EE3905****I recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good, surrounded by the sea on three sides, the scenery is beautiful, and the twin beds in the room are large enough, which is very suitable for families with older children. The hotel's meals are also good, including French restaurants, Italian restaurants, Mexican restaurants, American restaurants, and buffets. There are many choices and they taste very good. The key is that our flight is at 7:30 in the evening. After we checked out at 12 o'clock, the hotel allows you to continue to use all facilities, including meals. This is very humane, thumbs up.

JJust a TravelerThere is an important thing I have to mention here. Hope everyone is aware this situation before you book the hotel. Trip.com misled me about the price and what included when I booked my room. There were some room types without breakfast or meals. I tried to call the hotel to verify because they’re supposed an all inclusive hotel. I found out I’m right. No matter what room type you paid for. It supposed all inclusive package but trip.com tried to mark up more for the price in order to confuse people if they want to get all inclusive packages.
Pros :
1. All the restaurants are good but they have specific schedule. You have to check which restaurants are opened everytime.
2. The room was clean and the view was stunning.
3. The room has a small place for room service.
Cons :
1. There were lots of salespeople around the lobby. They always try to sell their club membership. Especially, the first day when you checked in. They are pretty aggressive though.
2. Location is a little far from the main street.
3.It’s a party so you can always hear loud music during the day until 10:00pm. Just pick somewhere else if you’re not a party person.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement:
1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet.
2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system.
3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach.
4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it.
5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient.
6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.

GGuest UserThe location is a little out of the way, but it's very quiet and the price is very reasonable. We booked an inner sea view room, which was quite comfortable overall. The infrastructure downstairs is very complete, and there are many tourists. The staff are quite welcoming, and there are several different styles of restaurants. My favorite is their beach club, which has great tribal performances and beautiful scenery. The only thing I don't like is the excessive seaweed on the beach, which affects the appearance.

GGuest UserLet me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins). Then let's start the complaints: I was in a really bad mood when I entered the hotel on the first day. They said that the whole hotel has sea view rooms, but they gave us a room with the most trees in the whole hotel!!! (I observed around the hotel), as shown in the picture, you can't see the sea at all... The phone was broken and I couldn't call room service or the front desk; there was no refill in the pen, and the device on the top of the door fell down and almost hit someone, the bathroom was old, the toilet cover was peeling and it hurt the skin when you sat down, the shower head was as shown, rusty + seriously clogged... Then the toilet was clogged, we had to go to the front desk to call someone to fix it. The bedding was very damp. At that time, I felt that I was wasting 6000rmb a night. There was no way to make an appointment for free activities by phone, you had to go to one end of the beach to ask, and when you asked, they said it was windy and there were two free kayaks and padel. We couldn't play boarding. When we asked when the wind would be less, we were told that we couldn't play all day. Then they promoted snorkeling (for a fee). After we left, we saw many people playing kayaks two hours later... We were too lazy to cross the entire sun-bathed beach to ask... The food was served very slowly. I don't know if it was to extend the dining time... Many restaurants had seats available but said that they couldn't serve us and we had to wait in line... In summary: If you want to book this hotel, you must be mentally prepared. Your money is spent on food and beach. Don't expect five-star hotel room facilities and services. Secondly, be prepared for endless tips to enjoy good service, otherwise you will be frowned, cold-faced, and neglected... The last two photos are of the rooms on the first floor that were being cleaned. They have much better sea views than the rooms on the second floor where we stayed 😩😩😩

Cocktail are good. If you want to relax then not a good choice but if you want party 16 hours constantly then it is right choice. All inclusive hotel, but you really can’t expect too much.All inclusive hotel is not including everything you wish.You should be looking for essentials, for example, the steak house only offers subpar steaks,if you want to get some extra, you could asked to pay more. That said, the Italian restaurant is pretty good, we enjoyed it. If you want to get more good dishes, you should make reservations as soon as possible when you check in.Overall we enjoyed our stay very much

Had one issue with security bringing a girl in who was up my a$$ but we got her a day pass like we intended too and we were all good again. Least you know security is good so again couldn’t recommend a place better and for the price this is a BARGAIN

GGuest UserThe facilities, staff service, etc. are all the best. In particular, the sea in front of the resort is fantastic. There is a facility to rinse with water after playing in the pool or at the beach, and I think the consideration of turning on hot water is the basic mind of the hotel. The various daily events were also good. I will leave with good memories.

Special dinners in the White Room and excellent service by both Luis’, the host and the chef who provided my companion and I with a truly memorable meal experience in comfortable and quiet surroundings. Beautiful beach and views, will highly recommend. Good value as well!
