Hotel tidy and good room. Staff very helpful. Difficult to locate in car at first but offloading space outside and car parking underground very close by.

4 Minuten vom Strand entfernt.

I stayed in a ”city view” room during my solo trip through the Basque region and it was such a comfortable room I forgot about not having sea view. Though I do recommend to go to the cafe to have the beachside experience if you get the city view room because it overlooks a construction site on the back street. The hotel was an easy 15min walk with my heavy suitcase from the intercity bus center, just beside the beach. The room was squeaky clean with a large bathtub, and the bed so comfortable I could not get up to go see the sunset! Also helpful kind staff and great location for getting around the city on foot or by bus. I went to the Chillida Leku museum it was 30min by bus no25. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a villa with an old money style. The staff is warm and polite, highly professional, the facilities are very new, and the toiletries are diptyque. There is a bathtub and a shower room. Most importantly, there is your own parking. It is a 15-minute walk to the third beach. In short, everything is perfect except that it is a little expensive.

Great hotel in fantastic location. New and clean. It’s one block to the old town and all restaurants. The hotel is opposite a small park so very quiet. The best is there is a bus stop to the airport conveniently across the road for when you are ready to leave :-)

The price is high in the peak season, and the homestay is set. When I found that the homestay owner did not receive the order message, it was a platform problem. Nevertheless, the homestay owner paid for us to book a nearby four-star hotel. Super nice.

The conclusion is the best. I have stayed at many accommodations in the past, but I will go to TOP3 in my life. It was a good reputation among paradors, but it was true. Hogwarts-like atmosphere, rooms, amenities, breakfast, views of Paris on the opposite bank, quiet environment and people around the villa, delicious restaurants and bars within walking distance. I want to come to Onda Libya again to come here.

Very welcoming property with a panoramic internal elevator, clean, especially in the common areas. Large rooms, comfortable bed, spacious shower, and very functional sink area. Decent breakfast, though room for improvement in terms of presentation and quality. Good restaurant for dinner. Cons: lack of small coffee cups, empty toiletries, hair in bed.

SSergei TonkovExcellent hotel - excellent value for money We were very pleased with our stay. Excellent value for money: reasonable price, great location - everything is close by, including attractions, transport and good restaurants. The service is at a high level: the staff is friendly, quickly responds to any requests. The breakfasts were a pleasant surprise - fresh products, good choice, everything is delicious. The rooms are clean, neat, with a nice design and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only small minus is that the soundproofing with the corridor could be better. If someone passes by or talks in the corridor, it is audible. But if you do not sleep until late and get up around 8-9 am, then this will not cause much discomfort. Overall - a great place for a short or long stay. We would be happy to come back again.

GGuest UserNumad studios is actually more for long term stays or students, it did not feel like a hotel, which some may like. Staying as a short term guest (3 nights) I anticipated to be treated more like a hotel guest i.e. a bottle of water in the room, more than one towel, an actual hook to hang the towel on. Unfortunately what I didnt expect was scaffolding around the room, with men working on at my window level, banging. I provided feedback to a survey sent the first time impacted by the works, the next day we were woken at 8am by more works. This was check out day I informed reception on leaving who said she would prefer us to tell her sooner to ensure our stay was to our satisfaction. Whilst a nice thought, the first time was after a long hike (when feedback was provided immediately electronically) the second the morning of leaving. I doubt at that time there was much she could do. However it strikes me they should be aware of where works are going on, especially if worksmen will be on site in the vicinity of room windows. Whilst it is very accessible to the city, this is really and out of town area of hospitals and technology offices/places of study. The room was very clean, transport useful, but it lacked any atmosphere. I would stay here if you are in the area for work or study, otherwise a hotel nearer the city is best. Additionally, the room we booked was not available we were provided, instead of a large studio, with essentially two adjoining rooms, which was a suitable alternative but a shame, particularly as those rooms were where the scaffolding was.

BbaraoGuild**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

GGuest UserNice hotel with ample parking. Excellent location for exploring the city. You can walk to Casco Viejo in 15 minutes, and the metro stop is also nearby. The breakfast buffet is very good and extensive, with a huge selection. The only downside was the strict rules around the pool, which is also part of a sports club. This meant the children couldn't really play there.

HHosanChoose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a quiet, scenic area up in the mountains, offering a peaceful retreat from the city. However, there aren’t many restaurants or supermarkets nearby, so planning ahead is recommended. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the hotel by bus from the city center or the train/bus station. I loved the interior design of the room — it felt very refreshing and relaxing, with thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort and ambiance. Check-in can be a bit frustrating — during my visit, I noticed several groups of Asian tourists waiting, though I’m not sure what caused the delay. That said, the gentlemen at the front desk were all very helpful, and the hotel responded quickly to any requests. Unfortunately, due to a packed schedule, I didn’t have the chance to try the hotel’s restaurant, which I hope to experience next time.

MM. SoA boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

CcodileeLocation is great, easy access to the bus station where you can find buses to San Sebastián, Santander and airport. Also the hotel is close to the stadium. Room is large and clean but we were running out of shampoo on the first date. It seems that they didn’t refill the shampoo before we checkin. The room design is a bit strange to us which showering room& the sink are separated from the toilet. Also, the shower room is right next to the bed which there is no door and the glass are fully transparent.

SSimon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Location, Cozy Room—Watch the Bed! Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot. The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night. Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.
