It took about 10 minutes to walk from the airport, but I couldn't find the main entrance following the navigation. Fortunately, the locals were very helpful in showing me the way. You should not miss this town when you come to Saint-Seine. The hotel is not big and very quiet. The front desk likes to communicate with guests in English. The breakfast is good. It is also very convenient to go to Saint-Cecil from the hotel. The station is near the hotel. If bus No. 21 does not stop sometimes, bus No. 20 can also be used!

We came here without a car having got busses from Bilbao. Not easy finding a hotel with a pool and within LaGuardia so worked perfectly. Arguably not a four star but was comfortable and and pool was lovely. Would recommend for the price

The design of the hotel is very style, there is a glass of red/white wine per person, take pictures on the top floor on the top floor, the scenery of the mountain town is unobstructed, the breakfast is not bad, the Iberian ham slices are really delicious 😋, and the waiter will send fresh fruit to 😘 on a table. The fly in the ointment is that The gym is quite small, and one of the three is just broken, but the overall experience is good 👍, the room is comfortable and clean! Whether it is aisles or furnishings, it is full of design.

GGuest UserThe hotel gives us a room with a very small window with no construction view, but it is still acceptable. It is close to metro and city center, so the location is quite good. The breakfast is a bit disappointing and is definitely not a 4 star hotel standard. The hotel seems to be quite small surprisingly…Some hotel staff is very rude but most of them are nice.

GGuest UserNumad studios is actually more for long term stays or students, it did not feel like a hotel, which some may like. Staying as a short term guest (3 nights) I anticipated to be treated more like a hotel guest i.e. a bottle of water in the room, more than one towel, an actual hook to hang the towel on. Unfortunately what I didnt expect was scaffolding around the room, with men working on at my window level, banging. I provided feedback to a survey sent the first time impacted by the works, the next day we were woken at 8am by more works. This was check out day I informed reception on leaving who said she would prefer us to tell her sooner to ensure our stay was to our satisfaction. Whilst a nice thought, the first time was after a long hike (when feedback was provided immediately electronically) the second the morning of leaving. I doubt at that time there was much she could do. However it strikes me they should be aware of where works are going on, especially if worksmen will be on site in the vicinity of room windows. Whilst it is very accessible to the city, this is really and out of town area of hospitals and technology offices/places of study. The room was very clean, transport useful, but it lacked any atmosphere. I would stay here if you are in the area for work or study, otherwise a hotel nearer the city is best. Additionally, the room we booked was not available we were provided, instead of a large studio, with essentially two adjoining rooms, which was a suitable alternative but a shame, particularly as those rooms were where the scaffolding was.

BbaraoGuild**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

GGuest UserNice hotel with ample parking. Excellent location for exploring the city. You can walk to Casco Viejo in 15 minutes, and the metro stop is also nearby. The breakfast buffet is very good and extensive, with a huge selection. The only downside was the strict rules around the pool, which is also part of a sports club. This meant the children couldn't really play there.

HHosanChoose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet, scenic area up in the mountains, offering a peaceful retreat from the city. However, there aren’t many restaurants or supermarkets nearby, so planning ahead is recommended. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the hotel by bus from the city center or the train/bus station. I loved the interior design of the room — it felt very refreshing and relaxing, with thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort and ambiance. Check-in can be a bit frustrating — during my visit, I noticed several groups of Asian tourists waiting, though I’m not sure what caused the delay. That said, the gentlemen at the front desk were all very helpful, and the hotel responded quickly to any requests. Unfortunately, due to a packed schedule, I didn’t have the chance to try the hotel’s restaurant, which I hope to experience next time.

GGuest UserNice hotel close to the city center. Friendly staff. Parking is an issue, if you don’t get to book your space then you have to park outside in a public parking and both are expensive. The rooms are modern and the swimming pool at the rooftop is useful. Also the spa.

MM. SoA boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

AAntunes.ptOverall, a positive stay, fitting for a 4-star hotel. The hotel boasts a modern image, good organization, and a comfortable level suitable for both leisure and business trips. Pros: • Strategic location next to San Mamés Stadium, with good access and efficient connections to the city's main attractions. • A new hotel with modern and well-maintained facilities. • Comfortable, quiet, and functionally well-equipped rooms, with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. • Professional and friendly service from the staff. • Good value for money for its category, especially considering the hotel's overall standard. Areas for Improvement: • The breakfast could be more comprehensive and balanced, with a greater variety of healthy options (fresh fruit, whole-grain products, sugar-free/lactose-free alternatives). • Room cleanliness, while acceptable, should be more meticulous in micro-details, consistent with the expected level of a 4-star hotel. • Lack of common areas for socializing, such as a bar, lounge, game room, or other communal spaces that invite guests to spend time outside their rooms. • The hotel parking is functional, but the price is high. Furthermore, there's no free or affordable parking nearby, which is a drawback for those traveling by car. Conclusion: A good 4-star hotel, modern, comfortable, and well-located, with room for improvement in some complementary services and operational details. Recommended for those seeking quality, tranquility, and good overall stay conditions in Bilbao.

JJimmy _ValenciaWhat a great hotel! Across the board we were blown away by how perfect this hotel made our stay. The staff - ALWAYS helpful and fun and professional. The room - Beautiful, large double bed for us was more than adequate and a large room. Bathroom - Great size and LARGE tub and shower with TONS of water pressure. Location - Bilbao is one of the most walkable cities, but the hotel is right at the edge of the river so 10 min to Guggenheim and 5 min to the old town. Breakfast - We had breakfast a couple times and the beans and eggs were my staple. The eggs were off the first visit, but the second visit they were much better. Bacon and pastries were tasty and the cream cheese with herbs was a treat. We will be back for sure. You won't be disappointed by staying here.
