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely prioritize Et Fei for my next visit. Highly recommended!

Yunhe Yebo Hotel is truly excellent, 100% recommendable to friends and family. From the moment I arrived, almost all staff members I encountered greeted me proactively and offered assistance. When small issues arose, senior staff members reacted quickly and provided excellent solutions. The room was clean, with wooden floors that were mopped during cleaning, which felt much cleaner than carpet! The behavior of some tourists visiting Xi'an needs improvement; despite the hotel's clear no-smoking policy, there were still rooms where people smoked, and the smell drifted over. After reporting it, the hotel quickly provided an air purifier. Laundry service was provided, with clothes washed and disinfected separately, then neatly folded and returned to the room. The absolute best part was the policy of 'no washing of intimate wear and socks.' This was incredibly reassuring! Even if disinfected, I wouldn't want to use a machine that has washed other people's intimate wear/socks! This move by the hotel is simply brilliant! They offer free airport shuttle service and a bus shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors Museum, which is very convenient. It's important to emphasize that the hotel isn't just relying on the services mentioned above. The hotel itself is actually very beautiful, with grand yet comfortable decor. The furnishings in the room are very tastefully designed, with electric curtains and TV screen mirroring, among other features. Although it opened in 2021, it's very well-maintained; both the public areas and rooms feel new and are very attractive. If you're worried that the hotel's public photos might be enhanced, rest assured, it is genuinely that beautiful in reality.

Really good stay at this hotel. We had four rooms and everyone enjoyed their stay. Rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was good enough with few options. Great location too, metro less than a min away, and all the shops you could think of! Also bell tower is 2mins walk, and muslim quarter across the road. Very convenient location. Helpful staff too! They helped me place an order on ******* app. Phone straps that i couldnt find in any store 😂

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

The hotel's location is excellent, with bus and subway stations right at its doorstep. The Bell Tower and Muslim Street are within walking distance, and popular attractions are just a few subway stops away. The hotel staff were very welcoming and upgraded our room to a very spacious one, which was clean and odor-free. They even provided charging cables by the bedside. Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel also offered afternoon tea and a late-night bowl of noodles. This trip to Xi'an was truly enjoyable!

Choosing Meibai Hotel for my trip to Xi'an was definitely the right decision! ✨ It's super conveniently located near the Bell Tower, making getting around a breeze. The front desk was very efficient with check-in, and the staff were gentle and attentive. The room was clean and fresh, the bedding was soft, and it was very quiet at night. After exploring the Muslim Quarter, I could get a really good rest. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an! 👍

The hotel is conveniently located about 6 minutes walk from Metro station. Also it is surrounded by different tourist attractions including a walking street about 100meters away and loads of restaurants and fooddrink shops, also there's a number of shopping malls nearby! The room was very good size and the air conditioned. Staff are very friendly and try to accommodate all guest needs, excellent customer service provided by front desk! There's also a very clean and professional massage place in the building separate from the hotel! Breakfast buffet is very good and variety of food is very good from boiled eggs and milk and soya milk to freshly prepared noodles and fried eggs and bao and dumplings to different salads and fried noodles all are served. Highly recommend it to everyone who is going to the beautiful city of Xian.

The environment is pretty good, but it's a bit noisy around here. As for the front desk staff, their attitude... I'm not sure if it's a Xi'an thing, but they all speak with a bit of an arrogant tone. The cleaning lady was very prompt and thorough with her work, which was great. One night, we ordered several takeaways. We went out for a bit, and on our way back, we bumped into the robot delivering our food, but we couldn't open it to get our orders. When we got back, we realized we hadn't received our takeaways, so we called the front desk to have them redeliver. After about twenty minutes, it still hadn't arrived, so I called a second time. This time, the front desk's tone was clearly impatient. They asked if we hadn't heard the robot and told me to leave the door open for it (implying we were deaf, perhaps?). The first takeaway that was returned was never re-sent after our first reminder; they only sent the later orders. They clearly didn't even bother to check what was inside the robot and then blamed us for not hearing it.

The room layout was fantastic; my child was so excited upon entering, especially with the little tent and children's toys, and all the kids' toiletries provided. The hotel's Chinese garden-style architecture is beautiful, and within a few minutes' walk from the back entrance, you can reach the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City, which is super convenient for families with kids. The service was thoughtful and attentive. This is a perfect choice for families visiting Xi'an with children. We'll definitely choose it again next time!

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Dayan Pagoda from June 13th for two nights exceeded my expectations. The guest room's feature wall had a custom, hand-painted mural of the Dayan Pagoda in a traditional Chinese style. The elegant purple-toned ancient architectural patterns were very appealing, allowing me to immerse myself in the ancient charm of Chang'an without even leaving the room – the design truly captured the local character. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Both sides of the bed had wall lamps and charging outlets, showing thoughtful and practical design details. The hotel's location is excellent; I could walk to the Dayan Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it very convenient to return after an evening stroll. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast included a rich variety of Shaanxi local snacks. The hotel facilities were complete. This will be my top choice for future visits to Xi'an, and I will definitely book here again.
