Our stay was incredibly clean and comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing at the hotel. As a mum, I especially appreciated the free laundry services. The facilities and amenities were new and of high quality, which impressed us. The staff were friendly and patient, assisting us as we navigated without a tour guide. It all worked out wonderfully! We had truly memorable days, and to top it off, there was a small outdoor tent setup serving delicious fried rice and grilled food. We had dinner there for consecutive nights – a must-try!

Very good service in give National Forest guide direction For people who first time coming to Zhangjiajie like us, this hotel has very good service. They provide some staff that assist tourists to get a guide direction in Zhangjiajie National Forest route. This national forest park is very huge. The entrance ticket is available for 4 days visit. So you can imagine how big this area is. Therefore, if you do not have enough time, you need a brief information that helps us arrange the excellent routes so that we can get the point of view and enjoy it. That is the purpose of this staff, to help us, bravo! Thanks to Huan Huan, female staff, your instruction is awesome. The hotel room is spacious enough, but lacks of wardrobe. Breakfast is amazing with many varian cuisine. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. The kind thing is this hotel put drinking water (bottles) everywhere. It is very pleasant, so hotel guests do not worry about drinking anymore. One more satisfying thing is the drain shower. The water pressure is strong but soft. Getting our body washed with a treatment like this after a tiring journey is very enjoyable.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Very rarely have a faultless hotel stay, but this is as good as it gets! I arrived 3hrs before check-in and only planned to ask about luggage storage, but they let me check-in immediately! The room was fabulous. I did wonder if they upgraded me as the room seemed far bigger than what I thought I’d booked. The furnishings and amenities were top quality, it was completely clean and I had an incredible view of Tianmen mountain! Staff spoke very basic English but enough to get by, and the service was immaculate. Every member of staff would smile and say hello. Other points: - Breakfast was great with a wide variety of food - Location couldn’t be better - right next to the bus station, with plenty of food options nearby, and only 5 mins walk from the cable car station - As things stand, I don’t think this hotel exists yet on several mobile map apps, but not much of an issue Overall, this is the perfect choice of hotel for Zhangjiajie and amazing value for money.

We were blown away by the amenities like robot food delivery, washing machine with free detergent, and a beyond delicious breakfast with an incredible variety of food! The location is only a few minutes walk from the train station and metro! English is minimal but that’s ok because the staff was very friendly!

The hotel is located near the park entrance, Charming Xiangxi show and Wulingyuan city center. The hotel has a large selection of Chinese and Western food for its breakfast hotel. The room we received was large and spacious. Although the hotel is supposed to be non smoking, we found smoke smell entering our room. After we informed the front desk, they promptly arranged another room for us. Thanks to their service we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities. It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute! The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log. Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.) The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place. The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable. Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great. Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city. Definitely recommend staying here! This W Hotel flawlessly combines luxury, sophistication, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a standout hotel.

The hotel is conveniently situated walking distance from the cable car, close to the railway station and the airport. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nourishing and essential to the good start of our long mountain trips. We especially enjoyed the café near the front desk. While staying there, I recommend you to visit the 72 wonders house in Zhangjiajie - a folk type food and crafts place. We went on a Sunday, there was like a closing party and we had the best of times. 

This is great experience at this hotel, we had 2 separate bookings this time first 3 nights, second was 4nights. The room is lovely and cozy, I requested higher floor smoking room and they tried their best to arranged it. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Especially 九月 ( WeChat name)as butler, she helps me a lots. My husband and myself are both very happy to come back again and again. The housekeeping team is also so nice and polite. The wine and snack set is bonus for our room, we tried couple times, also very good. The location is so convenient, the tube is just outside 2 mins by walk, there is line 1 and line 4 both. All in all, we love our choice.

This is a glorified 4 star hotel. Other than the location, you will be disappointed with the overall hotel experience. It lacks the attention to detail to be a true 5 star hotel experience. A couple of examples; non-smoking rooms being ruined by smokers, the rainforest shower (top mounted shower head) didn’t work and was just an unpleasant drizzle, air-conditioning that just had a mind of its own with no ability to adjust to desired temperature, the bed being somehow both firm and soft. If you are accustomed to chain hotels, then the attention to detail at the Niccolo is missing!

Hotel is quite new, Cleanliness is good, all staff were friendly and helpful. Has delivery shelf at level 1 for those who orders delivery. Connected to IFS building at Level 3. Possible to view the Caws and some popular spots. Walkable distance to the busiest street, lots of food options. Can choose your pillow from the menu provided in hotel room.

