BENLIA HOTEL

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the town. The room was spacious and very clean. Toiletries were replenished daily, and there was always plenty of water and drinks. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

The hotel is relatively new and in a good location. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and customer service was very responsive. Not only did they offer welcome fruit, but also late-night snacks. I'd likely choose Binliya again next time.

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of town and next to ski lift No. 4, with all sorts of attractions and activities close by. The room was also very clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and convenient, and all the important information was clearly explained. The kids had a fantastic time!

This was my first time in Chongli, and I stayed at the Bentley Hotel. The service throughout my stay was excellent. Wang Tingyu, in particular, was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. They even arranged a small cake for my child's birthday, which made the kids very happy!

This hotel boasts a convenient location right next to Cable Car No. 4 in Thaiwoo Ski Town. However, the cleanliness of the hotel is genuinely subpar. The shower cap had been opened, there were spiders on the balcony, and cobwebs and dust were present inside the room. Staff in the hallways never greeted us. The only staff who seemed genuinely enthusiastic and lived up to the price were those in the breakfast restaurant. We only found out the pool was closing for renovation from August 1st upon arrival at the hotel; this was not mentioned on the booking page. The beds in the triple room were 1.2m single beds, which made it difficult for a family with two children. Ultimately, you're just paying for the location. With the weekend price premium, it wasn't really worth it. This was our first visit, and I doubt we'll be back.

The room was clean, and the views were great. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Cable Car No. 4. The hotel is very large, so much so that you rarely run into other guests. The free laundry and dryer facilities were a huge plus, especially after using the hot spring. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The only minor drawback was that the scents in the lobby and elevator weren't consistent.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the bed and pillows are excellent. The complimentary snack box and yogurt in the evening, as well as the welcome fruit upon check-in, were all lovely. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located right behind the cable car station up the mountain!

We specifically chose to stay at the bustling Thaiwoo Town on a Monday and Tuesday. The hotel itself felt quite quiet, which was nice. Breakfast was plentiful, and it was great when it wasn't too crowded; they even had ice cream and homemade yogurt. For dinner, we ordered a la carte, and all the Chinese and Western dishes were freshly prepared, satisfying both the elderly and the children. The hotel's main pool was under renovation, but there was one small indoor hot spring pool and four small outdoor ones. Since there were hardly any people during our two-day stay, we went both days and had a good experience. When the kids got bored, there was a small arcade, though there wasn't much for very young children to do. The hotel is conveniently located close to Chairlift 4 and the newly opened cafeteria at the Tourist Center. The arcade is also very near Quark Coffee.

The front desk upgraded us to a room with a balcony, and the service was excellent. The room had an amazing view, was very clean, and well-equipped. The hotel is quite new, and they even provided an air purifier in the room, along with complimentary fruits, snacks, and yogurt. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back again. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and tasted delicious.
