It was already noon when we arrived, and the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early. They also prepared the extra bed rail and mineral water we requested. The chaise lounge in the room was incredibly useful for me; my child could play, sleep, and watch TV on it easily. 🍚 Breakfast: For children over 1.2m, there's an extra charge of 40 yuan. The variety was decent, mostly cold cuts or processed sausages for meat, with plenty of carbs, vegetables, and fruits. They also offered a savory milk tea, which was quite good. 🛝 The hotel has a small game room with a mini slide and trampoline, suitable for toddlers. It's a nice touch. 🏊 The pool costs 10 yuan per person for guests, and it's also open to the public. We participated in a promotional event that waived the fee. The changing rooms were clean. The pool isn't huge but sufficient, and there's a small mushroom pool with a higher temperature than the main pool, which was great. My little one had a lot of fun, and you can see the mountains and cable car from outside the pool area, offering nice views. Areas for improvement: We stayed on the 3rd floor. There might have been an odor from the sink, and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, so the air felt stuffy. We kept the windows and doors open, but thankfully, there were no mosquitoes. Overall, I feel we chose the right hotel. After looking around, it seems much better than the Crowne Plaza.

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! The staff were professional and kind, making the service experience excellent. They patiently answered all questions without any hint of impatience, and even helped us with a late check-out. Issues were resolved very quickly, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The facilities are very new and don't feel old-fashioned; they're the best among hotels in the same price range. I highly recommend experiencing Wuzhou! The guest rooms are spacious with fantastic views from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and luxury amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and a scenic bathtub are all included. The breakfast selection is rich, and the local Ban Mian noodles taste authentic. Service response is very fast, and the robot delivery is super convenient. The environment is quiet and upscale, offering much better value for money than other hotels in the same price bracket – highly recommended! The ceiling-to-sky heated swimming pool is the biggest highlight! The water is clear and clean, the space is open, and the temperature is just right. It's free for guests, making it incredibly relaxing and great for photos.

The resort met my expectations. The room was spacious and came with a bathtub, plus complimentary snacks and drinks. There's a self-service laundry room and a gym with decent equipment. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel sent a birthday cake to my room after they found out it was my birthday during my stay. The happy hour at the bar included with the booking was also a nice touch, a great way to enrich guests' evening activities. My only suggestion would be to replace the sugary drinks in the room with sugar-free coke or sparkling water, as sugary sodas aren't as popular anymore. After indulging in all the food and drinks in Aranya, I definitely need to watch my calorie intake! It must be tough for the front desk staff to explain so many rules during check-in; perhaps a text message notification would be more convenient for guests.

Facilities: It's an old hotel, so you can't expect top-notch facilities, but they're well-maintained. It's clean and comfortable enough, making for a pleasant stay. Food: The variety is quite limited, but everything tastes great. I feel their pastries and breads are the best things the hotel offers. View: This is definitely a highlight. It's fantastic to feel the breeze and watch the sea from the room. Just cross the street downstairs and you're at the beach, perfect for a stroll. Service: Overall, the service is pretty good. Perhaps because it was a busy weekend, the front desk was swamped and a little less proactive than usual. Executive Lounge: It's almost non-existent. The only real benefit was the open balcony in the afternoon to look out at the sea.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the autumn foliage! Front desk staff, Mali Jiao, provided excellent service. The hotel is built into the hillside, and a stunning panorama of colorful forests greets you right from your window. The autumn colors were absolutely perfect during the National Day holiday. The room had fantastic natural light and an unobstructed view. Sitting by the window in the afternoon, watching the autumn breeze rustle the leaves, was so peaceful and therapeutic. The breakfast quality was great, and the service team was professional and kind. Even with the large crowds during the National Day period, everything flowed smoothly without any delays, making for a very comfortable stay.

I have to commend the front desk staff during my stay at Arcadia Cangzhou. I drove over in the evening to check in, and my ID had a slight issue that caused a holdup. The young lady at the front desk, sweet as pie, showed absolutely no impatience. She guided me step-by-step on how to use the electronic ID, and in just a few minutes, everything was smoothly processed. She also proactively informed me about breakfast times and parking locations, and her attitude was incredibly friendly. Check-out was also very fast; the entire process was hassle-free. The service was truly top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Cangzhou.

Stepping into the InterContinental Shijiazhuang, I immediately noticed the perfect balance between business and leisure. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the city's central business district, making it incredibly convenient for visiting major attractions and government offices. For business travelers or those on a short trip to Shijiazhuang, commuting costs are practically negligible. The lobby is spacious and bright, with tasteful art installations that avoid ostentatious luxury, instead creating a relaxed and elegant welcoming atmosphere. The guest rooms are well-organized, and the bedding is just right – soft enough to alleviate the fatigue of a long day but still supportive. The cleanliness and attention to detail are impeccable, and the amenities meet high-end hotel standards. The hotel's all-day dining restaurant offers a rich selection of dishes, balancing local specialties with standard fare. The breakfast menu caters to both northern and southern tastes, satisfying diverse dietary preferences. The staff are prompt and professional in their service, never intrusive but quick to assist when needed. This hotel is definitely a solid choice for anyone visiting Shijiazhuang.

On this business trip to Zhangjiakou, I once again chose the Zhangjiakou International Hotel! Great location, great service, and great rooms! First, the location: it's a 7-8 minute drive south to the high-speed rail station, and about a ten-minute drive north to the scenic old town. To the east, it's right next to the (new) Zhangjiakou Museum! Second, the service: from the front desk to the housekeeping staff on the floors, the attitude was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and their enthusiasm was just right. I particularly want to commend the housekeeper on my floor; she noticed my colleague had been drinking and proactively asked if he needed honey water (thumbs up 👍). Finally, the rooms: they're larger than most hotel rooms, and the bed was very comfortable. I had a full night's sleep!

This is our go-to hotel every year. It's really easy to find, and this year we happened to check in right on my child's birthday! The hotel even gave us a birthday cake. The buffet downstairs is also very rich and varied! We'll definitely be back again next year!

Crowne Plaza CHONGLI RESORT by IHG is closer to the mountains and the Xingmang Restaurant that I always pass during my trail runs. That's why this time I chose it specifically for its location, instead of other places in Chongli. The scenery is truly beautiful! Also, this is the best hotel in Cuiyunshan, and the service is excellent. Before I even checked in, my butler Xiao Luo contacted me. During my three-day stay, Xiao Luo frequently checked in to see if I needed anything. The service was exceptional! The hotel also offers travel photography, and Juanzi, the photographer, did a fantastic job! In short, I'll definitely be coming back.
