Whenever I visit Gu'an, I always choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of dining and shopping options. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely stroll after dinner – it's incredibly relaxing. The only downside this time of year is the abundance of poplar catkins, which can be quite annoying.

Jinxin13The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! The staff were professional and kind, making the service experience excellent. They patiently answered all questions without any hint of impatience, and even helped us with a late check-out. Issues were resolved very quickly, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The facilities are very new and don't feel old-fashioned; they're the best among hotels in the same price range. I highly recommend experiencing Wuzhou! The guest rooms are spacious with fantastic views from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and luxury amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and a scenic bathtub are all included. The breakfast selection is rich, and the local Ban Mian noodles taste authentic. Service response is very fast, and the robot delivery is super convenient. The environment is quiet and upscale, offering much better value for money than other hotels in the same price bracket – highly recommended! The ceiling-to-sky heated swimming pool is the biggest highlight! The water is clear and clean, the space is open, and the temperature is just right. It's free for guests, making it incredibly relaxing and great for photos.

Guest UserWe checked in very late that day. My friend booked through Qunar, and we booked through Ctrip. For the same price, only we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, three thoughtful complimentary souvenirs, and welcome fruit. The bath bomb and body lotion were of high quality with a lovely fragrance, which delighted the child.
The hotel offers excellent privacy and a quiet, peaceful environment with few unnecessary people around. The service was prompt and almost always met our requests.
The shuttle bus dispatch was quick, the pool water was clean, and the guest traffic was moderate, creating a great atmosphere. The room experience was fantastic, exceeding our expectations overall. Next time we travel, we'll definitely choose Ctrip and Nuo'an Yuanjin Hotel again! The upgraded room had a view of the pool, which was truly comfortable and had a healing sapphire blue vibe, perfect for a relaxing vacation. I suggest using glass cups for drinks and alcohol on the deck to enhance the texture and class, making it more suitable for photo ops!

Guest UserCompared to the bustling Thaiwoo Ski Resort, I much preferred the tranquility of Genting Secret Garden Hotel. The design aesthetic was dark and minimalist, with a subtle Jurlique fragrance lingering in the air. Opening the curtains, I could gaze out at the distant Yushiliang Peak.
I was so glad I arrived a few days before the Spartan race, allowing me to quietly soak in the beauty of the place. It was only a 500-meter walk to the main race venue, and after finishing, it was a quick 5-minute stroll back to the hotel for a hot shower! I'd definitely come back here for skiing in winter. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in summer, which my husband complained about for all four nights. I'd suggest the hotel install AC units in the rooms for the summer months!
Minor incident: After checking out, we had already driven to Zhangbei Grassland when my husband realized he'd left his headphones at the hotel. We called the hotel, hoping for the best. The lovely lady from the reservations department contacted housekeeping to search for the lost headphones and immediately arranged for them to be sent via SF Express. Five-star service, truly!!!

Guest UserOur family vacation at Shangri-La Qinhuangdao was incredibly pleasant. The hotel is just a few steps away from Jinmeng Beach, perfect for taking the kids to play in the waves and dig in the sand anytime. The high-floor sea view balcony offers expansive views, and I enjoyed sitting there admiring the seascape during my downtime. The heated swimming pool and children's water play area are well-equipped, making it ideal for families with kids. Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff were responsive. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. This seaside trip was truly relaxing and enjoyable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Qinhuangdao.

Anonymous UserThe hotel environment is lovely, with an innovative design concept. From the king-size bed, opening the curtains reveals a truly healing view. The room is spacious and well laid out. It would be even better if the floors were wiped without leaving water marks, the room had a fresher scent (there was a slightly fishy smell after mopping), and the toiletries were a bit more refined. Breakfast is served next door at Luyu Restaurant, and the management there could use some improvement. When we went at 9:30 AM, there was no one to seat us, so we had to find a table ourselves, and no one was clearing tables promptly. The food selection is adequate for its price point, but the display fridge for bread and pastries had noticeable hygiene issues, both externally and internally. Overall, this hotel has clear pros and cons, but the timely butler service, excellent views, top-notch design, and clean, friendly animals make it worth trying.

ChaojidanAbsolutely loved this room! The view was incredible, and the room itself was spotless. Having a washer-dryer combo was a huge bonus – my dirty competition clothes were perfectly clean afterward. The sunset over the Genting mountains was truly atmospheric. I especially want to commend Mali Jiao; she was so kind and friendly. She handled the check-in process smoothly, thoughtfully recommended the best spots for viewing from the terrace, and patiently answered all my questions about dining. The hotel is nestled in the mountains and wilderness, so even in summer, there's no need to blast the air conditioning; the natural breeze is wonderfully refreshing. The attentive service truly enhanced our romantic trip.

Guest UserI usually stay at one of two hotels when I'm on business in Cangzhou: the Golden Lion Hotel or the Arcadia. The front desk staff, especially Li Huize, provided excellent and thoughtful service, even preparing welcome gifts and drinks.
First, about the room: it was clean, but the facilities were outdated. There wasn't even a USB port in the room, which I suggest the hotel updates.
Next, the service: there was no doorman at the entrance to open the car door or help with luggage upon arrival. The service felt impersonal. This is definitely something the hotel should learn from the Golden Lion Hotel, where the service is much more welcoming and enthusiastic.
Furthermore, the hotel's room service staff were not very warm; they seemed rather aloof. And the hallway had a pervasive musty smell.
Finally, the hotel breakfast: the variety was not as good as the Golden Lion. The ham sausages were not pure meat, but starchy, and the bacon also looked pale and not like pure meat. There were no desserts, and the lamb intestine soup wasn't freshly prepared. When I called for ice to my room, it was brought in a large ramen-style bowl, not an ice bucket. This really felt out of place for a five-star hotel.

Anonymous UserThe InterContinental Shijiazhuang R&F is in an excellent location, right next to Wanda Plaza and Train Head Night Market, making it a lively and bustling commercial hub. The surrounding parks offer pleasant scenery, and the overall transportation network is very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, creating a comfortable living environment. Our butler, Bella, provided warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. The hotel breakfast offers a rich and diverse selection, with outstanding flavors. It's an exceptionally suitable stay whether you're traveling for business or leisure.

TaiheyuanzhangguideThe facilities are a bit old, and it has a Viennese style. The main pool is quite deep, but the kids' pool is suitable for children. It seems to be primarily a training facility, especially for external swimming lessons. So, after 5 PM, only one lane is available for swimming. The management is a bit lax and somewhat disorganized, but the service attitude is very good. The underground parking seems to be unusable. The breakfast isn't as diverse as those in big chain star hotels, but it really suits Chinese tastes. The roujiamo (meat burger) is quite good, and their lamb soup is excellent. Their milk tea is also nice, though the bread is just average. The rest are stir-fried dishes, and their hand-torn sausage is good, as are many of their cold dishes. They also offer black tea, which tastes pretty good. Oh, and I almost forgot the most important thing: the curtains are very thin and don't block out much light. Maybe it's a business hotel, and they want you to wake up and get to work as soon as it's light outside.
