We had a lovely stay at OrangeHao Hotel in Xi’an with our family, booking three rooms. The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment, making our trip truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff stood out with their friendly and helpful attitude, always ready to assist with any requests. However, a small note of caution: the hotel’s address on Google Maps is inaccurate, so be sure to double-check the location before heading over. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. Thank you for the excellent service!

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

The hotel was in a very good location. Just a walking distance to the muslim street. As we are muslim, it is easy to find halal food around the area. We were allocated with a good room that has a view of the Bell Tower. We also really grateful for the assistance by Ms Xiaolei at the front desk for making our check in smooth and our whole stay a pleasant one. The location is also easy to get around either by Didi or by subway. Overall we had a good experience and will not mind going again to the hotel in the future. And hopefully for the same room.

An hour before I was scheduled to leave for the airport via the ferry service, I decided on a last-minute cab ride to savor one more taste of Xi'an. Unfortunately, I misplaced my work phone in the taxi (DiDi), which could have resulted in a nightmare of police reports and stressful explanations to my employer. To make matters worse, I had no local mainland contact number to reach the driver directly. Enter Shujie. With only 10 minutes before our departure, she sprang into action, bridging the communication gap between us and the driver through the ride-hailing platform's customer service. She persisted despite the complexity of the situation, calmly navigating through endless explanations to the service representatives. Shujie didn’t just stop there—she went above and beyond, exploring options to have the phone delivered to the airport or couriered to my destination if needed. Thanks to her persistence, genuine care, and determination, I am happily writing this review today, with my work phone safely returned. Shujie exemplifies the kind of service that transforms a stressful crisis into a positive, memorable experience. If Yunhe Yebo Hotel has locations in other cities I visit, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Location is just fantastic. So near the drum tower and the Muslim Quarters. What is best is the staff are all wonderful and very nice ans helpful and always trying to explore ways to help and assist and the rooms are also spacious and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

The house decoration is simple, steady and has urban characteristics. The automatic curtains are very considerate. It was a very good hotel experience. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the city wall. Through the window, you can vaguely see the buildings of the city that never sleeps, which echo the high-rise buildings nearby. The service in the store is particularly good. All questions are answered in a timely manner. Great and convenient location with easy access to the metro and lots of food options. Room is generally clean except the bathroom walls, which was clearly not cleaned between guests. The biggest drawback of this hotel is the horrible WiFi which will disconnect every 5 minutes.

Great range of breakfast bar (starts at 7am) from chinese dishes, pastry, yogurt, soy milk, coffee, to local delights order counter as well. Taste good. Free tea break from 2pm to 4pm. Packed breakfast service with pastries available if unable to dine in due to super early trip schedule. Clean & comfortable bed. Room space is acceptable. All toiletrie, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush etc. were provided. Front desk responsive on feedback/enquiries. Having temporary luggage storage service after check out. Cons - Do Not Disturb button not functioning after taking out the room card. Cleaner in my room when we were temporarily out for breakfast and our belongings were exposed that time.

As soon as you step into the hotel, you will be greeted by a light and pleasant fragrance, exquisite and elegant decoration, warm and polite front desk staff, quick check-in, and thoughtful recommendations of surrounding attractions. The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, spotless, the smart devices are convenient, and the view outside the window is amazing. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality. The hotel's breakfast buffet is rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western food. Excellent location, convenient transportation, many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The hotel service is considerate and responsive. I will choose here next time!

The hotel condition was great, super clean, close to the metro station, staff was very helpful. We arrived early and they let us do an early check in, also they helped us with directions with paper notes. I did laundry Wich was complementary on the hotel. Definitely recommend to pay for the breakfast, totally worthy for the price. I liked everything of this hotel, can't recommend it enough.

A clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The hotel provides a free (comfortable!) shuttle service to the nearby Xi'an International Airport. (Surprisingly, even though I had a very early flight, there was no problem getting on a shuttle that left the hotel at 04:00!) In advance if my stay, I had a package sent to this hotel via an express service, and they managed that perfectly, even proactively contacting me to inform me when it was delivered! Although it is not right in town, there is a nice informal restaurant quite close, as well as a large convenience store! Due to its lication close to the airport, and not far from the Xianyang train stations, this Is a perfect ”exit” hotel if you are leaving the Xi'an area. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a modern, clean and smart hotel. All facilities are new and there is some sort of smart element integrated in it. Found a book written by the owner of this hotel, 季琦 inside my room. I was so attracted by this book and continued to read it until 2am. Only realised the owner of Mercure Hotel is actually the boss of 如家 and 锦江之星 which I had stayed before when I worked in different city of China. His story of starting a few successful businesses in hospitality industry is truly amazing. Not to forget to mention about the staffs in Mercure Hotel, the customer service girl really treats her guests like a boss, very helpful in helping me resolve my WiFi setting issue. The only inconvenience I found the hotel is quite far from XuanYang city centre, where I can find a lot of nice food there. But it is really convenient for travellers as it is near the airport and the hotel provides free pick up service from and to the airport.

My husband and I, two elderlies, stayed for two nights in this hotel after we completed a 10-day tour with our friends in Xian and Xianyang, cos we had failed to book the direct flight back to Hong Kong on the day the tour ended. We chose this hotel simply because at time of booking we knew not if there was anymore place in Xian for us to go after our tour, hence we thought the hotel's free shuttle service to the airport would be beneficial to us, plus the hotel rate was attractive. In the end it is truly unexpected that with only around HKD830 we paid for two nights, we had come to a hotel with such good amenities and services provided ! The hotel is located in a newly developed district, about 10 mins drive from the airport. Its location is not attractive, but the small community nearby offers banking service, a small supermarket and sufficient choices of small eating venues. The hotel lobby is stylishly furnished, the hotel room is clean and newly furbished, and the bathroom amenities are excellent (with electronic bidet installed). The free buffet breakfast is good with choices of freshly prepared noodles as ordered. A cup of Americano can be picked up from the Reception free of charge at anytime of the day. In the evening the hotel also offers a simple light meal which can be brought up to the room for enjoyment. On our second day of stay, we chose to go to Dayan Pagoda which we hadn't been visited in our group tour. The staff was so very helpful as in providing us with all the directions in WeChat how we could travel by underground from airport to go there, and thereafter how we could contact them from airport for their pickup service on our return (on the condition that we had no local phone number and no wifi installed in our mobiles!). All in all we are truly grateful to all the staff, including the driver, who had helped us so much during our stay in this small lovely hotel. It is truly a good hotel in terms of its value!

This hotel really amazed me! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel staff Lele and Linlin provided thoughtful service and took the initiative to help solve various problems. I usually stay at Boshe Hotel when I go to Xianyang on business trips, mainly because of its good location, right next to the ancient covered bridge, where you can take a walk at night, and the service is quite friendly and attentive. As a result, I was really disappointed this time because there was a large-scale construction nearby, and the traffic was very congested. The construction was even started in the middle of the night, so I couldn't rest well the whole night. The sound of pounding the ground didn't stop until 6 o'clock in the morning, which seriously affected my spirit the next day. Then, before 8 o'clock, they said they would go out at 8:30. The valet parking didn't bring the car until 8:30 because of the construction nearby. If the hotel knew which side was under construction, they should have arranged rooms on the other side for customers. I probably won't stay here again in the short term, because the scope of the construction doesn't look like it can be completed in half a year or a year.

The hotel has a specially arranged airport pick-up service, which is very convenient. It is very close to the airport and only takes 5 or 6 minutes to get there without traffic jams. The room is very quiet and there is a wake-up service. Because we were catching an early flight, the hotel also thoughtfully prepared an accompanying breakfast. (We got up at 4 o'clock, and breakfast started at 5 o'clock).

Great location right at the base of the mountain, next to the tourist centre. The views from the hotel are great with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy them. The staff were very accomodating. They accept foreigners at this hotel which can't be said for most places in this town.

