Joanna liiAirport shuttle service (Xi'an Xianyang Airport, requires 1-day advance booking): I originally booked the Atour hotel nearby, but after seeing the reviews for this place, I decisively chose it instead – and it didn't disappoint! It even offers free airport shuttle service. We stayed here for several nights; it's super close to the city center, and it's really convenient to take a taxi to all the attractions. The pick-up driver was excellent, finding us immediately upon exiting the airport! Superb!
Cleanliness: Although it's been open for a few years, the room facilities are quite new. My son loves Ultraman, so we paid extra to upgrade to a themed room. The amenities were comprehensive, and there were complimentary fruits and snacks.
Facilities: The room also had free drinks, including my son's favorite Wangzai milk. There's also a free laundry service – someone collects your clothes and then neatly folds them in a basket in your room when you return at the end of the day.
Service: Everything from the airport pick-up to check-in was incredibly satisfying. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk, and then to our room, explaining all the hotel and room amenities along the way. I didn't have breakfast any of the days because I overslept, haha, but this hotel truly goes above and beyond with its service. I usually don't bother writing reviews!
Now for the cons: The soundproofing in the room isn't great. Maybe I'm a light sleeper, but I could hear kids running in the hallway. The window also faces a main road, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a quieter room. It would be great if the room included some soap for washing underwear and cotton swabs (a toiletry kit) – I didn't see any! At check-out, Li Zi, Mu Zi, Tao Zi, and Xi Mi were all very enthusiastic! They even gave us local specialty souvenirs. All in all, I'm still very satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an. Highly recommend it to everyone!!!

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around.
You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious.
The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract!
**Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

Guest UserGreat location and excellent service. My friend had a small issue in their room on the night we checked in, and the hotel staff handled it quickly. The next day, they provided the investigation results and a resolution, which was both reasonable and efficient. 👍 With new hotel chains constantly emerging, it's the combination of great facilities, soft skills, and genuine empathy that truly makes a difference. I believe Manxin can win over many more hearts.

Guest UserWhat a delightful boutique hotel! It's not huge, but its prime location, stylish design, and exceptional service truly set it apart. With a limited number of rooms, it feels private and incredibly quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. It’s just a stone's throw from the Great Ci'en Temple, and the open terrace offers breathtaking views directly overlooking the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Park – waking up to that view is pure bliss! What truly impressed me, though, was the breakfast. It honestly surpasses many well-known five-star hotel brands. Every dish is prepared with such care and attention to detail, showcasing authentic Shaanxi specialties. You can savor genuine 'liangpi' (cold noodles) and mini 'roujiamo' (meat burgers), along with a daily rotating selection of stir-fried dishes, cold appetizers, and pastries. The fruit is always incredibly fresh too. In short, it was a delicious and thoroughly satisfying meal – so happy! From the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff, the service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive, truly embodying the concept of 'making guests feel at home.' I'm incredibly grateful for such a wonderful experience.

HAPPY RRThe hotel service is excellent. From the moment you walk in, the staff, including the room attendants, greet you warmly, making you feel right at home. Aunt Xiao, from housekeeping, was like an elder in our family; she interacted with us warmly, and on our departure, she reminded us to take all our belongings and expressed her hope that we'd return. Her words were incredibly kind. Just for that familial warmth from Aunt Xiao, I'd recommend this hotel to all my friends. The hotel's location is perfect, right near Datang Everbright City and the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. There are plenty of convenient dining options downstairs. The front desk staff are also very professional and friendly. I'll definitely be back – this was my third stay, and it gets better every time.

They sent reminders about transportation and shuttle services before my trip, which was very thoughtful. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were gentle-mannered and very service-oriented. It's right next to Metro Line 2, so transportation is convenient. The room was clean, and the panoramic view was quite good. It's next to the Bell Tower, but it wasn't as noisy as I expected. They also provided toiletries for children. Overall, a very satisfying stay! (I actually took a picture of the Drum Tower, hehe 😁)

Guest UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations for our family trip with the kids. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had. The location is super convenient; it's a short walk or quick taxi ride to nearby attractions. Breakfast had a good variety and was refilled promptly. In the lobby, there are board games to pass the time, and they offer complimentary iced plum juice and lychee juice. The robot delivery service was the biggest surprise and the kids absolutely loved seeing the robot every time it came by. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay! 🏨
