2-Star Hotels in Xorazm, Uzbekistan

The location was fantastic. It was easy to walk to the North Gate, East Gate, and West Gate. I highly recommend it, as you can also enjoy exploring the city streets outside the old city walls. The room was clean, and I stayed on the first floor, which was incredibly convenient. The reception was right outside my room door, making it easy to communicate with the owner. It was also a huge help that the mineral water in the fridge in front of the reception was free. It seems to be a family-run guesthouse, and everyone was friendly and kind. I received such warm hospitality, like coming home, so I often returned to my room to relax during the hotter hours of the day. They greeted me with an ”Okaeri!” (Welcome home!) each time I went in and out, which was several times a day. On my checkout day, my train wasn't until the evening, but the owner told me I could use the terrace (which was actually indoors) until 5 PM and even gave me some water. The mother also offered me fruit, naan, and snacks. Finally, the owner, Aut-san, offered to drive me to the station, which was a huge help. Khiva is very far from Tokyo and a challenging journey, but if I ever come back, I would love to stay at this guesthouse again.

The desk staff was very friendly. They had a water fountain that lets you refill your bottle. Overall this hotel is decent. It was within the old city so all tourist sites were within walking distance. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast.

It's a new hotel, so it's really clean. Breakfast is served individually, but it feels like being treated. It's not in the ichang collar, but it's only 5 minutes from the main **t (semen). There is also a supermarket right in front of you. The host is friendly too. Best value for money!

The friendly guy at the front desk told me the view from the 3rd-floor balcony was great. The sunset over the city walls and the sunrise from the opposite side were incredibly beautiful, and people walking along the nearby walls were looking at me with envious eyes. The room was clean, and it was only about a 5-minute walk to the main square of Ichan Kala, so there were no problems at all. Also, I recommend taking photos of Ichan Kala at sunset. The illumination and deep blue are very beautiful. Be sure to check it out before dinner.

Als wir ankamen, hieß es, dass das Hotel ausgebucht sei. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer für die Nacht gebucht hatten und es bestätigt wurde, wurde uns kein Zimmer angeboten. Stattdessen mussten wir in ein 500m entferntes Hotel mit viel niedrigerem Standard. Eine Entschädigung gab es leider nicht und wir mussten bar bezahlen, da angeblich keine Kartenzahlung möglich gewesen wäre. Nicht zu empfehlen!

希瓦的旅遊警察（tourist Police) 很給力，帶我們前往民宿，預訂的是四人一房間，民宿位置方便！打車可進入！位於古城中央區域！所有景點街徒步到達！民宿主人有兩隻貓咪，一隻藍貓一隻黑貓，很黏人！超級可愛！民宿夫婦態度友善、但是只懂說烏茲別克語！但是他們也盡力去幫助我們解決問題，附近民宿應該由一位主管管理對外英語回應，由於經trip.com 以網上付款，只需要繳付其他雜費予民宿，但是該位管理民宿的金髮女子居然要我們繳付5倍價錢的雜費，還說進入古城需要收費，根據我們多次核實，假若民宿在古城內根本是不需要繳付任何進入古城的入場費，她態度極其強硬及惡劣！居然說pay or leave! 最終我們經Trip.com的線上客服去解決問題。民宿早餐尚可！民宿外有熱水壺二十四小時供應及咖啡及茶包！屋主夫婦好客友善！假若那金髮女子沒有出現應該是有10分好評！

1. I didn't like: the address is wrong here!! The address of the Caravan MedCenter, the difference is 5 km. It was cool to take a taxi back-to-back. Change to the correct address. 2.Sold mattress. 3. Part of staff does not speak English or Russian. 3. A strange situation with the pool that is, but it is paid after 12-00, then already booked someone(something), but if you pay - you can swim. Total: Want to swim and stop for 1 day= pay. 4. Tight wallpaper from the USSR. 5. The prepaid monthly number questioned the payment, but (already plus), said they would deal with the accountant themselves. I liked: 1 Oh, cheerful breakfast, it was too bad to enjoy.
