Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

This B&B is located within Luoyi Ancient City. Though the entrance isn't grand, once you step inside, it feels like a hidden gem. It's built in the style of a traditional courtyard house, with a rooftop terrace that offers a close-up view of the Drum Tower. The whole place has such a wonderful vibe. We booked a king-size room with a private balcony, which was quite spacious. The furnishings had an antique charm, and waking up to the sounds of roosters crowing and birds chirping was incredibly comforting. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, perfect for recovering after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom amenities were also excellent, with a lovely fragrance. The towels were soft and comfortable, and surprisingly, they even provided a bath mat, which you usually only find in high-end hotels. It made us feel both reassured and pampered – seems like the owner has great taste! 😉 The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there was one minor issue: the bathroom mirror in the room was a bit impractical. It was quite far from the sink, and there was no magnifying mirror 🪞. As someone who needs to get close to the mirror to put in contact lenses, I found this inconvenient. 😂 Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this B&B! 👍👍👍

Very nice hotel with a variety of amenities and big lobby, including breakfast (we did not opt for it though). The location was great on s main street and close to restaurants, pharmacy, vegetable & fruit market, great candy & snack store, bakery, many Hanfu (汉服) stores, buses and metro. The staff was gracious and professional, they worked as a team to process our registration and on any questions we asked. Next door is the Tang Palace Xing Yi Fang Banquest with Show location, convenient to the hotel 2 minute walk. The bathroom is a shower toilet combination (at most, 3 feet x 5 feet), common among hotels in China. The single queen size bed was soft and comfortable, with jumbo fluffy pillows, clean crispy high grade sheets. The room felt tight since space was also allotted for a step-up area for a floor-height tea ceremony table, which we did not use and almost felt like an unnecessary room feature. I felt cleaning services could have improved, but acceptable to most guests. The laundry room had a few free washers and a few dryers with detergent and the exercise room seemed to be a former hotel room (we did not use either). Overall, I recommend this hotel because of its comfort, location and convenience to tourists locations.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm on a business trip to Zhengzhou. It's just a few minutes from the high-speed train station. The front desk staff are always so warm and polite. They even went out of their way to give me a quiet, corner room because I was worried about noise. Even though it was next to a room reserved for minors, they made sure not to assign anyone there, which meant I had two peaceful nights. The room was clean and tidy, and the Holiday Inn standards were impeccably maintained. Definitely a recommended stay.

Came here during the May Day holiday. It's super close to Pagoda Land (Pang Dong Lai) in Angel City, and you can even wheel your shopping cart straight into your room! The room was clean and the service was quite good. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Pang Dong Lai; it's incredibly convenient.

I had a very comfortable stay; the environment was exceptional. The design was exquisite, with clever use of screens to create beautiful scenery. All facilities were well-equipped, and I received welcome fruits upon arrival and a farewell gift when I left. The service was excellent. The only minor issue was quite a few mosquitoes in the room, but mosquito coils were promptly provided. The breakfast was delicious, especially the wontons. It was very pleasant to sit in the tea room while waiting for my clothes.

Stayed for two days, and the room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The service was warm and welcoming, and the hotel's location offers great transport links. The room even came with 4 bottles of water, tea bags, and coffee sachets. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location near the highway exit is very convenient for getting around. The staff were attentive and responsive to our needs. As a new hotel, the rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean and tidy. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and offered excellent value for money. I genuinely recommend staying here.

This hotel has a unique design and a great location, making it very convenient for getting around. It's right across from a snack street and a subway station. The surrounding area is also very nice, with all the amenities you could need. The environment is clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The hotel service is excellent, and everyone is very welcoming and enthusiastic.

The hotel's hospitality began right from check-in. The front desk staff were thoughtful and genuine, and even upgraded our room. The hotel is directly across from Longting Lake, offering beautiful night views. The hotel itself also has great scenery; it feels like the prettiest Atour I've ever stayed at. The location is excellent, within a ten-minute walk to Qingming Shanghe Garden. It was a particularly great stay. I even got an annual pass for Qingming Shanghe Garden this trip, so next time I visit, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!
