The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

Riverside view gym, surrounded by a street full of delicious food, a prime location. The breakfast is rich, the environment is beautiful and pleasant, and the facilities are complete. Last summer, we stayed at the Habsburg for four days, and this summer, my family and I chose the Habsburg again. It's the familiar location, familiar warm service staff, and familiar breakfast taste. The hotel's breakfast and service are the biggest highlights. Breakfast is served until 12 PM, so you can eat your fill and have a good lunch. The restaurant and front desk staff are warm and attentive, always ready to help. The concierge at the front desk proactively helped with our large luggage. The consistently excellent service is commendable. Wishing the Habsburg Hotel continued success!

The Grand Mercure Harbin Sophia Church is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the rooms are really comfortable. It's an excellent choice for business travelers and families on vacation. Thumbs up for the great service! I highly recommend staying here!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the Songhua River. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, carrying our luggage to the room. They even upgraded us to a family room, which was much more spacious. We also received a complimentary afternoon tea and were allowed a late check-out. After checking out, we could still relax in the lobby lounge, which was a nice touch. The service here is truly thoughtful and human-centric. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, with Central Street to its right and Zhaolin Park to its left. It's just a 15-minute walk to the Flood Control Memorial Tower by the Songhua River and 17 minutes to Saint Sophia Cathedral. The prime location allows you to wake up early, beat the crowds, and stroll along Central Street, admiring the old buildings – it's definitely worth it. Right next door is the original restaurant famous for Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork). They don't use pre-made dishes; everything is cooked fresh, which means a wait of at least 40 minutes, but people queue up every day. The room itself was a bit small. I booked a twin room, but there weren't any available even at 2 PM, so they upgraded me to a king room. It was about 2 square meters larger and had a bathtub in the bathroom, which was generally satisfying. The owner has put a lot of thought into the hotel, using antique furniture to create a great atmosphere perfect for photos. Their service is genuinely good; they helped with luggage and even offered afternoon tea. The laundry room on the top floor is a bit basic, but the hotel offers laundry service, which is a nice touch.

I was so glad to get a free upgrade from my original room to a suite! The hotel's butler and staff were incredibly friendly, providing such a wonderful emotional experience. They patiently and thoroughly explained the history of the hotel building and the antiques within it. The music box was particularly lovely, and the afternoon tea was excellent. The century-old elevator worked perfectly, making it truly feel like stepping back into the last century. The outfits provided were also perfect for photo ops in every corner of the hotel, with hoop skirts and hats available, making for stunning pictures! For breakfast, they even had Northeastern rice rolls and *Guo Bao Rou* (sweet and sour pork). Even though I went late, the *Guo Bao Rou* was still crispy!!

This hotel has a beautiful overall environment, and my stay was fantastic. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, especially the front desk, who responded promptly to all requests. They offered polite greetings, and the concierge service was warm and welcoming, treating guests like close friends and family. I never felt any disconnect throughout my stay. Their professionalism and efficiency, along with attention to detail in all aspects, made for an absolutely perfect travel and accommodation experience. I truly recommend it and will definitely be back!

This is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are always genuinely warm and smiling, not just superficially. They insist on helping with luggage and promptly fulfill any requests. The room itself is also excellent, with a smart toilet and a spacious shower that doesn't feel cramped. While the breakfast buffet selection isn't vast, there's an à la carte menu with daily Chinese and Western options, all delicious. Combined with the buffet, it's quite good. Crucially, it's very convenient. I initially worried about not being near Central Street, but the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk from the entrance. In reality, unless you're traveling solo, a ride-hailing car to Harbin Pharmaceutical Group General Factory is only 9 RMB, to Zhonghua Baroque it's 9 RMB, and to Central Street, it's just over ten RMB. I took taxis every day during my stay and found it cheap and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit.

The stay was fantastic! The hotel's design is excellent, and the wooden interior style feels very warm. The room was incredibly spacious with a superb view. The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the popular tourist spots in the old town. The breakfast and executive lounge were great. The extended operating hours were a huge plus – if you're tired from a day out and can't get up early the next morning, you don't have to worry about missing breakfast. The complimentary hotel car service is quite unique, especially a convertible golf cart! Cruising around the nearby mountains with the top down on such a cool, clear day was really nice! Also, a big shout-out to Bonnie Bai from the executive lounge and Guest Relations Manager Tom Wang. Their service was incredibly attentive, and they promptly resolved any issues we encountered during our stay!

I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin for 4 nights during my trip, and I was very satisfied. The hotel was clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfast selection was also comprehensive. I have a few suggestions for improvement for the hotel: 1. There were no tissues in the room, only in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 2. The kettle in the room was hidden in the wall next to the mini-bar, and it wasn't clearly marked. It took me a while to find it. 3. The bathroom floor tiles become quite slippery when wet, but there were no warning signs in the bathroom, nor was a non-slip mat provided. I recommend the hotel address these issues for improvement.
