A truly perfect stay! The location is excellent, right next to Lijingmen, making it incredibly convenient to get around. While it's integrated into the old town scenic area, it still feels private and quiet. The hotel's exterior is grand and retro, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. This is definitely a top choice for a trip to Luoyang!

This Atour hotel, which just opened last year, has a lovely courtyard design, quite similar to the Atour on Taohuawu Street in Suzhou, which I really like. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. Being so close to the scenic area, the surroundings are also fantastic.

We had such an amazing stay at the hotel! We had a change in travel plans as our flight got cancelled, so we needed an hotel close to the airport for our long layover. We would choose this hotel again! They provide free shuttle service which is very convenient, as well as lots of amenities to relax after a long flight. everyone at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the rooms are very spacious. They even provide an hanfu rental service, which i was very excited about since i didn't get the chance to try one yet due to our disrupted travel plans thanks again to all the staff i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Zhengzhou

The design is a delightful surprise, a rare retro gem. Everything from the hotel's exterior, lobby, and hallways to the rooms feels cohesive and visually stunning. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was good. The room was also quite spacious. There's a bus stop right downstairs and Xigong Xiaojie, with tons of food options, is just across the street. The only issue was that the XiaoDu voice assistant was a complete pain.

This B&B is located within Luoyi Ancient City. Though the entrance isn't grand, once you step inside, it feels like a hidden gem. It's built in the style of a traditional courtyard house, with a rooftop terrace that offers a close-up view of the Drum Tower. The whole place has such a wonderful vibe. We booked a king-size room with a private balcony, which was quite spacious. The furnishings had an antique charm, and waking up to the sounds of roosters crowing and birds chirping was incredibly comforting. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, perfect for recovering after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom amenities were also excellent, with a lovely fragrance. The towels were soft and comfortable, and surprisingly, they even provided a bath mat, which you usually only find in high-end hotels. It made us feel both reassured and pampered – seems like the owner has great taste! 😉 The front desk staff was also very welcoming and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. However, there was one minor issue: the bathroom mirror in the room was a bit impractical. It was quite far from the sink, and there was no magnifying mirror 🪞. As someone who needs to get close to the mirror to put in contact lenses, I found this inconvenient. 😂 Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this B&B! 👍👍👍

The room, though small, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We stayed with two four-year-olds, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and attentive. The wake-up call for our early flight was perfectly timed, and they even thoughtfully arranged an emergency breakfast for us.

Extremely satisfied with my hotel experience. The hotel's location is convenient to everything, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, with a very patient front desk staff. They informed us at check-in that the 9th floor was undergoing renovations, but there was no noise disturbance at all. There are many shopping malls nearby, making last-minute shopping very convenient. The hotel also offers a shuttle service; the car was very clean, the driver was punctual and provided great service, and was also very chatty. The hotel breakfast was abundant and tasted good. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The hotel has been newly renovated and is luxurious and elegant. The service was warm and welcoming; the receptionist led me to the elevator and carefully explained the breakfast location and time, as well as the self-service laundry, gym, and more. The room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was comfortable, with a Sealy mattress and the popular Huazhu M3 pillows, which were incredibly comfortable. The bathrobes provided in the room were also very soft and comfortable, and there was a mini-bar with drinks, coffee, and tea. Who could resist the delicious chocolate oat milk? The thoughtful 0-calorie Coke was a welcome treat, so no worries about gaining weight! The breakfast was plentiful, especially the unique coffee DIY area with many of the latest trendy drinks like coconut water, coconut milk, and grape sparkling coffee. There was also a DIY yogurt bowl and DIY chapatta sandwiches, which were nutritious and delicious – I couldn't stop eating them! What surprised me most was the afternoon tea, a perfect way to replenish my energy. I especially loved the special gift upon check-out, and there was even a high-speed rail shuttle service! I will definitely recommend it to other friends and colleagues on business trips, and I'll definitely stay at my first Mercure hotel in Zhengzhou again.

I have to rave about the facilities at this hotel! The desk in the room is huge, with plenty of space for a laptop, documents, and even a tea set, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. The bathroom is also fantastic; the sink area is spotless, the lighting around the mirror is excellent for grooming, and all the amenities are well-stocked. The rainfall showerhead in the shower area is an absolute dream—the water pressure is consistent, and the temperature is easy to adjust, making for a super relaxing hot shower. Overall, the hardware here is top-notch; everything is new and well-maintained. It's a truly comfortable stay and offers great value for money!

It might have been due to the May Day holiday rush, but the hotel's cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were leftover food stains on the table right inside the entrance. However, after contacting the front desk, they promptly arranged for cleaning and even offered two complimentary breakfasts, which was a very timely solution. The location is excellent, very close to Pang Dong Lai Angel City store. The parking lot is connected, which is a great convenience. When we left Pang Dong Lai, the hotel helped us input our license plate number so we didn't have to pay any additional parking fees.
