Hotel was in a nice location, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were well maintained, but I hope the swimming pool could glass panel could be better maintained. It looks “mouldy” and dirty. Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

Had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions provided before arrival. The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway. One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

Wonderful hotel near to Johor Bahru Customs. The rooms size is very good and the bathroom shower is excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful. The swimming pool and children’s pool is very nice. The Gym size is good too. The breakfast spread is excellent. The hotel is linked to SKS shopping mall.

We had a wonderful stay this time and truly enjoyed every moment of it. We would especially like to commend Mr. Dirmawansyah at the check-in counter. He assisted us with an exceptionally smooth and efficient check-in, all while greeting us with a warm and genuine smile. His professionalism, friendliness, and excellent service left a great impression on us. Please convey our sincere appreciation and gratitude to him. Staff like Mr. Dirmawansyah truly make guests feel welcomed and valued. Thank you for providing such outstanding hospitality.

Beautiful resort set in a very chill and relaxing atmosphere. Staff provided good service and made us feel at home. Breakfast was decent and had a good variety.  The room was clean and cosy and the mini bar was great.  The only area for improvement is probably the room furniture which has some wear and tear and looks a little aged. The bathroom and toilet floors would impress better if given a chemical cleaning.

+ Fantastic location along the beach, rooms are huge. Bath tubs & bath salt provided. + Lovely greenery landscaping all around the hotel, even the swim pools + Breakfast selection is great, includes farm to table salad bar + Service is tip top througout, from reception to pool crew, dining crew and housekeeping - Motorbikes cannot enter carpark using the regular automated gantry. Needs to inform staff and it is manually opened for entry/exit. - Room doors poorly sound proofed. Could hear guests talking in their rooms when walking past their rooms. - Room door banged loudly when it auto closed instead of soft closing. - Lack of tour partnerships with local attractions to offer guests convenient transport and ticketing.

We choose this hotel on a whim as we needed a place that was off the highway for our ride back to KL. I am glad we did. I only wish we had a chance to spend more time here. I think in the future we might make the trip down just to stay here. There are many great amenities here. A beautiful manicured golf course, restaurants, and a bowling alley. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The resort has a Balinese or Thai feel. The rooms are very spacious and have a bathtub. They are well maintained and offer beautiful views of the surrounding scenery.

What impressed us the most was the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered from the reception team to housekeeping, the restaurant staff, and everyone around the hotel was incredibly warm, friendly and always greeted us with a genuine smile. They made us feel truly welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
