The hotel is great, with comprehensive facilities. Lingling told me they have printing services and a laundry room, which is really convenient. The breakfast is also very rich, and the hotel itself is quite spacious.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport for a layover was such a pleasant surprise! The room was really spacious, and it offered incredible value for money. The hallways were clean and tidy, and the room itself was well-equipped. The soundproofing was good too, so I had a very peaceful night's sleep after a long journey. They offer free airport shuttle service, and it's super close to the airport. The room was clean and neat, making it my top choice for an overnight layover – it made traveling so much less stressful.

The hotel environment is quite good. There's a lawn in the backyard, and they currently offer BBQ. Guests even receive a discount voucher for BBQ upon check-in. The room was clean and tidy. When we called for water or other items, they were delivered promptly. Even food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot! The front desk staff were patient, attentive, and thoughtful. The facilities and equipment are well-maintained; it seems they recently replaced the hair dryers. It's a great choice for travelers.

Out of all my business trips, this hotel is by far the most satisfying! The lobby is grand and beautifully decorated, making you feel very comfortable. The desk in the room is large, perfect for long working sessions, and there's complimentary bottled water and tea bags. The bathroom has excellent hot water and strong water pressure, making showers incredibly relaxing. Since it was cold, the air conditioning in my room was thoughtfully turned on before I checked in. The front desk staff were very professional; both check-in and check-out were quick, and they even arranged a car to the airport. Overall, it's great value for money, with fantastic service and facilities. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip!

The quality at HIE (Holiday Inn Express) is pretty good. The front desk staff proactively checked our arrival time, and there's a free airport pickup service. They were always quick to answer and resolve any questions or requests we had. There's even a robot in the lobby that delivers food orders. Overall, it's a decent stay.
