Location is conveniently near to tuas, minutes to Legoland. Quiet, comfortable, and deliberately tucked away from the crowded city center. If the goal is to get away and truly relax in a spacious environment with beautiful waterfront backdrops, this suite delivers perfectly. Highly recommended for a proper reset.

Had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions provided before arrival. The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway. One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook. The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm. Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

My first stay at Sheraton Johor Hotel, and I’m honestly speechless! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, everything felt thoughtfully put together. It’s the little details that really make a difference. The concierge team was always warm, friendly, and ready to help. Every corner of the hotel smelled amazing,even the restrooms! Check-in was smooth, the room was beautiful, and every corner was picture-perfect. Breakfast was fantastic, with an impressive selection ranging from American to Asian cuisine. There were so many delicious options that I was truly spoiled for choice. The pool was absolutely amazing! I loved the day beds, and the swimming pool playground was a wonderful addition for families with young children. One thing worth mentioning is that there’s a mall connected to the hotel. Although it’s not a huge mall, it has a great mix of quality stores, and there’s even an entire level dedicated to spas if you’re looking to relax and pamper yourself. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely be back again in the near future. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed at level 26 Tower 1 of the hotel for two nights. It seemed that our room had been renovated since our last visit in April 2026. The furniture and mattress were new, and the new wardrobe had been relocated next to the bed instead of being behind the room entrance. The dressing table was smaller than before, but we didn't mind the minor changes. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and cleaned our room promptly each day. The only downside was that the guests in the adjoining room returned around 3:00 a.m. and were making a lot of noise. As there was a connecting door between the rooms, we could hear them quite clearly, which unfortunately interrupted our sleep. The soundproofing between the connecting rooms could be improved to minimise noise disturbances and provide a better night's rest.

We had high expectations for Anantara Desaru after hearing it’s one of the best hotels, but sadly the service didn’t really meet our expectations. Some staff were lovely, while some seemed quite moody. Nevertheless, the resort itself is beautiful just not much to do around the area, and even the kids club felt quite boring. After 4 days there…safe to say we probably won’t be coming back 🤣

Friendly and approachable counter staff and a chilled lemongrass drink served while checking in. Thank you for letting us check-in early, very much appreciated. So thoughtful of you by giving us a room with a view of a sea, pool and nature😁 Clean and spacious room but unwanted ‘guests’ too🦟😅 Super comfortable bed and different types of pillow’s filling that make us sleep better. Two great pools with one infinity and the other winding. Not forgetting the steamroom and whirlpool that make our body feel more relaxing. The gym room was also good with different machine for workouts. The Coral Lounge was fun that filled games like pool, carrom, table tennis and many other board games too. Walking along the beach was wonderful and the strong waves crashing was thrilling. The breakfast was great as the selection was wide and food was delicious especially the croissants and harsh brown… The food served by the various restaurant were sumptuous too. The waiter eagerly introduced their fresh seafood like the snapper, prawns and squid together with their special made sauce by the chef and it’s indeed awesome. Further more they gave 25% off (Visit Malaysia’s promotion) the bill which was a great deal. Yes, we will definitely come again 😁

The staff were attentive and friendly, making it easy to get help when needed and ensuring the whole family felt taken care of. Direct access to the water play park is a fantastic perk, though it’s important to note that separate tickets must be purchased in advance. This setup works well if you plan ahead, as it streamlines entry and minimizes wait times for the kids. Note: No outside food allowed.
