My stay at this hotel in Yabuli exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The surrounding environment is tranquil, and the air is fresh. The ski resort isn't open yet, so I couldn't ski this time, but it's perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. I'll definitely be back to hit the slopes when ski season arrives. Highly recommended!

The security staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, taking care of every detail throughout our stay. It truly felt like a 'princess treatment' where we didn't have to worry about a thing. The concierge was also exceptionally warm and meticulous. Noticing we had a child, she proactively offered kids' toothbrushes and slippers. Concerned that the children's slippers might be too small, she thoughtfully provided an extra pair of adult slippers as well – the attention to detail was outstanding. The restaurant experience was excellent, with an elegant ambiance and attentive service. The menu saw small updates daily, so eating there for multiple days never felt repetitive. They even included a beautifully decorated latte art yogurt, which was not only adorable but also delicious.

The Grand Mercure Harbin Sophia Church is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the rooms are really comfortable. It's an excellent choice for business travelers and families on vacation. Thumbs up for the great service! I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel's location is excellent; Central Street is right downstairs, and there are many Russian shopping malls nearby, as well as barbecue restaurants and 'iron pot stew' places within easy reach. The doorman, Zang Xiaoguo, was incredibly welcoming. From the moment our car arrived, he helped us with our luggage, guided us through check-in, and then delivered our bags to the room. He even recommended popular attractions in Harbin. I was very satisfied with my three-night stay; I felt like I was visiting relatives.

Traveling to Harbin with my parents, I chose a hotel with high aesthetic appeal, perfect for photos. Its location is excellent, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. It's quite close to Central Street, Saint Sophia Cathedral, Hongzhuan Morning Market, and Laochang Spring Pancakes, making it senior-friendly as it requires less walking. The only minor downside is that the hotel's elevator is a bit small; it would be better if it were larger. The staff were warm and attentive; one even explained the history of antique furniture when they saw me taking photos, which was quite interesting. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with green vegetables daily and fresh, sweet fruits. It seems to be served until 11 AM, which is great for those who like to sleep in. Personally, I found the breakfast pizza quite tasty 😋. The afternoon tea offered a chaga mushroom pine tea, which is worth trying. If I visit again, I would likely stay here.

Our stay at Grand Mansion 1903 during our Harbin trip far exceeded our expectations, offering an immersive experience of a century-old Russian-style residence. The hotel is a historic building, originally built in 1903, and is located in the heart of Central Street. Its prime location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral, making shopping, dining, and sightseeing incredibly convenient and saving us the hassle of commuting. Stepping into the lobby, we were greeted by gilded domes, opulent crystal chandeliers, vintage oil paintings, and antique furnishings, creating an instantly captivating atmosphere. The iconic century-old elevator is a unique feature, with its retro iron grille door, making it feel like we were transported back to an old Russian aristocratic mansion. The guest rooms perfectly balance vintage elegance with modern comfort. Carved solid wood furniture and velvet curtains add to the charm, while amenities like underfloor heating, capsule coffee machines, and high-end bathroom products ensure a superb stay. The hotel skillfully blends the historical essence of the old building with excellent living comfort, making for a wonderful resting experience. The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful, with butler-style reception making us feel exceptionally welcome. They also offer a complimentary Russian costume experience, perfect for taking great photos. The breakfast at the underground wine cellar restaurant was of high quality, offering both authentic Russian delicacies and Chinese dishes, with a rich variety and a stylish dining environment. Overall, this is not just a hotel, but more like a small historical museum. It allows you to experience the hundred-year history and charm of Harbin while offering an excellent location and meticulous service. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin.

Japan is renowned worldwide for its tea ceremony (Chado) and flower arranging (Kado). The tea ceremony is a distinctive culinary art and a form of social etiquette for tea gatherings. It not only requires an elegant and natural environment but also dictates a precise set of procedures for boiling, brewing, and tasting tea. Great care is taken in selecting and appreciating tea utensils, arranging and decorating the tearoom's calligraphy and paintings, and even in the construction of the tearoom itself. The Japanese view the tea ceremony as a means of self-cultivation, enhancing cultural literacy, and socializing.

The hotel facilities are indeed a bit old. The first room we were given had inconsistent hot and cold water, making it impossible to shower. We had to buy a basin for takeout to mix water to a suitable temperature for our child's bath. We initially considered changing hotels, but after reporting the issue to the front desk the next day, they moved us to a different room, and we didn't have that problem anymore. After staying a few days, I can say the service is truly excellent; they accommodate every request. We ended up extending our stay for several more days.

During my stay, I had some issues with my room at night, and I really appreciate the duty manager for promptly helping me arrange a room change. Their proactive problem-solving was very reassuring. Also, a big shoutout to the housekeeper, Wang Liqiu. She was incredibly attentive. She noticed I had placed my bath towel on the sofa while cleaning, and when I returned, she had neatly folded it for me. She also saw that I had moved the tissues from the vanity to the table, and she thoughtfully replenished them. She noticed many small habits of mine that I hadn't even mentioned. The dumplings at breakfast were absolutely delicious, and the shrimp dumplings and siu mai were very authentic. The pickled vegetables here, in my opinion, are even better than those at some external Northeastern restaurants; the sourness is just right, refreshing and not greasy. I also enjoyed the various tarts I tried at the lounge. The head chef was also super nice. I'd also like to extend my thanks to other staff members whose names I didn't catch!

Our stay this time truly exceeded expectations, and I especially want to commend Mary, one of the staff members. I called the hotel beforehand to discuss multiple bookings, and Mary was incredibly diligent, carefully noting the corresponding room floors for each reservation. She even proactively added me on WeChat for easier communication later on. During our conversation, she learned that we would be arriving quite late and that one of our friends was celebrating a birthday. Mary took the initiative to help us select a suitable cake and bouquet, meticulously planning the birthday surprise. When we arrived, the gifts were delivered right on time to the restaurant via courier, making for a truly memorable celebration. The entire process was thoughtful and thorough; they didn't cut corners just because we arrived late, and we could feel the genuine service at every turn. Many thanks to Mary for her dedicated efforts; this heartwarming little surprise added many wonderful memories to our trip. We will definitely prioritize staying here again for future travels.