The hotel is newly renovated. The room is well designed and super clean. The breakfast offers many choices including organic vegetables and eggs. The service I like the most is the pickup and drop-off from the train station and from the Mount Hua entrance. You just simply call them to arrange a pick up time but only if you have a Chinese phone number. Only hiccup is the front desk phone number listed on trip.com, is not the actual front desk number. The call will not be received. I had to use the hotel owner’s WeChat for communication for pickup. All staff are very friendly, strongly recommended! I really appreciated their hospitality. The owner’s WeChat is attached if you need to reach him to arrange pick up time directly.

Location only minutes away from the attractions, they have free transport service to and from the hotel to attractions and nearby restaurants which is very convenient. Room is clean. breakfast is ok.

The hotel is very new, the room is very clean, the sanitary conditions are good, it is spacious and comfortable, and the toilet flushes automatically. The facilities are complete, there is a gym and a laundry room which is very convenient. The breakfast is also good and the service attitude is very good. The transportation is convenient, with the bus station right outside the door, and within walking distance to the high-speed rail station, Xiyue Temple, and city parks. Located on the main road, it is safe and quiet at night. It does not affect your rest. There are also many convenient choices for shopping, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area.

Pros: Amazing staff, they go above and beyond to service you. We were picked up from train station on time and the manager showed me a map of Huashan mountain and also provided us with gloves. Very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was massive with its own kitchen and sofa. Cons: Bathroom is leaking, kitchen is leaking, toilet is wet, doesn't flush properly. Lots of cleaning issues. Cigarette smell was bad (pretty common in many Chinese hotels). Unfortunately because of many plumbing issues, leaking etc I can't really recommend this place.

Meihao Yizhi Hotel is located at the foot of Huashan Mountain. This hotel is really great. It belongs to a chain hotel. As soon as you enter the door, the customer service lady warmly comes up to say hello and takes the initiative to help with luggage until you have checked in and sent it to the elevator. Every Every step is very attentive and thoughtful, the room is spacious, clean, and the bedding is comfortable, making people feel at home. There is a free parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, which is close to the scenic spot. The hotel also provides free pick-up and drop-off services. I was in a hurry when I came down from the mountain. I contacted the hotel front desk in advance. The driver helped us take our luggage to the visitor center and picked us up directly to the high-speed rail station. They were always helpful The guests' consideration made this stay experience more perfect, and they will be your first choice next time you come here!

The hotel is full of martial arts style design from inside to outside. I like it. I chose to stay here for this reason. The hotel is clean, chivalrous and elegant. The hotel provides free pick-up service, haha. The hotel has a restaurant that can meet three meals a day, as well as a tea room, and a store and supermarket with Huashan themed products and food, which is very convenient.

Ctrip shows that it ranks fifth among high-end hotels, and it looks quite similar on the outside. It’s not bad to enter the hotel front desk, go up to the floor, my God, I’m shocked! There was hair everywhere in the room, and the most disgusting thing was the toilet. There were no towels or slippers when entering the room. The lady who came to mend things was wearing short shorts and a snowflake shirt. If there wasn't a walkie-talkie on her waist, I would have doubted whether it was a hotel staff member. There was no elevator either. Elevator control, safety needs to be considered. Even if you don't sit on the sofa, you won't know it. As soon as you sit on it, you will be shocked. The gaps between the sofas on both sides are full of drunken peanuts and melon seeds. The hygiene here is a thousand times worse than the B&B at the foot of Huashan Mountain. The breakfast is also terrible, and overall there is no management at all.

The Weinan VIP Building (and the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale in Weinan Zhongchuang) is a family. Xi'an has been driving for more than an hour. It is very suitable for weekends to change the environment to relax. It can be said that the price-performance ceiling of hotels around Xi'an is high. Check-in and check-out are also required at Wyndham, from the entrance to the courtyard. The new hotel in 2024 is very new and clean. There is a big bed room and the room has a bathtub.
