Just a few minutes' walk to Erqi Road Food Street, where I indulged in Changwang noodles and crispy glutinous rice until I was stuffed! 😂 It's also about a ten-minute walk to Guiyang Station, and the Metro Line 1 is close by, so lugging luggage wasn't a hassle at all. The rooms start at 42㎡, with expansive panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was just the right firmness, ensuring a really comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and even thoughtfully provided a small map of local eateries – excellent attention to detail. This will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to Guiyang.

From our first day in Luanxii, 小夢picked us up from the viewing platform. She meticulously took care of everything for us and also introduced us to the unique attractions of the Miao village. The most delightful thing was that she suggested and helped us arrange a photography session. She also helped us with our laundry and organized our clothes. On our last night at the hotel, she helped arranged luggage shipping and a chartered car to Kaili to catch the high-speed train. This made our hotel stay a very pleasant experience. We are very grateful to 小夢。We found staff members in this hotel very kind and friendly to the guests. I remember every morning at breakfast, a male staff member was always sincere and kind, and always very concerned about our needs. We are also very grateful to him. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The hotel is a standard five-star hotel. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk was good and the check-in experience was very good. The hotel is very convenient to the city's attractions, including the ancient city, Fengchi Garden, and Foding Temple, which are only a few minutes' walk away. The wetland park can be reached by bus. The air is very comfortable when strolling by the river in the morning. There are also many restaurants around, especially the Liupanshui specialty food Laoguo Street, which is only a few minutes away. Hygiene: Very clean. The rooms were spotless, and the butler service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful. What really blew us away were several things: ① **Personalized Butler Transfers**: We didn't have to handle our luggage at all. The complimentary high-speed train pick-up and drop-off, even for our group of four, was in a comfortable business van. ② **Excellent Food & Drink**: The afternoon tea was incredibly generous, and the breakfast was of high quality. ③ **Unique & Abundant Beverages**: There were about eight or nine different drinks available. We could enjoy unlimited refreshments just by visiting the front desk. Every time we returned, the staff thoughtfully asked if we'd like anything to drink. They even offered unique glutinous rice wine and Cili juice. ④ **Attentive & Warm Service**: The butlers were incredibly welcoming upon check-in, check-out, and whenever we returned. They’d greet us with phrases like ”Have a pleasant journey,” ”Enjoy your stay,” and ”Have fun!” They were also proactive in answering our questions about getting around and providing recommendations. ⑤ **Superb Room Comfort**: This is arguably the most crucial aspect of a hotel stay, and we were truly surprised by how comfortable our room was. The views were great, it was clean and tidy, and all the amenities provided were high-end. From Dyson hairdryers to toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and bath towels, everything was of excellent quality and very effective. ⑥ **Engaging Evening Entertainment**: The complimentary folk song performance at 8:30 PM was fantastic. It was wonderful to see people from all walks of life come together to enjoy the distinctive local melodies. Thank you, Biyin, for all the services provided during our trip. It's like the ”Haidilao” of guesthouses – full of unique character, great ambiance, and exceptional service. It even surpasses the best in the service industry, like Macau, leaving a lasting impression. We'd repurchase without hesitation! If you're visiting Zhaoxing Dong Village, this is a no-brainer.

Staying at the Guizhou Hotel VIP Building was an experience filled with five-star professionalism and warm service from start to finish – truly exceptional! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station. The lobby is grand and elegant, incorporating elements of Qian culture, exuding a high-end style. I meticulously chose this hotel after comparing it with Kempinski and Hyatt, ultimately opting for the local brand, VIP Building. The check-in process was smooth! A special shout-out to the lobby manager, Manager Xu! It was my first time in Guiyang, and I had no idea about the local attractions or good food. Manager Xu patiently explained everything, even hand-drawing a route map for us, worried that we might get lost on Guiyang's roads. The front desk and concierge team were equally outstanding, whether it was for check-in, check-out, food delivery, or luggage storage. Everything was efficient and seamless, and their attitude was warm and friendly throughout. In summary: This trip was absolutely perfect, no regrets! I completely love this hotel!

The Steigenberger Grand Hotel in Xiaoqikong boasts an excellent location right next to the scenic area, offering a private VIP entrance that bypasses queues for convenient access. The new Chinese-style courtyard is elegant, and the rooms are spacious, featuring private hot spring pools and mountain views from the window, creating a perfect vacation vibe. The complimentary DIY artificial crystal bead string activity was fun and a great experience. The hotel's service was attentive, with the butler promptly adding me on WeChat to assist with arrangements. However, the hotel breakfast staff disputed my kindergarten-aged child's height (120cm), insisting on measuring her. This was the only hotel in Guizhou that raised an issue about height, and the communication was rigid, impacting our family experience. I hope the dining department can improve their service.

Location undeniable convenient. Main entrance from hotel turn right less than 5 minutes to jiaxu pavilion. Turn right walk down straight for around 5 to 8minutes to reach Qingyun market .lots of food areas/shops around but mainly their local specialties.Sour fish soup,noodles ,stir fries etc. The hotel has been around for around 20 years or so.Tge decor looks similar to offerings from the late 80s to 90s. Service is very good as evident of the Sheraton lineage.However the dated feel and horrendous central air conditioning puts it a notch down. With offerings nearby that has upped tge game these past years.The management should look seriously in some areas such as decor and added lighting features specially in the rooms .(lights at lower section of bed to light up pathway at night). Breakfast was well stocked and timing was especially good.up till 10.30am. The best feature this Hotel has is the staff.Improve a bit more especially on the air conditioning and I believe market share loss will improve. Overall it's a relatively good stay.

Guo Yonggui at the front desk of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, check-in is efficient and fast, treats people politely and intimately, answers all questions, professional and warm heart, the stay experience is superb, it is recommended!

The hotel is located in the heart of the city's central business district, right next to a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to my office and transportation hubs. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so getting around and finding amenities was a breeze. The staff were professional and efficient; Ms. Cat handled both my check-in and check-out, and the process was smooth and very professional. Ms. Janice was prompt in responding to my daily requests, demonstrating great attention to detail. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout. It's an outstanding choice for business travelers.

This hotel is super convenient for getting to Anshun Old City and the 'Delicious Street' (Haochi Street); you can walk there in just ten minutes, no need for a taxi at all. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was soft and comfortable. The front desk lady was very warm and friendly, with a lovely smile. She even helped us optimize our two-day itinerary and recommended some affordable local restaurants. Definitely worth recommending!
