Great service from the hotel staff, especially Qing Qing. She was very welcoming and helped us purchase tickets for the Tuo River tour. She also assisted us in getting a taxi to a Muslim-friendly restaurant located about 2km from the hotel. We even received a complimentary gift during check-out, which was a lovely touch . The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the view from our room window was beautiful. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttle rides to the Fenghuang entrance several times a day, which was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Right downstairs, you'll find Hisense Plaza and Super Wenheyou, and it's just a short walk to Pozi Street, Taiping Old Street, and Huangxing Pedestrian Street. All sorts of Changsha's specialty foods and trendy spots are right outside your door, and the subway is practically at your doorstep, making exploring and dining incredibly convenient. The guest rooms are situated on the 46th floor and higher, offering panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that directly face the Xiangjiang River and Orange Isle. The entire cityscape, with its mountains, rivers, and islands, is laid out before you. In the morning, you can watch the river mist, at dusk, chase the sunset painting the water, and at night, admire the myriad lights along both banks. If you're lucky enough to catch the Orange Isle fireworks, you'll have an exclusive, unparalleled viewing spot right from your room – perfect for stunning photos! The front desk staff are incredibly attentive and professional. They patiently answered all my questions without any perfunctory responses, and their service was warm yet discreet, never intruding on my personal space. The entire check-in to check-out process was smooth and comfortable. Their comprehensive, thoughtful service significantly enhanced my trip to Changsha. Check-out was also quick and seamless, with simple and pleasant communication throughout. The service was enthusiastic but not overbearing, showing excellent discretion. The professional service from the front desk alone is enough to warrant a full five-star rating. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is in a great location, about a ten-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, making it super convenient to get to and from the scenic area. The facilities are comprehensive, and the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. There's even a laundry room! Our room was clean and tidy. If you're visiting Tianmen Mountain, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's overall design is both spectacular and thoughtfully decorated, creating a very cozy atmosphere. The rooms have ceiling heights exceeding 3 meters and are incredibly spacious. The bathroom, shower, bathtub, and sink are all independently separated, and the facilities are modern. The hotel staff are very patient, professional, and attentive to guests. A special thanks to Mandy Liu for patiently coordinating the venue, allowing us to celebrate a travel companion's birthday in a foreign country! This experience left a deep impression not just of the hotel, but of China as well! We've decided to change our travel plans this year to visit China again! Facilities: The hotel has been open for some years, so the facilities aren't super new, but the room was quite spacious and had pretty much everything you'd need. There's no minibar in the room. The swimming pool is open from 3 PM to just past 9 PM. The hotel is surrounded by schools, so there are plenty of small eateries and restaurants nearby. The soundproofing in the rooms could use some improvement... Cleanliness: Clean. Environment: The hotel is quite close to the highway exit, which is convenient. Service: The bellboy in the lobby was very polite. When we were leaving, he proactively and warmly greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even brought it to the car. I forgot his name, I don't think I saw a name tag on his uniform. The hotel breakfast was all very clean, and the variety was quite rich.

I always trust the InterContinental brand, and this time I chose their star room type, the Executive Deluxe Balcony Room. The river view was superb, and having direct access to the Beichenhui Shopping Mall right next to the breakfast restaurant was incredibly convenient. The front desk and concierge team were consistently warm and professional. Serein was quick to respond to my needs, provided detailed information about the lounge's operating hours, and arranged amenities for my children. The entire check-in process was very smooth. The deposit was also refunded promptly! Judy was also very helpful, carefully asking about my stay experience, and check-out was efficient.

The room features smart home devices, high-end bathroom fixtures, and exclusive branded toiletries of outstanding quality. Coupled with the custom King Koil mattress and high-thread-count bedding, it offered ultimate softness and comfort, ensuring a truly luxurious sleep. Booked a connecting room with friends, and the holiday price was really good – excellent value. This will be my only choice when I visit Hengyang city center in the future. **Facilities**: The room is spacious, especially the bathroom, which is very large. The 4K TV has plenty of free content and loads quickly. All appliances are available, and there's an internet cafe just a short walk outside. **Service**: The hotel's food is delicious. You can order it directly to your room, and it's significantly better than most湘菜 (Hunan cuisine) restaurants outside, with generous portions and excellent hygiene. We ended up eating it twice!

This hotel on Fenghuang Ancient Town mountain offered an amazing experience! The misty mountain air was so fresh and humid, making me feel incredibly relaxed. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The huge bathtub was a dream for a relaxing soak. The balcony views of the mountains are enchanting. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, it's far from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a tranquil and quiet atmosphere – the vibe was just perfect. It was a truly comfortable and perfect stay. Our whole family traveled together, booking three standard rooms and one king room. Both the adults and children were very satisfied, and the hot springs were wonderfully relaxing. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all highly professional and enthusiastic, always promptly addressing any requests. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit! ❤️❤️❤️
