Nari.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Boutique Old City, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. Perfectly located in the heart of the old town, the hotel offers convenient access to major historical attractions, local restaurants, and vibrant الأسواق, all within walking distance. This made it incredibly easy to explore the cultural charm of the city without needing transportation.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed. They were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, and even small personal requests, which added a thoughtful touch to the overall experience.
The room itself was beautifully designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comfort. It was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with attention to detail in both décor and amenities. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite the central location, which can often be a challenge in busy areas.
One of the standout features of Boutique Old City is its charming courtyard. It provides a peaceful space to relax, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and soak in the historical ambiance. In the mornings, breakfast was served with a variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day.
Another aspect worth mentioning is the hotel’s authenticity. Unlike larger chain hotels, Boutique Old City offers a more intimate and culturally immersive experience. The architecture and interior design reflect the heritage of the region, allowing guests to feel more connected to the destination.
Overall, my stay at Boutique Old City exceeded expectations. It combines excellent location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodation in a way that truly enhances the travel experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic stay in the old city.

We enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center.
PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.

Guest UserI am so glad to have chosen this guesthouse. It was our best experience among all the other hotels. The owner, Iha, was so hospitable.
The rooms were not big given that there were 3 beds but it was comfortable. The toilet was clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated too.
I was having sinus problems and Iha made a pot of mint tea for me, complimentary. Very kind!
He also took us on a tour to the Summer Palace.
Som reviews has said it was difficult to locate. That’s because the entrance is facing a side lane. I am putting a pic here so that you can recognise how it look like as your taxi drive past.

Globetrotter from MalaysiaRustam the owner is very service oriented and arranged for our pick up at Bukhara Station. We had a very nice stay in his home which has ensuite bathroom in the bedroom.
Dun expect hotel quality as this is homestay and with basic breakfast.
It is a short walk in the mosque with 4 minarets and a 15 mins to the place where they are restaurants.
Bukhara is an interesting city to visit but the food factor for Eastern Asian tourists like Japanese , Korean and Chinese food is lacking as with western cuisine though burgers and pizzas are not staple for western tourists.
Overall , very happy stay with Rustam and will come back again

Guest UserHost was very helpful to arrange free transport from train station to hotel, and even helped arranged a taxi at 4.30am due to my early train. Place was beautiful and room was clean. Breakfast provided with mix of fruits, local delights and self served coffee and tea. Location is the highlight, being in the middle of Labi house area and Kalan minaret area, 5 mins walk each way. There are plenty of atm machine arouns the area too if cash is required. Highly recommended and would love to stay here again for future stays

This is a hotel with both youth hostels and homestays. There are hotel signs hanging in the B&B with several rooms here.
Facilities: rudimentary
Hygiene: Just like hotels in small cities in the mainland
Environment: Outside the old city, across the street from the old city. Walk to the center of the old city for about 10 minutes (Buhara is actually not big), and you can reach most of the attractions in the old city withinRMB10 by taxi software.
Service: There is breakfast, it is a set meal. Generally, fried eggs and wontons, there is also pilaf. But a local pot of tea is a must.

Сергей КузьмичевWe spent a few days at this wonderful hotel during our trip to Bukhara. The hotel is located right in the heart of the historic city center, by the Kalyan Minaret. All the major sights are within walking distance. The hotel is built in a traditional Uzbek style with charming inner courtyards. The rooms are quite spacious with high ceilings. Our windows overlooked two sides – a courtyard and the minaret. Housekeeping was daily. The walls are thick, so the room stays cool for a long time after the air conditioning is turned off. On the second floor, there's a restaurant that offers a breakfast buffet in the mornings and delicious dishes for lunch and dinner. I particularly recommend the lamb shashlik, made from very succulent and tender lamb. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are very friendly. If you want to have dinner and enjoy the views of Kalyan, it's advisable to book a table in advance. We highly recommend this hotel, especially since Bukhara can be quite hot, and it's best to stay close to the attractions.

Anonymous UserIt’s more like a home stay where you will experience the warm welcome and hospitality of the owner and his family. The owner is immensely passionate about his country to which he made a photo book about Bukhara. The breakfast was great and rooms are clean as well, not to mention that it’s inside the old town!!
