Every summer, I take my kids on vacation, and I've stayed in many hotels. This one definitely deserves a thorough positive review! For those who expect upper-mid range quality and for families with children, you can book this hotel without hesitation. 1. The family room is just perfect for a family of three, and the front desk even provides complimentary breakfast for children upon check-in. 2. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Stele Forest Museum and the City Wall. Other attractions require a taxi, and during the summer, there are plenty of taxis and ride-sharing cars right outside the hotel, so you can get a ride within 5 minutes. We stayed for 5 days and mostly took taxis, as Xi'an has fewer subway lines. 3. The breakfast menu changes during the weekdays and includes DIY Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) and some local specialties. Most importantly, they have my favorite coffee! I had to have two cups every morning! I've been there at 8 AM, 9 AM, and 10 AM, and there was always a seat available! 4. Every evening at 6:30 PM, the lobby offers complimentary desserts and milk (if you drink milk regularly, you don't need to bring your own, as the hotel provides it morning and evening). The weekday offerings are all different, like opening a blind box. Out of my 5-day stay, my favorite was the Mango Sago. 5. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it right to your room door. There are two robots, and they're very fast. I ordered several times, and once the delivery person put the order in, it arrived within 10 minutes. 6. You never have to wait for the hotel elevators, morning or evening, they're very quick. Each room can have up to 10 items of clothing laundered daily. For a family of three, you can inform the hotel in advance to add an extra blanket. The added blanket is thin, which is perfect for kids who tend to get warm easily. 7. The service absolutely deserves a good review. From the moment we walked in, every staff member was polite and courteous, which made us feel very happy. Any reasonable request we had was met. 8. I have no suggestions, it was excellent. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an, and I hope the hotel continues to maintain its good reputation!

I've visited Xi'an many times, and this hotel stay was by far the best experience! The location is truly unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with convenient transportation. Everything is close by, saving a lot of commuting hassle, making it perfect for tourists. The area is packed with attractions, shopping malls, and great restaurants, making it super convenient for sightseeing, leisure, and dining. The room facilities are very comprehensive, with complete hardware. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, clean, and tidy. The bed quality is excellent, clean and fluffy, making it incredibly comfortable to lie on. The lighting in the room is soft and creates a great ambiance, not harsh on the eyes. All kinds of daily amenities are available, and the attention to detail is impressive, fully meeting all needs for a travel stay. Good facilities, excellent location, and comfortable living – the overall experience was outstanding! I've already recommended it to friends who are planning to visit Xi'an!

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

As a frequent business traveler, this hotel is my regular haunt. Over time, I've gotten to know the front desk and housekeeping staff pretty well. This time, I want to give a special shout-out to Li Xia. During the summer holidays, hotel rooms are hard to come by. I had an impromptu trip and the hotel showed as fully booked. I thought I'd have to scramble to find another place for the night. But Li Xia didn't just brush me off; she actively coordinated and communicated, working tirelessly to help me. In the end, she successfully made arrangements for me. Working on the road constantly, my schedule and itinerary are always unpredictable. She's always been incredibly understanding of my work challenges, meticulously thoughtful, and always anticipates guest needs. Her daily service is down-to-earth and dedicated, handling every small task with serious responsibility. Her service strikes the perfect balance – never intrusive, yet always there to help when I need it. She's never explicitly asked for positive feedback; she wins people over with her genuine service. Having stayed in many chain and high-end hotels over the years, it's rare to encounter such a responsible service professional. She doesn't just do her job; she genuinely solves problems from the guest's perspective. Kudos to Li Xia for her professionalism and dedication. I will continue to recommend this hotel to colleagues traveling here for business 👍

This hotel is right at the Beidajie subway station entrance and has parking. The AC works great, and check-in/check-out is deposit-free and super fast. The room was clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent! The bedding was spotless and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. Hot water came out quickly, perfect for a relaxing shower. The location is superb, very close to the Second Affiliated Hospital, just a few minutes' walk, which is very convenient. It's a great place overall.

The hotel is conveniently located about 6 minutes walk from Metro station. Also it is surrounded by different tourist attractions including a walking street about 100meters away and loads of restaurants and fooddrink shops, also there's a number of shopping malls nearby! The room was very good size and the air conditioned. Staff are very friendly and try to accommodate all guest needs, excellent customer service provided by front desk! There's also a very clean and professional massage place in the building separate from the hotel! Breakfast buffet is very good and variety of food is very good from boiled eggs and milk and soya milk to freshly prepared noodles and fried eggs and bao and dumplings to different salads and fried noodles all are served. Highly recommend it to everyone who is going to the beautiful city of Xian.

An absolutely fantastic hotel with convenient transportation, perfect for families with kids. Facilities: Quite new and very comfortable to stay in. The laundry room was my favorite! Hygiene: The cleaning staff (aunties) were very responsible and tidied up promptly. Environment: Located right next to the Bell Tower, getting anywhere was super easy, simply perfect. Service: The front desk ladies were polite and enthusiastic, I had such a great time these past few days!

The room came with a balcony offering street views, and the soundproofing on the windows was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The hotel boasts a traditional Chinese courtyard style, and the lobby is very picturesque. The room amenities were complete, and the lobby also provided drinks and snacks. We could store our luggage for free after check-out. I accidentally twisted my ankle while out for dinner, and the hotel lobby even had some common medications on hand. I was able to use Yunnan Baiyao and ice immediately. The breakfast was also delicious, with many Shaanxi specialty snacks; both my kids loved the Zhengao (steamed glutinous rice cake) and mini roujiamo (Chinese meat burger).

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Dayan Pagoda from June 13th for two nights exceeded my expectations. The guest room's feature wall had a custom, hand-painted mural of the Dayan Pagoda in a traditional Chinese style. The elegant purple-toned ancient architectural patterns were very appealing, allowing me to immerse myself in the ancient charm of Chang'an without even leaving the room – the design truly captured the local character. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Both sides of the bed had wall lamps and charging outlets, showing thoughtful and practical design details. The hotel's location is excellent; I could walk to the Dayan Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it very convenient to return after an evening stroll. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast included a rich variety of Shaanxi local snacks. The hotel facilities were complete. This will be my top choice for future visits to Xi'an, and I will definitely book here again.

When come back to Xian i hope to book back in here. The staff are friendly helpful and attentive. The amenities are clean and well appointed and the location is perfect for all of the action around Bell Tower. Our tours picked us up from 100m nearby and the metro entry is just out the door. Perfect. Loved it.
