TTaiyangbaba0608Whenever I visit Gu'an, I always choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner – it's incredibly relaxing. The only downside this time of year is the abundance of poplar catkins, which can be quite annoying.

TTangyuxiaonazhaThe service here was a bit of a letdown. While the facilities were actually better than the InterContinental I stayed at a couple of days ago, the service didn't quite measure up. I booked connecting rooms with king beds, just like before, but when I called ahead, they made all sorts of excuses about not being able to arrange adjoining rooms. The staff's communication skills definitely need improvement. Then, at check-in, they started talking about whether our room was facing the street or not, even though our suite clearly was. High-floor rooms facing the street are bound to be noisy at night, so I'm not sure what the staff was getting at.
The biggest rip-off was the breakfast. For such an average buffet, they still charged extra for children, and rooms including breakfast were hundreds more – definitely not worth it. I strongly advise against booking a room with breakfast. I thought the InterContinental's breakfast was bad, but at least they had a wider selection of pastries. Here, the breakfast was barely on par with a budget hotel; it was so bad I almost wanted to complain. The score reflects the facilities, not the breakfast – what a scam!
On a positive note, I want to specifically commend the housekeeping department. The housekeeping staff were all incredibly dedicated and conscientious. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning, but the housekeeping attendant patiently kept asking if we needed anything. Thumbs up to them!

This was my first time bringing my family to Aranya, and I was completely lost with the vast layout of the park. Shortly after booking, our butler Wendy proactively connected with me via WeChat, instantly easing all my travel anxieties. A few days before our trip, she provided a super comprehensive guide for first-timers, covering everything from the highway exit and park entrance registration to parking fees, tidal schedules, reservation channels for various venues, and the locations of dining halls for all three meals. She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan.
Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. When we temporarily needed extra towels and drinking water, they were delivered to our room within minutes.
What impressed me most was the perfect balance of her service – she never bothered us with frequent messages while we were enjoying ourselves, yet she was always available to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself is minimalist and tranquil, offering great comfort. Coupled with Wendy's detailed and reliable guidance throughout, our first Aranya trip was absolutely flawless, with no missteps or frustrations. We'll definitely be staying at Nuo An Yuan Jin next time and specifically requesting Wendy as our butler.

GGuest UserThe Foothills Hotel offered an amazing experience! Ski-in/ski-out access was incredibly convenient, and our room had direct, stunning views of the ski slopes. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. They have everything you could want for recreation and entertainment, including a cinema, billiards, bathhouse, a small convenience store, KTV, and a bar. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby like McDonald's, Starbucks, and a cigar bar, so you're covered for food and fun. What really stood out was the staff's warm and attentive service; their thoughtful attitude made the overall value for money and comfort top-notch. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay!

PPutizi6046I've stayed here a few times now, and the facilities, cleanliness, and environment are consistently excellent. However, there are quite a few issues: Firstly, the air conditioning is always too cold in summer; even with a light jacket and long pants, it's still freezing. Secondly, I tried to check in at 2:30 PM, and the front desk staff, a young man with glasses, told me my reserved room was ready and just being inspected, asking me to wait in the lobby and promising a call. After waiting for half an hour with no news, I went back to the front desk, only to find out my room key had already been processed, but no one had informed me. The staff member with glasses was also nowhere to be found. This level of service attitude and work efficiency is truly speechless. I hope the hotel strengthens its training for staff regarding their professional skills and service awareness.

GGuest UserOpened in 2026, this brand new hotel boasts stylish and minimalist rooms, each featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Bohai Bay. Imagine waking up to the sunrise over the sea and ending your day with a stunning ”orange sea” sunset – pure bliss! Every room comes with a private hot spring tub on the balcony, perfect for an evening soak with a drink in hand while enjoying the sea breeze. It's truly a Santorini-esque romantic nightscape, incredibly picturesque.
The rooms are spacious, with 3-4 person suites ideal for family trips (the sofa bed can be prepared by staff). The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, a smart toilet, and thoughtful amenities like children's toothbrushes and toiletries. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing you to peacefully drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves. The mini-bar is stocked with complimentary drinks and fruits.
I must give a special shout-out to our travel butler, Zhou Shuang, who proactively contacted us right after booking to answer all our questions. He was incredibly responsive and helpful with any issues we had during our stay. Five stars are a must! A big thumbs up to all the staff at the entire Yidao Resort! 👍

GGuest UserThe rooms are clean and tidy. We booked a family room, which had two double beds and a bunk bed, perfect for a family trip. The biggest advantage, of course, is the ski-in/ski-out access directly to Genting Ski Resort. You can even see Su Yiming's training big air ramp from the restaurant! It's definitely the best hotel in the Genting ski area. You absolutely must book the ski-and-stay package that includes ski passes. On busy weekends, it's also essential to book the one with fast passes, as it makes a huge difference. Honestly, apart from Thaiwoo and Aranya, the hotels in Chongli generally aren't that great. However, Genting has excellent snow and less wind, and Genting Grand Hotel is already the best hotel at Genting Ski Resort.

TTaozhidieFacilities: Although the hotel has been open for a while, it doesn't feel old; it's still quite modern.
Cleanliness: Overall very clean, and there were no strange odors in the room.
Environment: It has its own green spaces and water features, making the environment quite pleasant.
Service: The service attitude was excellent. They proactively suggested activities, and were very accommodating to all our requests.
Minor drawback: The walkie-talkies used by the floor attendants were very loud and clearly audible from the room, which affected my sleep. I'd suggest they use earpieces.

My butler, Shara, was incredibly thoughtful, providing timely information about the local weather and tips for staying dry and cool, which was very comprehensive. They even sent some delicious welcome fruit. The room had great natural light and offered a fantastic view overlooking the city. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The front desk and room service staff were all very pleasant, and Shara always responded instantly whenever I had a question. The hotel itself was clean and elegant, instantly easing my travel fatigue. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserEven during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, AKA still attracts many visitors, especially those with children. It's understandable, given the large lawn perfect for running around and the beach for digging in the sand. The lobby staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful with check-in, accommodating our requests and responding promptly, which made our stay with the kids very comfortable. The concierge at the entrance also helped with our luggage, except for one staff member who insisted my husband move the car. My husband explained that the car wasn't in the way and that our child was asleep and needed to be carried to the room. The staff member then looked at me, and I said my back hurt and I couldn't carry them. That interaction dampened the mood a bit. However, the other staff members were excellent; they understood the difficulties of traveling with children and that happy kids mean relaxed parents. We loved the oil tank mini-train, playing soccer on the big lawn, and swimming in the small pool. I do wish the small pool had supervision. There were so many kids swimming in it, but many adults were treating it like a foot-washing basin, rinsing off sandy feet and even walking in with their slippers! Children are delicate, and I hope this small pool can be supervised too. Catching the sunrise is very convenient – you just go down to the beach!