Checked in on Sat 28th before my fiancé to arrange some things like wedding flowers, decorations etc. Katrina at reception was absolutely fantastic. She followed up on the requests I had and verified the Trip.com staff information which was sent earlier. She was extremely friendly, kind, thoughtful, diligent, and professional - a real asset to IHG. She took care of everything. She arranged the decorations to be done after we left for marriage registration so when I got back it would all be ready for my wife. The facilities and service like the 1st floor all day dining restaurant, the Sky27 bar and Intercontinental club on the 27th floor, were wonderful. The Latin band (Cuban / Colombian duo) were magnificent and quite friendly ✊ Breakfast boxes were arranged for our early departure on 31st. The taxi was ordered and promptly arrived ahead of time to collect us. Hotel staff checked if I was an IHG member and applied my discounts where relevant. Breakfast buffet and all day a La carte dining was wonderful. Shopping mall access through the hotel lobby is easily accessible and quite convenient. All in all, it was a marvellous few days at Intercontinental Changsha.

Very warming and welcoming place! Everyone is ready to help even if we had language barrier they did there best to communicate! And there is a lot more here you can even have a hot water pedicure kinda thing in your room for soaking your feet and so much more items which you can have. There is nothing to worry about. And the ambience is just so modern yet close to nature loved it! Love from India 🥰

We are an old couple who came to Changsha for free. The main purpose of this trip is to visit Juzizhoutou and Yuelu Academy. As usual, we read a lot of guides and hotel comparisons on the Internet before departure, and finally chose Wyndham Garden Hotel. Today's journey is over. Our most sincere feeling is that whether it is service, room bedding comfort, breakfast, etc., they are all good. Because it took a long time to go to Yuelu Academy in the morning, we couldn't check out on time. After communicating with Ian, the little sister at the front desk, she asked us not to be too anxious and delayed the check-out time for us for half an hour. I felt very warm and praised her! The two aunts who made noodles and vermicelli for breakfast were like family members. They had a strong sense of active service, which made people feel very kind and felt the warmth of this city. I give 5 points overall. Metro Line 2 is a few steps to the left of the hotel building, which is super convenient. There is a parking space on the second floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. Some small suggestions: 1. Add a luggage rack to the room to put the box. 2. Can the slippers be changed? The existing ones don't close the feet when they are put on, and they feel like they fall off. I hope you will get better and better, and I also hope to help guests who find a satisfactory and comfortable hotel.

I booked this hotel for my mom since my husband and I stayed there a few years ago and had an amazing experience. However, she said that no one would speak to her in any English (when we were there, everyone was very helpful and the manager was foreign). She also had a bad experience with a massage she booked. She thought she could charge it to the room, but the woman demanded cash, then once she paid, wouldn’t let her out of the room until she gave an extra tip. Apparently that was the only word she said in English the whole time. I’ve never been expected to tip in China, so this seems like they’re taking advantage of foreign guests who may not know better. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of the national park, but the concierge tried to get her to take a taxi for way too much to a different gate. Luckily, she called me to ask if that was worth it and I told her, “no, don’t take a ¥50 taxi to another gate when you’re less than 1km from one of the main gates.” It just made her start to feel uncomfortable that everyone in the hotel was trying to trick her. It’s a shame because the hotel is lovely and the breakfast is actually quite good, which my mom said is still the case. But she had a very mixed experience where the hotel was great, but the staff didn’t make her feel well taken care of. Very different from my husband’s and my experience a few years ago.

The hotel opened in 2024, with relatively new facilities. The room area is more than 40 square meters. You can see the mountain when you open the window~ It feels great👍 This time, we had a butler, who provided thoughtful service and gave a lot of sightseeing suggestions. The hotel butler can also help to book discount tickets~ The front desk lady provided very good service. As soon as we entered the hotel, she guessed our names very accurately, haha😆 I guess the flight was delayed, so we arrived the latest🛬 There are many restaurants near the hotel, which are within walking distance, very convenient~ We came to Zhangjiajie for tourism in the off-season, there were few people, and the weather was neither cold nor hot, it was so cool! Zhangjiajie in winter is worth it!

The room service was enthusiastic and cleaned every day for three days. Breakfast can also be enjoyed in the executive lounge on the tenth floor. The dining environment is quieter and the variety is more diverse. It is also close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I rarely write the review, but this time I want to do it so much! It was better than 5* hotels that I’ve been too. (And I travel really a lot). The best hotel in my list. Hotel: it was super clean, nice, new, modern and cozy. I felt like I don’t want to leave. So warm. But the most important thing I’d like to mention is that people there are so hospitable and warm. Service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. We arrived late so they gave us desserts and delicious snacks. They got our shoes to clean so we can wear them tomorrow. They were very attentive and helped us a lot. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and I will stay here again. Thank you so much.

