The service is enthusiastic and responsive, and it offers great value for money. It's truly the top choice for a ski holiday; we had a comfortable and worry-free stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is fantastic, with a great atmosphere and excellent facilities. It's very kid-friendly; they even provide cute and special yogurts for children at breakfast. When they heard we were going to Yichun after checking out, they thoughtfully prepared some dry snacks for the kids to eat in the car. The hotel is very close to the Songhua River and the Hongzhuan Morning Market. In the mornings, you can watch the sunrise over the Songhua River, observe relaxed joggers, swimmers in the river, and young people who have been chatting by the river all night – it's full of such a chill vibe.

Among the 5-star hotels in Harbin, I chose this one, which is the newest, and I wasn't disappointed upon arrival. The facilities are new and very clean, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room. It's quite close to the airport, only a 30-minute ride. The only thing to consider is that the location is a bit out of the way, a little further from the main tourist attractions.

Honestly, the five-star rating goes to Xuebao, the concierge in the lobby. He was incredibly enthusiastic and made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment we arrived in Harbin. In contrast, the front desk staff were quite lackluster. The hotel's location is great, right next to Central Street, but the facilities are a bit dated, and the room cleaning wasn't particularly thorough. The room itself is very spacious, but the room rates are a mystery – they fluctuate constantly. The first time I booked, it was over 400 yuan, but after booking, I saw it dropped to just over 300, so I promptly canceled and rebooked. Later, due to a change in plans, I wanted to extend for one night, and the price was over 600 yuan. For this hotel, a price of over 600 without breakfast feels a bit expensive. The concierge's service really made up for the shortcomings.

All staff members are warm, attentive, and provide first-class service – truly flawless. Minibar: The first round of drinks is complimentary and unlimited. There's plenty of capsule coffee to enjoy, and the welcome fruit is abundant and fresh. Experience the century-old Russian aristocratic elevator: It's like bringing scenes from a movie directly into your real life. Russian Fairytale Museum: The entire hotel's decor immerses you in the luxurious and romantic atmosphere of a Russian aristocratic palace. Complimentary photoshoot: You get 4 free travel photoshoots where you can dress up in magnificent Russian aristocratic princess outfits and take stunning pictures. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this hotel. Next time I'm in Harbin, I will definitely choose Grand Mansion 1903 again.

The hotel has a backyard garden and offers a free shuttle service. It's clean, spacious, and bright, with a beautiful environment. The facilities are convenient, and transportation is easy. The service is exceptional; the front desk staff are professional, well-trained, enthusiastic, and highly efficient – they pretty much accommodate every request. There's an amusement park and an indoor snow park nearby. I had a very satisfying stay.

The bedding in the room was also exceptionally clean; I could feel that freshly changed crispness when I lay down, which made for a very sound sleep. The hotel's surroundings are also quite convenient; you can find something to eat just a short stroll away in the evening without having to bother with driving. Overall, there's nothing to complain about during my stay; it feels like they truly pay attention to the details. I hope they can maintain this standard in the future.

My stay at the Olookuya Hyatt Centric Harbin was truly a perfect experience, far exceeding my expectations. The hotel's unique forest tribe theme design is refreshing, with its wooden decor exuding a premium feel. Taking the express elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the sky lobby on the 42nd floor, the stunning panoramic views of the Songhua River immediately took my breath away. What touched me the most was Sally, our butler at the executive lounge! Her service was absolutely impeccable. From her warm greeting during check-in to her meticulous care throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. Whether patiently answering our questions or proactively assisting, Sally demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness. She not only showcased the high quality of Hyatt Centric but also made us feel completely at home. The hotel facilities are equally outstanding, from the L'Occitane toiletries to the spacious and comfortable room, and the abundant breakfast – all reflecting the hotel's genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Sally's thoughtful service made this trip to Harbin even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Harbin!

This is, by far, the best five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. It makes me wonder if all the other five-star hotels I've experienced were fakes! Not only does the hotel boast elegant surroundings, but it also offers an unbeatable river view. Every single staff member is exceptional, working diligently with a friendly demeanor, taking human-centric care to the highest level. The breakfast recommendations are not only nutritious but also feature specialties from Harbin, which the kids absolutely loved. The Ritz-Carlton brand truly lives up to its reputation; I think I'll be choosing this hotel brand whenever I visit big cities from now on.

The room was spacious and generally clean. It was very soundproof with good ventilation, and there were no strange odors. The breakfast selection was rich, comparable to Wanda Vista. The hot springs offered a good variety of pools, and the water quality was excellent with no unpleasant smells. On Children's Day, kids under 1.5 meters were free, which was a fantastic bonus! The staff were very enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were quick.
