GGuest UserJinhua Suites offered a truly healing stay. The all-suite design sets it apart from typical rooms, with spacious, airy, and simply comfortable interiors, along with comprehensive and user-friendly amenities. The view from the window directly overlooks a vast forest and mountain range, providing a cool and refreshing escape from the city's heat. The staff were humble and polite, and our butler, Haha, provided attentive guidance throughout our stay, detailing all the resort's activities and amenities. They were quick to respond to any issues, saving us the hassle of figuring things out ourselves. The location is excellent, with all dining, entertainment, and leisure options within easy reach, making getting around very convenient. It's a reliable, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing place, suitable for both group trips and small family vacations. Definitely a trustworthy choice for a relaxing getaway to Changbai Mountain.

SSUN_LisaThe environment is fantastic, very clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring experience was also incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety, but what truly stood out was the service. Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserStayed with my family during Chinese New Year. We booked a club suite and a club king room. The rooms were a bit dated but generally well-maintained. The club rooms come with executive lounge access. The light meals are served in the lobby on the first floor, and while the selection wasn't huge, it was convenient. We had a butler who added us on WeChat, recommended some local attractions and activities, and helped arrange transportation, showing good service. If you're bringing kids for skiing in winter, definitely book a coach in advance via the mini-program.

GGuest UserRight at check-in, we were given two warm bottles of Changbai Mountain mineral water. The room was standard, and the heating was very strong – we had to sleep with the window open. The hot springs, however, are in a separate building, and you have to walk through the lobby on the ground floor to get to them. The lobby and the breakfast area on the second floor weren't warm enough, making it easy to catch a cold after coming back from the hot springs. The hot springs themselves are communal and only have a few small pools; it's not really worth going unless you just want a quick taste of Changbai Mountain's hot springs.

WWoshicaomaoThe room is absolutely beautiful, perfect for photos – every shot looks like it belongs in a magazine! Our butler, Coco, deserves a super five-star rating. She was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions quickly and thoughtfully, and took such good care of us. Having her really saved us a lot of hassle on this trip. 👍👍 I also want to praise the hotel's breakfast. The fact that they offer takeaway boxes and bags is so thoughtful! Sometimes my child sleeps in a bit longer, so being able to pack breakfast and take it back to the room is a huge convenience! The perks were great too, including free skiing, evening bonfire parties, a float parade, and the interesting iron fireworks show. 👍 On the downside, the soundproofing in the villa area isn't the best, that's true. Also, for such an expensive hotel, I honestly suggest they provide higher-end hairdryers. 😂😂

GGuest UserChoosing to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, Changchun, was one of the smartest decisions I made during my Chinese New Year trip to Changchun. My experience showed that it offers excellent value for money, in terms of both its facilities and service. **Location: The Absolute Center of the City** The hotel's location is truly prime, right next to People's Square. It's incredibly convenient for taxis or ride-sharing services. Downstairs, you'll find the Zhuozhan Shopping Center and Wanda Plaza, so shopping, dining, and catching a movie are all just steps away. What was even more delightful was discovering that just across the street is the former site of the Bank of China's Changchun headquarters from before liberation. For history buffs and photography enthusiasts, you can easily snap some fantastic photos when passing by in the morning or evening. **Room Experience: Spotless and Cozy** Staying during Chinese New Year, the room was decorated with a lovely festive atmosphere. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and they even offered a choice of pillows, which meant even someone like me, who struggles with sleeping in new beds, had a great night's sleep. Shangri-La's renowned 'hospitality' was fully evident here. From the concierge proactively helping with luggage and guiding me to the front desk, to the warm towels and tea offered by the front desk staff during check-in, every detail exuded warmth. I asked a lobby staff member about local dining recommendations, and she not only described the dining environment and approximate distance in detail but also thoughtfully reminded us of the convenience of getting around: a central hub for exploring attractions. Using the hotel as our base, our itinerary for the past few days was incredibly smooth: a taxi ride to Nanhu Park, Changchun Zoological and Botanical Garden, Ice and Snow World, and Ocean Fantasy Park were all within a reasonable distance. After a day of exploring, returning to the hotel meant easy access to the bustling commercial area downstairs for food and shopping. If you're planning a trip to Changchun, especially in winter when you want both comfort and convenience, the Shangri-La Changchun is an choice you won't regret. It's more than just a place to sleep; it's the perfect base to truly experience the charm of this city. Clean, welcoming, and well-located – I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Changchun.

GGuest UserThe room has a very traditional Chinese style, and the service is exceptionally thoughtful. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the soundproofing is superb, allowing me to enjoy the tranquility my vacation deserved. They even sent an ice bucket to the room in the evenings, perfect for a nightcap after a day of exploring. The hotel added me on WeChat beforehand, and the butler was able to provide timely and very attentive service. The parking is free, and there's a direct elevator to the hotel, so the amenities are quite good. The hotel's restaurant is fantastic. I usually struggle with new cuisines, but the food here was excellent and perfectly suited my taste. It offered local specialties while also being palatable for someone from the south. The breakfast, especially, was outstanding, and the wontons were delicious. Finally, a special thanks to the duty manager, Joy. She was incredibly patient with every guest, providing a lot of help during my two-night stay and answering many of my questions about exploring the resort. When our car tire went flat after checking out, Joy even recommended a nearby repair shop that was very fair and reasonably priced. The service at Park Hyatt truly demonstrated the professionalism expected of hotel staff; their dedication didn't waver even after we checked out. They genuinely care about ensuring every aspect of your trip is safe and smooth.

JJieshousilairuiI wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! When I was using AI to plan my trip, it suggested a hot spring hotel with VIP access, and I booked it for convenience. I didn't expect it to be such great value! Don't underestimate the VIP access – you have a better chance of seeing Tianchi Lake in the morning, taking advantage of perfect timing, location, and people, saving both time and effort! The butler contacted me a day in advance, so as a solo traveler, I didn't have to worry at all about hotel arrangements or transfers. Everything, from the Changbai Mountain Tianchi trip to the mountain biking experience, was perfectly organized. The pool was clean, the hot springs had unlimited access, and all the services were thoughtful. There's also a pet park, which both my child and I thoroughly enjoyed. The dining service was excellent too; the breakfast spread was incredibly diverse and gave me plenty of energy before hiking. The Chinese restaurant was also good; the 'iron pot stew' was generous and delicious – simply fantastic!

JJinli269My stay at Jinhua Resort was exceptionally pleasant overall. The hotel grounds are elegant and tranquil, with a wide variety of public leisure areas. Our dedicated butler, Haha, provided attentive service throughout, proactively assisting with everything from check-in to arranging our activities. She was always on hand to help with any issues, offering kind and thoughtful service. This level of meticulous care truly warmed our trip.
