Traveling during the off-season meant fewer tourists, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. The breakfast was plentiful, but it would be even better if there was more attention paid to food hygiene. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and proactive in resolving any issues. 👍👍

The environment is great, very quiet. The room is spacious with complete facilities. No strange odors. There's a balcony with a view of the back mountain. The restaurant offers a rich variety of dishes, but it can get crowded during peak season, so you might have to wait for a table. The cable car ride up to the flower field is beautiful and perfect for photos.

The location is right within Fulong Town, and the accommodation environment is excellent, making it perfect for those traveling by car. In the evenings, there are fountain shows in the town, and a convenient shuttle bus service is also available. The room also has a bathtub, which is great for a relaxing soak.

The environment was beautiful and comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was abundant. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I'll come back next summer.

I was very satisfied with the hotel's environment and basic facilities, especially its convenient yet quiet distance from Four Seasons Town, which was great for dining and recreation. However, the staff's service needs improvement. For example, they were largely unfamiliar with the situation at Fulong Ski Resort, and no one informed us that many activities could be booked via a mini-program (perhaps because we only stayed one night and didn't plan on doing much). We were left scrambling like headless chickens, and with limited time, we couldn't figure out what activities were available. This stands in stark contrast to the Wanda Resort in Changbai Mountain where we stayed last year; even for a short stay, we had a dedicated butler who provided a one-on-one introduction to the resort's activities and schedule.

The amenities are excellent, and the service is quick and efficient, especially from the staff. Lobby manager Li, in particular, was incredibly patient and provided top-notch service, offering a lot of help and guidance.

Whenever I visit Fulong, I always stay here. The service is excellent, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the surrounding amenities are great. The breakfast spread is also very rich. I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.

It was alright, nothing special. The room I got this time wasn't great; it had a floor-to-ceiling window but absolutely no view. Breakfast was pretty basic, just enough to fill you up. The service, however, was good.