Our trip to Zhangjiajie couldn’t have been better! This hotel is a few minutes walking distance away from a secondary (non crowded!) entrance to the National Park. The view from the pool is facing the National Park too, which couldn’t be more beautiful. Same goes for the surroundings as the area is super calm, you can relax indeed. The restaurant serves good typical food (we highly recommend the sea bass fish - both versions). The breakfast is acceptable with a mix of asian western (although mostly Asian you can find such things as yogurt, croissants, butter and bread). The hotel could be improved in minor details, which we passed on to the team. But these won’t make your experience bad in anyway. What made our stay one of the best in this big China trip was our hostess named Fan! ＜3 She was always available for us, did the impossible to find anything we needed and surprised us all the time. She carefully planned all our itineraries for all the attractions, never forgot a single request and spoke English better than anyone else in the Team. She was 6 out of 5*. ;) Don’t miss Jojo, the beautiful and cute cat belonging to the hotel. :) Our room also included a transfer which we used to the airport by the end of the stay, driving us in time to our flight. We hope to be back one day. :)

Travelled to 凤凰古城to celebrate my birthday! The room is perfect and our 管家(嘉嘉) and the team has made our experience wonderful! They catered to our needs and helped us in many ways! Room is clean, there are free flow water and fruits. Open the window and you can see the river right outside! Strongly recommended 💕🤩

Excellent location and service. The hotel was just a stone’s throw away from the main entrance of Furong town. There was also a supermarket right next to the hotel and a fast foot outlet. Service was good as well as there’s the option to arrange for free transport to and fro. For example, from the high speed rail station to the hotel. It can be difficult to contact the hotel for this so if possible, message the hotel for their WeChat to arrange for transport in advance. The room was very zen like and calming. It was also a good place to just chill! Breakfast was also good and had variety. Would recommend.

From the patient answers at the front desk when checking in, to helping to plan the route to visit the ancient city, to the thoughtful special snacks provided, every move made me feel like home. During my trip, I accidentally got my clothes wet. After the staff learned about it, they quickly helped me dry it and solved my urgent need. This kind of meticulous care really touched me. This stay at Shanshui Lianxin Resort Hotel in Fenghuang Ancient City is an extremely beautiful memory of my trip. It is like a bright pearl, embedded in the beautiful land of Fenghuang Ancient City. I sincerely recommend it to everyone who plans to go to Fenghuang Ancient City. I believe you will also have an unforgettable journey here!

The hotel is very good with a nice big clean room. It provides shuttle bus service every hour between 7:30 am to 14:30 pm from hotel to train station. But no pick up service. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The problem is its location. Me and my friend arrived at train station after 6pm. There is no taxi waiting for you. We waited for 30 minutes and finally shared the taxi with another 2 people. After checking in , we had problem to find a taxi to go to the center of ancient town. Although the staff helped us to call the taxi , it took about 45 minutes for the taxi to arrive. If you can have enough time or you have car, I recommend you to stay here. Otherwise, I suggest you to stay in the center of town.

A very beautiful hotel with lovely styled rooms and very helpful staff. Manager Wang's service was excellent. We had a language barrier but they still managed to arrange a pick-up and drop off to the high speed railway. The hotel is in a great location with a view of Fenghuang bridge from the room balcony. Unfortunately it is true what other reviewers say about the bathroom being poorly designed. Rather than a shower, it is a bath tub with a retractable shower head and water gets everywhere if you try to use it as a standing shower. It is also true that the noise from the streets, particularly the music from the bar next door, is very loud at night, but it stops at 23:30. However, we found these to be minor inconveniences in our stay, which was overall very romantic and hugely positive. We'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

I came from Northeast China to play. I don't have a high opinion of the scenic area, but the hotel is really good. The boys and girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic. I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here. You can see the ancient town while sitting on the balcony. Free fruits, car pick-up and drop-off, even to and from the scenic area, not just the pick-up station. The dinner ordered at the hotel is also very delicious and not expensive. Don't eat in the scenic area, order food at the hotel when you come out. The ones in the scenic area are all pushed by ”On the Waterside”. What is that? I ordered a cup of coffee for 58 yuan, and the milk was expired and flocculent. It's the worst coffee I've ever had in my life. Don't eat in the scenic area. It's terrible.

Seek truth from facts and say one thing at a time. 1 The biggest feature is that the breakfast is great, rich in content, tastes good, and the environment is also very good. 2 The external environment of the hotel is very good. 3. The swimming pool experience is very poor. It gives the impression that the tenants are here to mop themselves up. There is no locker, no slippers, shampoo and shower gel. If you want a locker, you need to add 20 yuan. 4 The room experience was poor. (1) The door was insured after leaving the room and could not be opened. I went to the front desk and was told that it was insured by us (how could it be insured if there was no one in the room?). I could only ask the engineering department for repairs. In the end, the front desk refused to accept the insurance. admit. (2) The air conditioner could not be ”adjusted” and was extremely hot. I called the engineering department for inspection and maintenance. They said that the ventilation switch was turned off. After turning it on, it broke again after a period of time until I left.
