This hotel offers incredible value for money! We stayed for four days with our kids, and every day was a joy. The dining options were convenient, and the accommodations were very comfortable. We were satisfied with every aspect. We'll definitely be back next winter season. I love the Genting Grand Hotel.

Then, on the morning of January 20th, I went to exchange tickets again. I wasn't sure if I should use the same card or get a new one, so I simply asked. The woman at the first window suddenly started shouting, "I'll give you two new cards!" It startled me so much that I was speechless for a while. I've never experienced such service at a five-star hotel. After that, I discovered a lovely and kind young lady with a bob haircut at window 3, and I made sure to go to her every time. She always had a sweet smile and chatted with me a bit.
